They said they use the same utensils for everything when preparing the apples and that all apples are cross-contaminated with everything in the store. I've been there multiple times and have never been told that there was a risk for allergy concerns. They were also rude when I tried to understand how everything could be contaminated with peanuts. This happened after I had already paid and was told I couldn't get a refund.

Unfortunately, when we got home, I realized they forgot to put the ice cream on top of my $16 crepe. That was pretty disappointing because the ice cream is a big part of the dessert, and we live quite a distance away. By the time I noticed, we were already halfway home, so it wasn't worth driving all the way back. Mistakes happen, and I would still come back because the desserts and customer service were both excellent. I just hope they'll double-check orders before handing them out in the future, especially for customers who travel a long way.
