UNTIL.. I whipped out my cell phone and said i wanted to add the business to Yelp. "Yelp? What's that?" Was asked by both owners and a customer who had come to order. They were suspicious to say the least. I was keenly aware that in this neighborhood you don't start taking photos in establishments and putting them online. The business owners had never heard of Yelp and the average customer of their establishment didn't use online reviews. And the looks I was getting when I was trying to explain what Yelp was let me know that I had better not mention yelp or reviews and I quickly left the store. These folks were not having it.
