Do not leave your order w Karen. She will take your order wrong and then lie that she didn't to the general manager. The general manager was also extremely unhelpful. I have been gluten free for 10 years and with my husband the whole time. I asked my husband to order me a tuna unwich, add jalapeno and jalapeno chips. My husband called and ordered for delivery. My husband is certain he said "unwich". I told the GM over the phone and I heard her ask Karen and Karen say "he didn't say any of that". I wanted the sandwich remade and stated that the best they could do is 5% off my next order. Why would I offer to leave my house while I am working from home to go up to the jimmy johns to return the uneaten sandwich & get it remade? That would be a terrible way to scam Jimmy John's. I would have literally lost money to go get it remade because I am an hourly employee and I'd have to clock out to leave. I hung up and my husband called back to tell them he is 100% certain he said "tuna unwich with jalapeno chips" he only didn't say add jalapeños. We wanted to bring the uneaten sandwich back and asked for a refund for only my sandwich and my $6 tip. The GM said she couldn't and all she could do is give a partial 5% discount.... But at this point why would I want someone who may have animosity towards me to make any of my sandwiches. That would be very stupid. They'll prob mess w my food. Like mistakes happen but like this is horrible customer service and I got time today to contact corporate. read more

this is the second time this happens. i specifically said no mayo or cucumber and what tmdo i get? yea nasty sandwich that i can not eat. then tell me o can come and pick up a replacement??? if i could go i would have picked it up my self. that's why i ordered delivery. read more

My wife placed an order online for pickup, got there & had to wait 20-25 minutes, while walk ins were being helped & getting their orders even though they knew she was there waiting. We were on a time crunch, hence the ordering ahead. Unacceptable! read more

Hats off to the good employees of this particular Jimmy John's, I've been to quite a few and this one was really nice. All of the employees were wearing proper PPE during this time of pandemic which was awesome and made me feel comfortable getting takeout. Of course, the food was good as well And as it usually is. The gargantuan unwich is my personal favorite. *Poor *Decent *Good *Great *Best *JLFoodie Certified Food. Great Service. Great Cleanliness.Great Consistency. Great Variety. The sandwiches are very good. I love the bread they use but I know it's all personal preference. My number 1 sandwich place in Forney. I haven't been inside the store so I can't comment on customer service or the ambiance of the place but it is brand new since they just opened. read more

Very disappointed for the second timing. This time put very small amount of meat and veggies, peppers on a sandwich that didn't ask for them, no tomato on one sandwich, requested double Mayo and there was no Mayo on either. read more

I am a jimmy john's lover. One of the best sandwiches I've had but this location is a stain on the brand. I have filled 3 complaints on this particular location. This is the only one in my residential area and I keep giving them a shot because I want one of their sandwiches. Twice I placed pick up orders only to drive from garland to mesquite after I've paid my money to find out there's no bread or there's no cheese. The 2nd time I had to bring the sandwiches home and add my own cheese and I was given a cookie for my troubles. That's when I placed another complaint received a response and a courtesy lunch special. Well this is a month later and I decided not to place an online order but to just go in and get my complimentary sandwich only to be greeted with a sign on the door saying there's no bread! Ridiculous best believe I will be filling another complaint. From the manger there wasn't a valid reason when she looked into the complaint to not have ingredients. If you don't want to serve the public close the door. If you hate working in a fast food restaurant do something else. You're killing a really good brand with lazy uncaring employees. read more

These guys are great! Great attitudes, great service, great sandwich every time! Check this place out, you'll be glad you did.

You would think after putting in a $90 order (and a 15% tip) they would make sure my order was right...wrong. How do i end up with 2 sandwiches completely not even on my order? Pay attention. Good Lord. read more

Josh assistant manager very cool guy and keep his word and represent JJ as he should as a manager. Great customer service and freaky fast! Ask for Josh! read more

Great sandwiches, affordable, and as they say, freaky fast! Delivery people always have a smile!

Terribly rude Service. Wife and I picked up a couple subs. Got home, realized one of the subs was completely wrong. Called to let them know and said didn't want to drive back (10-15 minute drive) and simply asked to credit our card for the missing/incorrect sub. The girl said she couldn't do that (???) but took phone number and said to use our phone number next time in for a free (replacement) sub. Fast forward a couple weeks later and my wife goes into this location and tried to order a couple subs and as instructed tried to provide phone number ti redeem free (replacement) sub. The man proceeded to be very rude and said we can't give you anything for free and really made my wife out to be some kind of freeloader. She asked for a Manager and he stated he was the manager. She left with no subs, and although we love Jimmy Johns and will continue to eat them, we will NEVER visit this location again. It was an absolutely terrible experience and such a shame! read more

I only been to this location once. But my dad went there recently. Mind you he's in his late 60's and has never been in there before. Doesn't know how things work in there. He asked the girl behind the counter questions and he said she was being ugly to him. Being impatient and a smart ass. Ugh! Wish I was there to help him with the questions. I can't stand it when people act like that. read more

They Couldn't get a delivery order right if their life depended on it. Missing things, mayo instead of mustard?

