It was our first time checking out Mod Pizza. I love the idea of building your own wood fired pizza and it being quick! The restaurant was clean and the service was good. We each did the midsize MOD pizza which is 11 inches and like $11-12. The hubs got a prebuilt pizza, the Mad Dog, and I built my own. I loved being able to do half and half or even just a portion if I wanted. Naturally, I did have them add extra cheese. I wish I'd asked for more pepperoni too but that's all on me. It was really good! Some other customers were getting salads and those looked just as delicious. I'll definitely see if they have the option for side salads next time I go because I can't skip the pizza. We will definitely go back. read more

Was told I couldn't have more than five pieces of pepperoni on my pizza. I've never heard this before. The person said that he would make the pizza too heavy. I also asked for double cheese as well as extra garlic and extra sausage. But to limit the number of gradient that is beyond belief. read more

They always get my vegan order wrong. Last time I asked for light red sauce and bbq swirl with plant based cheese and I got no cheese, no sauce, and my swirl sauce on the side. This time I asked for cheese sticks with no cheese because there's no option to order breadsticks and while the instructions are clearly written directly on the box, they completely disregarded it. Don't know why I keep giving them chance after chance but seeing recent reviews, I'm not surprised. And good luck reaching a human in the store over the phone. The anther pizza had more toppings therefore it looked ok. We asked for light baking and received well done. Asked for a little salt and pepper and ended up with the most salty pizzas we ever had at MOD. The employees are not trained well. The food was as good as ever but... the store was really dirty. Almost to the point of nasty. There was food from an overflowing salad on the glass above the food choices that laid there the entire time we were in the store and we dined in. We even made a joke about it to the team member as we passed by it...."Are these free croutons?"...LOL. Also, the metal number that goes with the pizza fell into the pizza sauce and the team member fished it out with her gloved fingers and then just kept using the sauce. When we picked up our pizzas the manager made a smart comment about the free croutons(that were still laying there, btw). There was food everywhere in the dining room on the floor. All glass surfaces were smeared like they had been wiped with a dirty rag. There was no iced tea at all and it looked like there was no intention of having any. The food is mediocre I asked for extra meat and cheese. I never received it. The service is horrible. They are disrespectful. The environment is not good and it wasn't super busy when we got here. I got one small container of ranch for five pizzas. And refused to give me more. I'm a huge fan of MOD Pizza but we won't be back to this location anytime soon. read more

Really nice people working here. Plenty of booths and tables for dining-in. 3 tables on the outside patio, with umbrella shades. Parking is plentiful too. Curbside Delivery, call when you arrive. I had a big breakfast, wasn't ready for pizza. I tested the Caesar Salad, Mega size. The Caesar dressing, and a good mix of greens with croutons. Maybe add some shaved Parmesan next time? I'm team BLAZE pizza, I've been trying to get with MOD for my pizza needs considering there are no BLAZE pizza locations near me and only MOD. We tried this location and it was very subpar (I'm being nice). The pizza process was not as exciting as I'd appreciate. The service was Blah, the person was annoyed that we requested new gloves as they had been handling pork and we don't eat pork. Once the gloves were switched out the pizza process was very dry (I guess they didn't want to change their gloves) and it was very empty no one in line but my family. The ingredients options lack variety and they aren't as fresh as I'd like. They did have vegan sausage but when I tell you the flavor was WAYYYYY off I mean it. I had a stomach ache after ingesting one slice and had to peel it off my other slices. The ovens at MOD also lack proper proportional heating. EVERYTIME we've resulted to MOD (3 times total) our son cheese pizza is full of burnt bubbles where the oven overcooked bubbles before other parts. Our son is a visual person and always end up sad because his pizza is burnt. I'm so NOT into MOD as hard as I've tried they have to do better. read more

Great pizza, if you dine in. Their partnership with DoorDash is killing the delivery experience. Third time in a row that we ordered pizza and it was going to sit for 40+ minutes waiting on a driver. Previous two times we went and got it, and enjoyed our "warmish" pie goodness. Today, same issue so I just had them toss the pizza, charge me and I am calling it quits with Mod, unless we dine in. Why the one star then? While Mod does not control DoorDash's service, they do choose to partner with them. Thus, they own responsibility for the full customer experience, good and bad. **Update. The Pizzas I ordered were just delivered, 1.5 hours after order, 1 hour 15 minutes after pizza was out of the oven. read more

So first of all, I love MOD Pizza! I can't go to too many places and get vegan cheese so that always speaks to my heart! This was my first time at the Forney location and it won't be my last. We were greeted right away at the door while they were taking orders. It was super busy and yet they still made it a point to welcome everyone as they came in. I got a build your own pizza and a salad for lunch. This was my first time trying the salad and it was similar to the pizza in that you could build your own. It was delicious! The place is easy to move through, the menu offerings are easy to follow and they knock it together in front of you (me likey). Our first time to visit a MOD location and we went with a mini house salad (for herself) and two pies, we did the Maddy (cheese pizza) for the creatures (kids) and a half Maddy/ half Jasper. Let's talk crust, arguably the most important part of the pizza. It's a more artisanal style crust cooked proper in an open over vs a conveyer belt (BIG PLUS), it comes out bubbly and with just the right amount of crisp. The perfect vehicle for whatever toppings which, best I can tell are really fresh! Herself REALLY enjoyed the salad and the dressing choices were delicious, she went balsamic on this run! Every employee at this location is amazing! Pizza is definitely made with love and care and I know I get to enjoy it more with happy employees making it. This location is pretty new and it was my first visit to a MOD Pizza. They may have been understaffed today during lunch; but the place was not being cleaned. Almost every table was dirty from a previous guest. I selected the best cleaned table I could find and the did a quick wipe down myself. The pizza was okay, the facility was not. read more
