My latte was very tasty, smooth, and full of flavor, which was surprising to me coming from a fancy donut shop like this- normally they aren't that delicious. In addition to a full coffee bar and made to order donuts with a myriad of toppings, they also have ice cream. The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. The store itself was spotless. Prices were reasonable given the labor involved in the donuts. If you're in the area and in the mood for sweets, Sugar Llamas is worth the stop!

The freezer case is loud and kinda in the way...I feel like they could move that and it be better. It does need some maintenance, and they need to add a wet wipes dispenser in the lobby. They don't have enough staff to clean after every customer, but it's hard for customers to clean up after themselves with the dinky napkins they have. They also need a water cooler or to sell bottled waters there. These young ladies were busting their tails and suffered some rude customers behind us complaining about the wait. Unnecessary and pointless given that they were working the orders as fast as they could. They were polite to customers and to each other the whole time. They checked on us quickly, apologized profusely, brought the correct food immediately, let us keep the other food, sent another manager to apologize and finally followed up with coupons to return after making sure we were satisfied with how they handled it. I understand humans make mistakes, so I feel like the recovery or response is what is important. This is the type of amazing service that will keep us coming back.
