The inside is always well maintained, staff is consistent in the service they provide, and the portion sizes are plentiful. My only concern is whether they have lids or something to cover the food now that the weather is warming up, as I did spot a couple of flies inside today & know it won't be long before the gnats start to try and infiltrate the restaurant as well. I pray that management gets this location together! My wife and I have always wanted healthier options in Forney and Cava was a solution but placing high school in the facility to operate the location could be detrimental. We weren't greeted when entering the line, my wife expressed the visit being our first and the employee offered no assistance for ordering; the young lady just stood there with a response of, "Oh." I don't blame the kids for acting like children but I would think they would have an adult manager on shift to address these issues, knowing that it's a new location and must work out concerns.
