The inside is always well maintained, staff is consistent in the service they provide, and the portion sizes are plentiful. My only concern is whether they have lids or something to cover the food now that the weather is warming up, as I did spot a couple of flies inside today & know it won't be long before the gnats start to try and infiltrate the restaurant as well. Got there and it wasn't ready- waiting in their digital drive up line for twenty minutes and still wasn't ready. And not like it was busy. Three people inside and one car in front of me. And it's Forney. Come on. Got home only to find our pita wrap was DRENCHED in sauce and folded like a taco. Its was disgusting. The pita was cold. And the meat was sub par. I pray that management gets this location together! My wife and I have always wanted healthier options in Forney and Cava was a solution but placing high school in the facility to operate the location could be detrimental. We weren't greeted when entering the line, my wife expressed the visit being our first and the employee offered no assistance for ordering; the young lady just stood there with a response of, "Oh." I don't blame the kids for acting like children but I would think they would have an adult manager on shift to address these issues, knowing that it's a new location and must work out concerns. We will visit this location again in hopes of better service but definitely not a third if we experience the same poor service. All the options were very overwhelming, but the sweet girl who took my order took time to explain everything and offer suggestions. I will be definitely coming back to this location. I paid for an extra serving of hummus and didn't receive it. the man at the window is rude and doesn't appear to enjoy his job. The drive thru pick up orders are always lacking items.
