No surprise, the donuts are awesome when they are freshly fried. They were still good a few hours later, but I would recommend eating them quickly for maximum quality. My latte was very tasty, smooth, and full of flavor, which was surprising to me coming from a fancy donut shop like this- normally they aren't that delicious. In addition to a full coffee bar and made to order donuts with a myriad of toppings, they also have ice cream. The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. The store itself was spotless. Prices were reasonable given the labor involved in the donuts. If you're in the area and in the mood for sweets, Sugar Llamas is worth the stop!

In other words, I paid for the largest size but received what appears to be the smaller portion instead. I shared this experience with a few people afterward, and it seems this may not be an isolated incident. I've also had previous experiences where I had to ask for a proper fill because the serving looked noticeably short. I genuinely love the ice cream, so this review isn't about the product itself. My concern is with the consistency at this particular location. It seems to be staffed primarily by younger employees, and the portion sizes vary significantly depending on who is serving. Customers shouldn't have to wonder whether they're receiving the size they paid for. I hope management takes this feedback seriously by providing better training and oversight. The brand deserves consistent service, and customers deserve to receive exactly what they paid for.