This place isint managed. It runs on cruise control so if you have issues call corporate because no one her knows what to do

I don't normally post reviews. But I do want to say if you're out delivering food, when you come back in before making sandwiches you need to wash you're hands. A blonde girl came in from doing a delivery and didn't wash her hands. It was absolutely disgusting. read more

I like a sandwhich for lunch. They are quick and easy and can be eaten almost anywhere. Quick and easy is where Jimmy John's excels. I honestly have never gone anywhere where the food is out to you as quickly. Most times by the time I finish paying the order is waiting at the end of the counter! I don't know if you can customize your sandwhich, since I have never tried. I think doing the same on each order is what leads to their speed. This location is fairly new and is clean and bright. The food is fresh and tasty-not the best sandwhich you've ever had tasty- but still really good. The staff seem pleasant and attentive. This has definitely made its way into the quick lunch rotation! read more

Jimmy Johns are all supposed to be the same, but this was easily the worst I've ever had. The tomatoes were cut so thick and there was too much mayo, which together made it seem like there was no turkey on the sandwich. Bummer read more

Going to start going to Jersey Mike's from now on. This location is a little slow but that's not the real issue. Today I picked up my order and included the make and model of my vehicle. I did not include the color however it is not mandatory to. This prompted the guy who brought my order out to make a small comment about it (not including the color). Why? I was literally the only make and model of my car in the parking lot at that time. Was also parked directly in front of the restaurant. I know it was not hard to find my car. The parking lot is not a dodge dealership, it's just that a parking lot. Meaning I was parked next to many different cars and just to reiterate, I was the only make and model of my car at that time. And again parked directly in front. He said it was hard to find but walked out the door and straight to my car? I will not have this. I just need to know did it brighten your day to be that petty? Did it brighten your day to knit pick over nothing all? While you're thinking on an answer to those questions I have another one. Where's my straw? read more

I LOVE their sandwiches!! Of the two times I walked in and ordered, the first time, the sandwich was ready almost before I finished paying. It was exactly what I ordered. That was amazing! The second time, I had to sit awhile (7 or so minutes) and when I got it, it was wrong. I've ordered delivery twice now expecting JJ's super fast delivery. The first time was about the same time or a little more than you can get from Uber eats or door dash. The second time, it took an hour. I only work a half a mile from them! So, the food is great, but don't believe all the hype about super fast food!! Not happening! read more

Well they answered the phone and the guy was nice., so they get one star. But geez! They say they deliver within a 5 mile radius. I'm at work 2.4 miles away and I'm out of their area - go figure. Well definitely will not be returning to any Jimmy John's - false advertising read more

Best sandwiches in Mesquite .. been a fan of JJ's for years .. glad they finally moved south .. the one here is fair as far as Jimmy Johns go .. but a lot better than any other sandwich joint in Mesquite.. of course that bar isn't very high to begin with .. nevertheless.. this place is pretty good read more

I love Jimmy John's, but they are NOT so freaky fast on delivery in Mesquite, I live literally 5min away, ordered 2 sandwiches, no chips no drinks, and took 40 min! yikes! read more

Good sandwiches but TERRIBLE service, very lazy and undertrained to work with the public. I like the sandwiches and this place is the closest so I go here. This location and the location a few miles away from here don't deliver to my address because they both tell me that I have to call the other location for my delivery zone. Get your crap together guys!! I don't go here much because of it. read more

Sandwhiches are so good!! I find myself craving this place on a weekly basis. I especially like coming to this location because they have never gotten my order wrong.. FYI, the kid that answers the phone here says they ONLY deliver in a 1 mile radius!!! I realize they want to be "freaky fast" but as a traveler who relies on deliveries for food often times, this is poor customer service and a joke for a chain that touts high service. Fast is fine but come on, expand your radius by a measly mile or two and you might actually stay in business. read more

Nice delivery option for days I need lunch at work, but delivery is iffy. They've forgotten my chips several times. Last week I ordered my usual unwich. Super fast service!! Order any sandwich without bread by calling it an unwich! Love it, love it, love it!

Delivery is fast and sandwiches are great. Also delivery employees are polite and nice. BEST service and food. :)
