Me and my partner came here for the second time for dinner last night, and we had a very unpleasant experience. For the first time in a public restaurant, I was "catcalled" by one of the employees. and apparently, according to my partner, they were all laughing about it as I walked away to sit down at a table. I was unaware that I was being cat called into my partner, noticed that they were making comments about me to his face, and it made my partner very uncomfortable. I just don't know why my partner didn't call them out for their creepy behavior. I'm appalled and disgusted that this has happened. We were there to only eat dinner not to be "catcalled" in degraded. Just popped in to grab a number 3 and let me just say it was made to perfection!! This store was very clean and the staff were super friendly! As I sat and ate my sandwich, I watched the manager greet every person that walked through the door. Many of them seemed to be regulars that she greeted by name. It was a pretty busy lunch hour but that didn't deter the level of service and friendliness from this group. I definitely will be returning to this location. read more

I should try some of the other offerings but when I think of Jersey Mikes Philly Cheese Steak. Topped with the red paper dressing is the tops. It is very consistent which you don't see a lot these days. Jersey Mike's has the best system that makes each outlet no different than another. I always get the Kahuna which at times I eat half for lunch and the other for dinner. You also get tasty pickles along side in a plastic container. These are even above the cut. Excellent both times I've been. They know how to pull off a perfect #13 Mike's Way. Staff is super friendly and attentive, and they wear their masks correctly. I have no complaints about this location. It's one of the best I've been to. Jersey Mike's is more expensive than some other sandwich places, but you get what you pay for. Their ingredients are high quality, and the Shore Points rewards program saves you money and will keep you coming back for more. read more

We've been back to this location again! We went in before reading the owner's response to my review, and sure enough my kid got a free cookie They didn't know who we were or that I had written the past review but I'm telling ya they are making a true Jersey sub lover out of my kid ! On a previous visit they gave her a Jersey Mikes little blow up beach ball and she loves it too. Also helps that the parents love the subs too ! read more

I like jersey mikes, they have pretty good subs, I went today for my usual, a regular #13, which used to be 1/2 of a full size, but now they take the half and cut 2 inches off that to make a regular, and the price went up $1.... this will be my last visit, looks like subway for me, at least their coupons make the sandwiches reasonable.... read more

Before icy weather I stopped in to prepare ahead with a couple king size favorites I decided I would quiz myself at which I prefer: classic mike Italian or classic Philly. Still crazy hard to decide a bestie Fave but add my all time fave black cherry soda and what a memory made. First off I was bummed when jersey mikes took over burger island. But I like jersey mikes so I was cool with it. Today I went in and I was the only customer for maybe 10 minutes there was a family ahead of me. After them I was the only one for minutes. After the manager got done yelling at his young staff like he was a coach instead of being a leader. I finally got my sandwich went home to find I was cooked the wrong sandwich. How do you get a sandwich wrong when I was the only customer there? And the funny part was the manager cooked my sandwich! Step up Jersey Mikes get new management at this location. I have had 3 VERY positive experiences with the new Mesquite Jersey Mike's location. I posted a 5 star review after my first experience, but Yelp only counts me as a "not recommended" reviewer. I assume that this is because I rarely have such a wonderful or poor experience somewhere, that I feel like I should post a review. Anyway, this business is wonderful and I am very upset that Yelp chose to only post the one negative review and counted ALL 4 of the five star reviews as " not recommended." This is horrible for Yelp to do this to a business. I was giving a complete, honest and personal review. Good luck to Jersey Mike's in Mesquite. Looks like Yelp doesn't like you as much as I do. Love, love their sandwiches but I have to leave 1 star for sanitation. I drive about 10-15 minutes to this location when I want a delicious sandwich and price is not a issue for me also most of the staff is pretty friendly and helpful. However I'm not sure if the staff is aware that even though they're wearing gloves that they have to change them often as if they were washing their hands! I've seen on more than 1 occasion a cashier take a phone order, ring up a customer, grab pickles (with hands),cut and wrap a sandwich all with the same gloves on . Opportunity for lesson in proper sanitation practices. Especially during these uncertain times. read more

We LOVE Jersey Mikes....BUT...The day we ordered,the girl.making our sandwiches listened to NOTHING I asked. 1 sandwich no tomato,I had to tell her 3 times. My club,no bacon,put it on there anyway. Asked for extra oil and vinegar on the side. Had to tell her 4 times it was on the side. To say the least I was very frustrated when I left. I've lived in Mesquite my whole life, and I guess I could say I've become accustomed to the way customer service is.. which is not the best lol. But I have to say, walking in to Jersey Mike's in Mesquite for the first time COMPLETELY changed the game!!! Staff was so friendly and manager was extremely welcoming, and patient with me and my husband, as he was deciding what he wanted (he's never been there before).
