The menu recently changed for the worse. Most if not all sandwiches used to come with provolone cheese, now the regular philies (chicken and steak) come with disgusting white american fake cheese. Also the sandwiches we got today have much less meat then the ones I have always gotten before. Shrinkflationat it's finest. Came in and ordered a classic Philly, asked the guy at the counter how long it would take, he said 3 minutes, 3 minutes later my order was out. Came home ate the sandwich I ordered and it was fantastic. Hard to make a toasted sandwich in 3 minutes and make it taste good too, excellent team there. I was picking up for a delivery service. There was a long line of people and my direction said to walk up to the counter. There were two ends of the counter, one where people wait for their food and one more people order since every other restaurant I always walk up to the pick up side that is what I did, I was looked like I was crazy and never addressed once I had to ask if that's where I was supposed to be because of the dirty looks I got from people who are working there and was told that I need to wait in line to pick up an order that was already marked as ready for pick up I guess the food is probably good because of the long line of people, but I ended up canceling my order because I didn't want to be in that environment where I felt uncomfortable and disrespected. Horrible customer service. My staff and myself walked in at around 11:15am for lunch. Our orders were taken and we were still waiting for our food at 12:08pm. No communication about extended wait time or anything. One of my guys received a refund, myself and another employee eventually received our food, only after I spoke up about having to go back to work. read more

I come to this location often (I love the food, and this location is convenient, even though they don't take mobile orders.), and usually I have a decent experience. It's typically the business owner that is at the register taking orders. They're nice, but today we encountered a different set of employees manning the restaurant. I recommend this place because the food is always delicious. But you will come in contact with a horrible manager, I think he is. He was telling all the other workers what to do. My receipt says his name is Sana. I went to place different orders and with each order he gave me some attitude. Not once did I raise my voice or give him a tone. food was good but my husband put in for no onions and the machine we used did not take it. it was having issues. when we received the sandwich it came with onions he told them he didn't want onions my wife is really allergic to them, they took the sandwich only to come back with it the same way and told him to bad. this will be the last time we come to this restaurant, the staff was having more fun in the back messing around then taking care of it's customer!!!! the fact that they didn't care if I went into an allergic reaction just pisses me off! read more

Reading reviews I expected much worse but was delightfully surprised. Had the large cheese steak with onions and peppers and regular fries. Both were freshly made and tasty. I didn't feel cheated on the portions. There was a large shaker of seasoning for the fries that made them even better. The only reason for giving a 4 instead of 5 is that i would have preferred the bun to be more toasted (is that an option?). Worth the drive from Forney, we'll definitely be back. read more
