Unfortunately, the cupcakes were disappointing. They tasted like they may have been previously frozen, as they were dry instead of soft and fresh. The frosting also wasn't very good. It tasted like canned frosting that had been dressed up a bit, and it left an unpleasant aftertaste. I really wanted to enjoy them, especially after the great service, but the quality of the cupcakes didn't match my expectations. I hope this was just an off day because the staff was excellent.

I ordered a Gotta Have It to go, and when I got home, I was surprised to find that the ice cream…read morehad actually been served in a Love It cup placed inside the larger Gotta Have It cup. In other words, I paid for the largest size but received what appears to be the smaller portion instead. I shared this experience with a few people afterward, and it seems this may not be an isolated incident. I've also had previous experiences where I had to ask for a proper fill because the serving looked noticeably short. I genuinely love the ice cream, so this review isn't about the product itself. My concern is with the consistency at this particular location. It seems to be staffed primarily by younger employees, and the portion sizes vary significantly depending on who is serving. Customers shouldn't have to wonder whether they're receiving the size they paid for. I hope management takes this feedback seriously by providing better training and oversight. The brand deserves consistent service, and customers deserve to receive exactly what they paid for.
