This pizza place never disappoints. The cashier today was super friendly and helped us order our food when we were confused on the deals.

I called in for a pizza for pick up tonight. Was told 15 minutes. I showed up and was ignored for 5 minutes. When a woman finally came up and asked my name, she looked at her screen and said OH no, that's not going to happen and walked away. I got her attention and asked how long and she shrugged her shoulders and mumbled something I couldn't hear. When she finally bothered to look up my order, she found out under my last name and it was in the warmer the last 15 minutes. So it wasn't hot anymore. Terrible customer service. Will not return. read more

Pizza Hut - Stuffed crust pizza - Pizza Near Me - Mesquite, Texas

Rare dine-in Pizza hut with great service, clean dining room and very good pizza and wings.

Stop there to pick up some bone-in wings and received a less than warm welcome from a person at the window. Ask him about some of the wings and their flavors and he said they don't normally make orders when you pull up to the window that you're supposed to go online and order what you want. Then after all that poor service at the window they give me the wrong wings they give me the boneless wings and they weren't that good either. May not stop at this Pizza Hut anymore. read more

I ordered online and pulled up to the drive thru to pick up my order. The guy asked me to hold for a minute. Well that minute turned into 16 minutes. I tried to get his attention and he just turned away every time. When he finally came back after that 16 min wait he asked me for another minute. I was mad and told him how much longer and he replied he was the "only one" working. So anyways to make the story short I asked if it was ready, he checked and my pizza had been sitting in the warm oven this whole time. I understand they are busy but he could of taken care of one person at the cash register and one person at the drive thru, you know, one and one. But hell, he wanted to take care of everyone that was inside and left me till the end when I had 5 cars honking at me waiting as well. When I told him "see man my pizza had been ready" he said "you know what, I don't care" and slammed the window shut. It pissed me off and I went inside to confront him and when he saw me he walked to the back. I asked another guy for his name (Cameron) was the name they gave me. Anyway I spoke to the manager and told her I (in front of him) that I was never rude or even said a bad word to him and explained the situation. The manager said she was going to have a "talk"with him and gave me a $5 credit. On my way out he looked at me and smiled Kinda like making fun of me. I got mad and said "what are you looking at" his response was "whatever." And. There, even though there were customers I could help but yelling at him a big "fuck you". I will not be using the credit because I don't plan on buying here again. He might see my name and spit on my damn food. I swear if I would've stayed and argued shit would've gotten violent. read more

My nephew and I were trying to watch this new series on Netflix called El Club and decided to pause it to order some stuffed crust pizza from this place, Pizza Hut. I used to love this place but now I hate it. Got halved and halved pizza and they decided to add and old already made half from one regular pepperoni pizza. We tried ones we got home and it tasted old and cold. We called and they didn't wanna make themselves responsible, even the pizza was crusty and old looking, the difference was noticeable. They literally had us driving back 30 minutes just to prove that we weren't lying and have a replacement for us. I didn't wanna end up in bad terms so I just took it in through the drive through, but when I checked the new pizza it was missing one of the ingredients, and obviously the girl who handed it over left and didn't come back to the window, she was just trying to get rid of us. We took home the new pizza and made up our mind about advising people on going to that place. Little caesars would never. read more

I get Pizza Hut delivery once a week and I'm addicted to their pizza, boneless wings, cookie and the Cinnabon's and my order is always right, always on time or early. The drivers are pleasant. They know me by name and I don't have one bad thing to say! Keep it up Mesquite Pizza Hut! read more

Tried to order through the app, but after an hour and half I checked my order. Status was showing complete. Tried to call several times and never got anyone. Checked my account and saw my money was reversed, trying to figure out what happened. Glad my money was reversed and the only reason for the 1 Star. read more

I grew eating Pizza Hut Pizza. Simple yet delicious. As far as chain pizza places I give it high marks. Service will vary from location to location. I've had lack luster service from here in the past, so I only order carry out from here. read more

I wouldn't even give one star but it is required to leave feedback sooooo here ya go....Just had my food delivered, sat my family down, I was two bites into my seriously sad garden salad when, you guessed it, a CLUMP of hair was in my mouth. I call the store, speak with a manager whose name starts w/ a "T", & she gives me the grand news that I must come into the store for a refund! Or store credit. But who the F wants store credit from a place where a clump of hair in a pre-made salad??? Toodaloo Pizza Hut, you've lost my business read more

Ok so i placed my order about 10:30 pm not only did they not show up but not even a phone call. Pizza finally showed up 1 hour and 10 minutes late. Very nice delivery driver though. read more

As with any large chain of restaurants, some will be good and some will be bad. Then, some will be so far off the scale, one is compelled to write a review. This Pizza Hut location on Oates off I-635 is just such an example of exceeding excellence. Having recently moved close to this location, I discovered one server who was outstanding. As I repeated my visits, I'm pleased to report that ALL of the staff here is consistently exceptional. And not just at performing the required 'corporate friendliness' but at caring and serving with a sincerity you nearly never find in chain service. Whoever hires the people here is a thoughtful genius and this entire little location should be held up as a corporate example of excellence. read more

If it wasn't for their stuffed crust pizza, I'd probably never order from this place again. I order delivery because I have no way to pick up it up but I don't see why they simply MUST be 30 minutes late with a cold pizza. I am not all that far from the location, nor is my house difficult to find. On several occasions they have charged me TWICE for the same order, and are incredibly reluctant to issue a refund, and beyond rude about it. read more
