Food all over the floor
Keila O.

This place is DIRTY!!! When I asked for the cup I PAID FOR, they screwed like I was trying to steal my drink and kept handing me a water cup. When I finally did get my drink it was so watered down I might as well have just drank water. I'm definitely not coming back to this location

Oatmeal with strawberry and pecans
Poncella H.

I ordered a tomato basil blt sandwich , frozen strawberry lemonade drink and three oatmeal raisin with berries cookies To my surprise when my order was delivered the bag was heavier than I expected. Once I opened the bag instead of 3 oatmeal raisin with berries cookies, I received 3 cups of oatmeal strawberry and pecans. The oatmeal is good but it doesn't compete with the oatmeal raisin with berries cookies just keeping it real. I called the store spoke to a nice guy named Robert , didn't ask for his job title but expect his a member of management. He asked for my name so he could see my order . He apologized for the mishap . He explained they didn't have a driver available to bring the cookies to me. I placed my order on Panera's app. I advised that I didn't want someone to be dispatched for that small order. Robert asked if I preferred to have a coupon mailed for a free meal or refund . I opted for a refund which he estimated may take 24 hours . I appreciate his assistance and if I find myself in the area will drop by the store . ** I am not ever disappointed with their food Navy veteran

Slimy wilted lettuce

I just spent $13.61 for half a sandwich, a cup of soup and an iced tea. I normally wouldn't gripe, I'll pay for good food but when y'all serve sandwiches with lettuce like this, I... just... can't. I thought Panera proved themselves on fresh?!?!

The soufflés aren't supposed to be flat... =(
Nancy T.

Service was good. There was a bit of a wait, but I didn't feel like ordering through the kiosk, which they do have plenty of. What's extremely disappointing is their flat soufflé. I was wondering why there were so many left at 11am when I arrived - it's because this location doesn't make them right. In other locations, they'd be out of soufflés by around 9:30am. They should be fluffy, flaky rounds of heaven but they definitely were not here. I will pass on going to this location the next time I'm craving Panera.

We came for take out, but stayed because the staff impressed us. Everything was super clean, everyone wore masks, hand sanitizer was supplied, and the place was empty. We chose a little corner to eat at and it was a nice change of pace of just getting take out. If you order through the app, it's much easier to make adjustments to your order and our food came out super fast!

Dirty, gnats flying around, No lights outside. Place looks closed. Don't feel safe going here at night. Does not appear to be a nice establishment in Mesquite Tx

Half Cesar salad and French onion soup with that scrumptious baguette. Definitely ordering this combo again.

I always feel good after eating at Penera Bread. I'm watching my diet and with Penera, I don't have the guilt afterwords. I tried the French onion soup for the first time and although my daught loved it, I think I'll stick with the baked potato or broccoli soup next time.

We came in around 3 PM and ordered at the rapid order kiosks. Our food came out pretty fast, but I've never had a problem with that. The servers are always very nice and helpful, lots of places to sit, and yummy food. I ordered a Pick 2 of a cup of French Onion Soup and a Tomato Mozzarella Flatbread. Both were delicious.

Outrageous prices. Ordered two lunch specials and two medium drinks with no extras and it was $36! I will never go back.

The variety of foods fits almost all appetites. The menu has some new items, but also relies on the foods that have made Panera popular.

Well, talk about a hidden gem. I had this place bookmarked but could not tell you where I heard…read moreabout it. It is basically a little luncheon oasis dropped right in the middle of a gigantic industrial park. On the drive over I was seriously questioning my Yelp choices. It is that kind of location. But trust Yelp and sometimes you are handily rewarded, which we absolutely were. We came after a few hours strolling around at the Botanical Gardens, so we rolled in around 1:30 and there were still plenty of people there. I can only imagine at noon this place is packed, and honestly it should be. My biggest complaint is the menus. There is one above the counter that does not include everything, and then a different, more complete version if you scan the QR code at the table (But 2 different navigations even on the website with slightly different menus). Do yourself a favor and look it up ahead of time so you are not standing there making panic decisions. There is a half sandwich and half soup combo (Not on the board but online menu), which is definitely the move. I got the pozole, which you should absolutely order, and a half grilled cheese on their housemate sourdough. Normally not my go to, but I was trying not to be completely stuffed since we had dinner plans. And they bake their own sourdough, so I had a strong feeling it would be great, and it delivered. Toasty and melty, American and cheddar. My husband got the southwestern wrap, and my friend went with the half club and half tomato soup. She immediately regretted not getting the pozole and the half birria sandwich, which tells you everything you need to know. Also need to mention the snickerdoodle. Not much to look at, kind of humble, but it completely makes up for it with flavor and that perfect soft texture. Go ahead and get the cookie. You are not here to make responsible decisions. Bottom line, it may feel like you are driving into the middle of nowhere, but keep going. This place is worth it.

It's been a while since I've been to this location. I regret not coming back sooner!…read more We were greeted by the employee at the counter and talked for a little bit. We ended up going with two types of dumplings, and the Shanghai noodle. The dumplings were cooked to perfection, and the noodles were savory and satisfied. Prices are really good as well for the amount of food that you get in my opinion. We will be back.

It's one of those places that's easy to return to because the experience is consistently solid, not just the food. The cucumber and spinach salads are almost automatic orders for us at this point. They're reliably bright and well balanced, and come out quick. We also make a point to check out the specials whenever they're available. They tend to reward repeat visits and usually give us something new to talk about on the way home. What really keeps us coming back, though, is the staff. They're consistently well trained, kind, and attentive without being overbearing. Even on busy nights, things move smoothly and calmly, which matters a lot when you're fitting dinner into a full family schedule. At this point, Hello Dumpling feels dependable in the best way. It's a place we trust for a good meal, thoughtful execution, and a welcoming experience every time.

While we were waiting, we saw tons of open tables with no people. Turns out the hostess was just signing folks up, but not actually paying attention to when tables cleared. Another employee came and finally cleared the bottleneck and sat a bunch of folks. Once we sat, this same employee brought our drinks bc nobody was paying attention. We waited 10 minutes, in the back dining room which was empty except one other table. When she finally showed up, we immediately ordered bc we had been waiting so long. She took our order and left. Where we were seated, we could see into the prep area. We saw about 5 waitresses all hanging out, playing on their phones, and eating. We saw one other waitress working like crazy trying to get people taken care of. Nobody helped her or left to check on their tables. After an hour at this point, we walked out. There were still tons of folks waiting to be seated, a bunch of empty tables, and the waitresses just hanging out. 0/10 would not recommend and we won't be going back.

Wow those aren't normal biscuits! They could be a whole meal on its own!…read more We first went to the Fort Worth location. But for our friend's birthday we tried the waffle too. The waffle has a Bear on it! The ambiance is so cozy and we love the bear theme and bear plushies. My wife and are pretty picky about breakfast. And we were blown away by how good this food was. My wife is from Georgia and always critiques the grits wherever she goes and says they aren't authentic. And she loved these grits! I especially loved the sliced ham! It was excellent! We tried the coffee again this time and were not disappointed. Our server was attentive and kind. We will be coming back!
