Service was friendly but I had to get a refund because I ordered 2 Jr burgers, o rings, hot dog and a cup of water and got charged for 2 Jr burger combo meals. The dead lifeless stare of this teen was unmatched by her "I don't care attitude" the food was good but we had to have 2 of the 3 orders remade twice. I like this place enough to come again. But having a zombie be the face that interacts with the public is not the choice I would make. Every verbal interaction I had all ended with a one word responds "k" uh-hu or yea. Yeah they have young people working but ive never had an issue with the food. always good, always hot. if they come off as rude, thats on the personal customer. ive never felt like they were rude. they serve pepsi and the menu states it so go somewhere else if you want coke. plenty of other places that serve coke so cant complain on restaurants choice of it. it the CONSUMER'S CHOICE to go there. they arent forcing you. the food is great! greasy and hot! the old owner is the one that founded taco bueno as well. both restaurant chains offer great food with a unique taste for fast food. The fries arent crunchy, they are on the softer side and the burgers are well sized. you get a WAY smaller burger at mcdonalds and mcdonalds charges like 3 bucks less for their "premium" burgers that is like 60% of the size of these burgers. anyone rating this below 4 stars is picky and probably criticizes everything like if their "hardcore" criticism actually counts for something. This is probably one of my favorite local fast food joints! I love the burgers and the curly fries are delicious! I introduced my roommate to Burger Street tonight and she thought it was delicious, as well. The only thing that would help improve this restaurant is to fix some of the lights on the outside of the building. The signage lights have been burned out for quite a while. I feel as if a lot of people see this at night and don't give this restaurant a try for this reason. Invest in fixing these issues on the outside and I'm sure you'll see an increase in business. read more

Tommy and I have been coming here for years. Some of the best burgers in town! Everything made fresh and hot when you order! No warmers, cold fries, or unmelted cheese. They also make THE BEST grilled chicken sandwiches! Absolutely delicious! Hot and fresh. I have NEVER had a bad meal here, ever. Also, my order has never been messed up, either. I always get the same thing, a double ,minus the mustard, ketchup and add bacon with onion rings instead of fries. The burger is always fresh and the condiments on the burger ( lettuce, onion, tomato) are always crisp and fresh as well. I give this place a huge thumbs up since they are one of the few places that serve pineapple shakes. Alot of kids working at this place came up to the drive tru and their credit card machine was down and they told me to pull up to get down and come in first of all i came on my car so i would go in the place So i pulled up and it took 10 minutes when one of the employees came to speak with a lady on a mini van I honk at the dude and the guy said it wasn't my card that it was their system to come down the car again and go inside or pull into the drive true so I came on the drive tru and the guys and the female ware saying bad words not even Profesional. Burger Street is a simple, order-at-the-counter, no frills burger joint. The burgers taste homemade and the fixings (tomatoes, lettuce, red onion) are fresh. I subbed onion rings for the curly fries and they were fried to crisp, golden perfection. To top it off, there's free soft serve vanilla ice cream if you dine in! And I even left with some jangle in my pocket! I ordered combo #1 with cheese, onion rings instead of fries, and the small (20 oz) drink which came with the combo for a total of $9.52. My wife and I got burgers and fries, and we purchased chicken fingers and fries for our son. The burgers were pretty hearty even though they were thin, and the fries were, to borrow my wife's emphatic phrase, "like carnival fries!" The service was friendly and fast.
