First time using online ordering, and I will not be using it again. Placed a pick up order and it was wrong, I don't understand how hard it is to follow a written list of ingredients. Additionally, the pineapple looked rotten. There was no kind of trying to make it right except for an employee offering to fix giving me the wrong dressing. Love love love Salata! The salads come in two sizes small or regular. They also offer kids meals. A variety of house lemonade flavors and tea. The salad mixes are always fresh! I love getting a small salad with the salata, kale, spinach and arugula base with tons of yummy veggie toppings. The salad varieties are insane. If you like it spicy, the fresh jalapeño slices are EXTREMELY hot, but a must try. The staff are always super nice, efficient and helpful. Oh and very patient. The ambiance reminds me of a cute west coast eatery. There is a lot of greenery but not too much. Definitely adds to the healthy cautiousness crowd. A must try if I say so myself. Hello, I recently discovered this place about two weeks ago and I liked it. So, I decided to visit again today around 7:20 p.m. When i walked in with my mother, we were not greeted by anyone. Instead, we were left waiting at the counter a young lady named Brook was standing there doing her closing duties and didn't acknowledge us at all. Even the lady who was changing the trash noticed that Brook didn't acknowledge us and said, "Brook," because of that. I eat Salata's so much that I should have stock in the company but today is my first time I am second guessing my loyalty to the company. Not once but twice I found hair in my Salata wrap. None of the servers wore a net over their hair and they used their hands more than the scoops that are provided. The individual that served me seemed scared to give me the regular portion size -- if it was up to her I would have gotten 2 grapes, a piece of an onion and maybe 5 pieces of lettuce. I am being facetious but you get my drift. I tried calling the store at least 4 or 5 times and no one answers and since it is after hours the corporate office is not open. I've visited Salata's at Towneast and it's always fresh and delicious. As a vegan the selections are great. I just wished they'd add seasoned Tofu as a protein.
