They kept the meat!!!! No wonder they have the meat, they don't put it on their sandwiches. At least not this location. This location is very bad about the not putting enough meat on their sandwiches. Unfortunately, it is closest to our house. We have much better sandwiches at other locations. I love a good Arby's French dip sandwich. But today in visiting this Arby's I was given an Incredibly unappetizing hogie filled with grey-ish yellow meet with highlights of yellow around all the edges. When I went back to the counter to ask if this was normal and acceptable I was told that there was nothing wrong with it. So, just a heads up there not aiming for high-quality I don't think. Poor service. Treat customers with contempt. Are very proud when they ambush you with the "new" drink sizes. The medium drink was the size of a small, yet costs MORE than the larger medium purchased in November of 2022. Mindless and rude cashier who gave her mother a FREE soda. Maybe that's allowed here. Order prepared in careless and sloppy manner. The worst Arby's I have encountered. If you go here, you WILL regret it, like I did. Instead of an intercom system, a young man yells your number if you are dining inside. He sounded like he was yelling "Fore!" no matter what the number was. Laughable. As is the downsizing of your cups while raising the price. The only thing these companies will listen to is your wallet. They do not care one whit about yelp reviews. There are many other choices than Arby's. Avoid this one because of the smug employees, because while they lecture you when you try to return the small drink, - only to find they call it a medium - same said employee GAVE HER MOTHER, WHO WAS AHEAD OF US IN LINE, A FREE CUP. It could be that her mother works there. Regardless, the pathetic gyp of over charging for drinks is reason enough to avoid the tyrannical chain altogether. I have been to many Arby's but this one has been the best ever hands down , the service was excellent the store was so clean , I thought I was in a four start restaurant but most of all I enjoyed my lunch not to mention the food tasted excellent. Good grief the food sucks!! First off, they've discontinued potato cakes, which is probably the only thing fit to eat on the menu. I ordered a Meat Mountain (14.00) and it was the nastiest, coldest, dryest excuse for a sandwich I've ever seen. The two chicken nuggets were cold as ice, the "brisket" was just slabs of pure fat. Luckily it only had 3 partial pieces of that yuck on there. It had NO corned beef and NO angus steak like it says it does. The turkey was so dry (How dry was it?) It was so dry it resembled thin slabs of chalk instead of meat. There was 2 one inch bits of bacon and last but not least some ham. I despise ham but it was the only edible meat on the sandwich. The curly fries were cremated to the point they should have been served in an urn. The double roast beef I ordered had nowhere near the amount of beef one should get for having to pay 8.00 for it. This is not the first time I've had problems with this particular Arby's but rest assured it will be the last. P.S. Don't give the cashier a 100.00 and a 1.00 for a 31.00 tab, she will INSIST she doesn't need the dollar that you can take the 31 of out the 100. I told her I was sure when I handed the money to her that she wouldn't understand and lo and behold she didn't. I told her to trust me and she would be surprised and you would think I taught her something "on the spot" that all the people she'd come in contact with in her 16 years hadn't bothered to show her.
