Amazing! We order from this location at least twice a month! The pizza is always fresh , hot and so good!!! The delivery folks are sweet and friendly! Don't sleep on this location!!! 10/10

Coupon they did not honor and it did not have any expiration date.

Well what can I say my friend suggested this place and I was excited to try because I love me some pizza. We got there and one thing rub me the wrong way, they did not honor the the free Cinstix coupon when you check in. The lady said it expires in 2018. They should take it off or honor it. We ordered the d'lous 3 pizza 3 topping special. It was between regular crust and thin. The pizza wasn't as oily which is a good thing, but flavor wise it was average. We had bbq, alfredo and regular. I've had alfredo and bbq which are my fave at other places and these did not pack as much flavor. Like it was lacking that punch of sauce. Overall all the pizzas are ok/ mediocre and nothing special.

Tried the cinstiks recently and there wasn't any cinnamon. The bread was fluffy and soft but was just butter and icing. Still good but I wish it actually had cinnamon.

Just a MINOR difference between the pizza as advertised and the pizza that arrived.

Pro: -Completed our pizza delivery faster than expected Cons: -Generally one of the absolute worst pizzas our family has ever eaten (think Cici's quality but more dry and less flavorful) -Disproportionately tiny amount of pizza sauce -Cheese was straight-up burnt, which was a hilarious juxtaposition to the photos of the perfect, gooey, stringy cheese in Mr. Jim's marketing materials -Mr. Jim's Sticks (cheese breadsticks) were physically difficult to eat, as they took major jaw power to take a bite out of yet became supernaturally chewy after clearing this initial hurdle -Cinna Sticks were by far the best-tasting item our family ate, but we were off-put by how spongey they felt in our mouths It probably goes without saying based on how many stars these guys have, but I'd steer clear of this place. All dead men named Jim who were even tangentially connected to the culinary world, pizza scene, Italian food scene, etc. are repeatedly rolling over in their graves as naive consumers continue to give money to Mr. Jim's. If this review stops even one person from wasting their time, money, and calories at Mr. Jim's, I will be content.

    large meat eaters with jalapenos

Delivering on their advertisement of fresh ingredients and hot pizza, the large Meat Eaters is truly for the carnivore in all of us. The thin crust pie was piled high with extra mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bacon, canadian bacon, Italian sausage, beef and jalapenos. It was baked to perfection resulting in a golden brown crust and bubbly cheese on top.

Great pizza, love the Meat Eaters! There is a tremendous amount of toppings on these pizzas. Also love how extra cheese counts as a topping here unlike at Pizza Hut.

3 and a half to 4 stars. One of our go-to pizza places! This…read morepizza is for the thin, almost snappy crust lovers. When done right, it's very crispy (almost Al dente). When left in the oven too long; it can be over cooked and what I call "more crack than crisp". We have been here many times and it's only been overcooked maybe 2-3 times so they are more consistent than not. Surprise: They have added wings to the menu since the last time we were here. So of course we ordered the lemon pepper (full disclosure it's not my favorite flavor anywhere, but the fam out-voted me). I did try them and they were nice and crispy (we order them that way) with a hefty TANG. So if you are fond of the lemon in the lemon pepper this is your go to. For apps we ordered the meatballs and they were tasty; they came in a little deep dish with marina and cheese- and not dry. The croquettes never disappoint. The salad is a standard salad. Im picky with my salad and tend to notice if the lettuce is oxidized. This location almost always has a few oxidized pieces in the mix. I don't know why. It's not that hard to chop up some fresh romaine. I usually love their ranch dressing but today it was a flavorless liquid. Sad face. Our go to pizzas - margherita and the pepperoni. Look at those pizza pies - delish !

I think the only frustration today was the fact that they had their happy hour prices posted outside despite they're not actually being a happy hour today. It can certainly seem extremely misleading. Other than that, it seemed as though there were a lot of people training and it was slow to get things like water, but those are just small hurdles when places are facing challenges like that. It is a cool vibe with delicious food, and overall not too shabby The main reason for the low stars is because of the happy hour sign out front. It definitely let our group into believing the appetizers were on happy hour today... Turns out they weren't and the days of the week that happy hour exist was written in extremely small writing at the bottom of the board. Could do better with that...

Tonight, I was trying to order a deal online, but there was no way to modify the order. I called the store multiple times, and no one answered the phone. I drove to the store, and while the open sign was turned off, there were people inside. So I went inside to ask if I could order, and just specify no onions on one of the pizzas. There was a girl there behind the counter, eating and wearing headphones and sitting on a barstool, ignoring everyone around her, probably including the ringing phone. So a guy came out of the kitchen to take my order. He acted for all the world like he was so irritated that I showed up to order food. They're still open for another hour. Then, even though there's absolutely no one here, except for some people that are already eating, he told me it would be 45 minutes for the pizzas. So I guess I'll sit in my car and watch them ignore other people like the woman who walked in next. Pathetic customer service. Absolutely terrible. (just a fun fact) They seem pretty proud of that fact too, considering there's now a giant cowboy hat sculpture, "The Big Hat," right across the street. It's impossible to miss. Anyway, we weren't there for hats. We were there for pizza. First, a public service announcement. Figure out what you want before you walk in because the menu is only available through a QR code, and it is awful. You scroll. Then you scroll some more. Then somehow you're still scrolling. It feels less like ordering dinner and more like reading the terms and conditions for a mortgage. The two of us ordered a large pepperoni pizza, which turned out to be ambitious. We ate leftovers for days. Next time I'd definitely order the smaller size. My only real complaint about the pizza itself was the pepperoni. There was just TOO MUCH of it. Sure, I could have asked for "light pepperoni", but then I'd be paying full price for less topping, and that just goes against my personal philosophy. I'd love to see a "light pepperoni" option priced accordingly. ALSO not it is the good and greasy cupping pepperoni, kinda spicy. The pizza was also a little unevenly prepared. About half had a thicker crust while the other half was noticeably thinner. I definitely preferred the thinner side. Service was perfectly fine, the bathrooms were clean and nice, and the pizza was good overall. Just be prepared for the QR code marathon before you get to enjoy it.
