My first time getting donuts at this location was during C-19 and while the donuts we're good, seemingly fresh and were filled to order with your choice of filling we were disappointed that the man who served us was not wearing a face mask. He did have some type of plastic Shield (not a full-face one) just some little thing that covered a tiny space below his chin that was doing nothing in the form of prevention when it comes to spreading C-19. due to this fact we will not be revisiting this location but if C-19 is A non-factor for you I would say they are worth a try, especially in a pinch as they stay open a little later than everyone else in the area *Poor *Decent *Good *Great *Best *JLFoodie Certified Food. Let me start this off by saying I'm 9 months pregnant and don't get to eat donuts very often because they send my blood sugar way up, so I'm not picky when I do. My husband picked up my usual donut shop order for me around 10:30 because I was having trouble getting out of bed. No matter where I go I always get a filled chocolate eclair and a dozen donut holes. I was excited and started to dig in right away, failing to notice what I now regret. The eclair had maybe a tablespoon of filling throughout the whole thing and most of it was clumped at the end. Unfortunately it wasn't until I got to that end that I realized the custard was SOUR. Not lemon sour, RANCID sour. And the donut holes? Stale as cardboard. At 10:30 your donuts should be much better. Save yourself the stomach ache and go to literally any other donut shop in forney. Awesome hometown donut shop. A great variety of fresh donuts are baked daily. Bite into a donut and it melts in your mouth. Better quality than you'll get from the shops that mass produce donuts. Today I ate a glazed donut that was literally 4 times bigger than your traditional donut, but it still had the quality of a regular size. I will definitely become a regular at this place. read more

Walked in at 11:13a, they close at 1pm, the woman at the counter says, "come in if you want, we don't have much" I look around, they have 5 random donuts and a tray of sausage rolls... this is a donut shop, you close in 2 hours, you should have donuts, if you don't have donuts, you should at least be nice to the customer so they give you another shot... I won't be back, it boggles my mind why businesses treat customers like they are a bother! Aren't the customers the reason why you're in business? I gladly drove up the road to donuts and more and walked out with a fresh dozen of assorted donuts, I arrived there at 11:24, they closed at noon, but still had quality donuts available. Love the donuts but the customer service was lacking. I just wanted your business to know this. Sir I believe you may own the business but I was there and was giving my order to a lady. You came up and said "Can I help you?" I responded with "No thank you sir she is helping me" You looked at me as if I were an idiot and said "actually I was talking to her." There was a lady just next to me slightly back of me. You sounded scoffing and I said I was sorry I didnt know she was there. Let me tell you sir I lost my peripheral vision due to a degenerative disorder. The way you acted embarrassed me. Perhaps you should speak more respectfully to customers as in my case I try and go there and by several amounts for my coworkers when I go. Ordered a birthday donut here and they messed it up. The top donut wasn't able to be placed on top because they wrote the letters too far in. They didn't even offer to fix it. I requested M&M's and a peanut butter M&M was on the donut. My kid doesn't like peanut butter/peanuts and throws up when he eats it. I called when I got home and ask for a refund bc it was wrong and now my kid was puking. The owner wouldn't listen to me on the phone, instead he passed the phone to a lady there and solely put the blame on me for not letting them know not to put peanuts m&m's on top. I explained I didn't request peanut M&M's. She didn't care. They said I could have a refund. I told them I was on the way. I showed up and they didn't want to refund me bc I didn't bring the donut. I didn't bring the remaining donut bc they didn't ask me to bring it. They gave me my money back but the owner and staff take no responsibility for anything. Instead yelled at me, yes they raised their voice with me and tried to make me out to be a bad person for not telling them no peanuts. I DIDN'T request anything with peanut/peanut butter.
