How do they get away with not having their food transported without being sealed? And the guy that delivered it basically chunked the pizza at my guest and refused to acknowledge his hello or fist bump. He was rude and with that attitude were wondering what else he could had did to our pizza in transit, especially without a tamper proof seal. Pizza boxes should be sealed for delivery using specialized tamper-proof stickers to ensure food safety and prevent tampering. Major chains and services often use these methods to assure customers the food is secure and has not been contaminated and tampered with. First time we've tried the PH buffet in many years. Pretty disappointing. There were only two tables seated when we arrived. The buffet was pretty meager, mostly thick crust pizza but ok. The buffet table was empty 15 minutes later. A couple of random slices and no plates. Took about 20 minutes to get back on track. Honestly not a huge fan of pizza hut and I haven't had it in forever but I decided to give it a try since we had coupons. To start, the coupon had the big box dinner for $23.99 but it wasn't even a coupon it was just a promotion for what they already had. Except online it STARTED at $24.99 and that is only for basic one topping pizza, regular breadsticks and either a pasta or wings. Though it was till a pretty good deal for the amount of food given. Now for the food review. The pizza was actually a bit better than I remembered. I liked how much pineapple they put on the pizza because a lot of places tend to skimp you on the pineapple. The breadsticks were bland and dry, wasn't impressed. The fettuccine Alfredo tasted good but definitely needed more sauce. Sauce is a major part of any pizza. I just ordered delivery from this location and the food actually made me throw up. The Cinnabon had something in it that was not cinnamon roll ingredients. I called and talked to the manager and they simply said we can refund it, but you have to come up to the store. The pizza was old and overcooked and would not come up off the white cardboard they put at the bottom. We have tried both delivery and dine-in with them over the last 2 years. Both have hit-or-miss (or worse) records and we generally fare better with delivery. Delivery - overall our orders arrive on time and at least warm. Never piping-hot and ready-to-rock but adequate. The drivers have been friendly. Dine-in - yeah, no. First visit saw my wing order go missing twice after an extended wait. I asked for fries to tide me over until the wings happened and they came out cold and dry. Second visit, I was denied the (vacant) seat I wanted away from window glare and placed in a booth directly in it. I arrived apx 25 minutes later at the location and was told that no order had been placed. We've eaten here quite a few times. The food has always been good and service is sometimes hit or miss but for the most part, the staff does a good job. We usually come here for the buffet which is Monday through Friday and then Sundays. Don't know why they skipped out on Saturday and I kinda wished they would just make it 7 days a week. If you are looking for gourmet pizza then go to Canne Rosso in deep elum and you won't be disappointed. The salads are always fresh, and they come with your buffet so I feel that's a plus. And most recently they started chopping up their cucumbers and tomatoes smaller on the salads which I believe makes it easier to eat... Cool. We've also ordered for take-out and we've never been disappointed either. The restaurant is clean inside and out, and they have what looks to be a full bar for those who enjoy a beer with their pizza. It's a budget conscious chain, so duh... the food is lackluster at best, but the service matches the food quality. It would at least be worth going if they'd allow dogs on their patio, but no, they don't do that either. I hate this place and would never choose to eat here myself.
