Do not leave your order w Karen. She will take your order wrong and then lie that she didn't to the general manager. The general manager was also extremely unhelpful. I have been gluten free for 10 years and with my husband the whole time. I asked my husband to order me a tuna unwich, add jalapeno and jalapeno chips. My husband called and ordered for delivery. My husband is certain he said "unwich". I told the GM over the phone and I heard her ask Karen and Karen say "he didn't say any of that". I wanted the sandwich remade and stated that the best they could do is 5% off my next order. Why would I offer to leave my house while I am working from home to go up to the jimmy johns to return the uneaten sandwich & get it remade? That would be a terrible way to scam Jimmy John's. I would have literally lost money to go get it remade because I am an hourly employee and I'd have to clock out to leave. I hung up and my husband called back to tell them he is 100% certain he said "tuna unwich with jalapeno chips" he only didn't say add jalapeños. We wanted to bring the uneaten sandwich back and asked for a refund for only my sandwich and my $6 tip. The GM said she couldn't and all she could do is give a partial 5% discount.... But at this point why would I want someone who may have animosity towards me to make any of my sandwiches. That would be very stupid. They'll prob mess w my food. Terrible experience! Just left ordered 2 Lettece wraps with tuna (combos) and a turkey sandwich dry double turkey. Dry! Was 50$ never got a receipt from the guy ringing us up. I am a jimmy john's lover. One of the best sandwiches I've had but this location is a stain on the brand. I have filled 3 complaints on this particular location. This is the only one in my residential area and I keep giving them a shot because I want one of their sandwiches. Twice I placed pick up orders only to drive from garland to mesquite after I've paid my money to find out there's no bread or there's no cheese. The 2nd time I had to bring the sandwiches home and add my own cheese and I was given a cookie for my troubles. That's when I placed another complaint received a response and a courtesy lunch special. Well this is a month later and I decided not to place an online order but to just go in and get my complimentary sandwich only to be greeted with a sign on the door saying there's no bread! Ridiculous best believe I will be filling another complaint. From the manger there wasn't a valid reason when she looked into the complaint to not have ingredients. If you don't want to serve the public close the door. If you hate working in a fast food restaurant do something else. You're killing a really good brand with lazy uncaring employees. read more

Terribly rude Service. Wife and I picked up a couple subs. Got home, realized one of the subs was completely wrong. Called to let them know and said didn't want to drive back (10-15 minute drive) and simply asked to credit our card for the missing/incorrect sub. The girl said she couldn't do that (???) but took phone number and said to use our phone number next time in for a free (replacement) sub. Fast forward a couple weeks later and my wife goes into this location and tried to order a couple subs and as instructed tried to provide phone number ti redeem free (replacement) sub. The man proceeded to be very rude and said we can't give you anything for free and really made my wife out to be some kind of freeloader. She asked for a Manager and he stated he was the manager. She left with no subs, and although we love Jimmy Johns and will continue to eat them, we will NEVER visit this location again. It was an absolutely terrible experience and such a shame! read more

I like a sandwhich for lunch. They are quick and easy and can be eaten almost anywhere. Quick and easy is where Jimmy John's excels. I honestly have never gone anywhere where the food is out to you as quickly. Most times by the time I finish paying the order is waiting at the end of the counter! I don't know if you can customize your sandwhich, since I have never tried. I think doing the same on each order is what leads to their speed. This location is fairly new and is clean and bright. The food is fresh and tasty-not the best sandwhich you've ever had tasty- but still really good. The staff seem pleasant and attentive. Going to start going to Jersey Mike's from now on. This location is a little slow but that's not the real issue. Today I picked up my order and included the make and model of my vehicle. I did not include the color however it is not mandatory to. This prompted the guy who brought my order out to make a small comment about it (not including the color). Why? I was literally the only make and model of my car in the parking lot at that time. Was also parked directly in front of the restaurant. I know it was not hard to find my car. The parking lot is not a dodge dealership, it's just that a parking lot. Meaning I was parked next to many different cars and just to reiterate, I was the only make and model of my car at that time. And again parked directly in front. He said it was hard to find but walked out the door and straight to my car? I will not have this. I just need to know did it brighten your day to be that petty? I LOVE their sandwiches!! Of the two times I walked in and ordered, the first time, the sandwich was ready almost before I finished paying. It was exactly what I ordered. That was amazing! The second time, I had to sit awhile (7 or so minutes) and when I got it, it was wrong. I've ordered delivery twice now expecting JJ's super fast delivery. The first time was about the same time or a little more than you can get from Uber eats or door dash. The second time, it took an hour. I only work a half a mile from them!
