YUM! Always a delicious experience at Goodfriend. I ordered the club sandwich and added bacon. Suchhhhh a great combo of ingredients. They use a sauce called "bacon mayo" and I think that's what sets it apart from others. First of all, it's HEFTY. The first half made me full. Second, it stayed fresh! You will likely smell the barley/beer but it works wonderfully well with turkey sausage, egg and Sriracha cheddar. The flavor combo was amazing with a peppery, herbiness from the turkey, buttery texture of the biscuit that SOMEHOW magically held together despite being so soft.
