Terrible service, with only 3 cars in drive thru it's hard to mess up an order, but unfortunately that is the case here!

It took 18 minutes to get my food parked curbside. I watched customers drive up and walk out that came in way after me. That's entirely poor service. Chic fil A would never!! read more

Drive thru is a joke. Oder taker mumbled, trying to be cute by using a soft voice. Really, sweetheart, it's a job, not some place to meet boys. I won't be back. read more

Where do I start ... let's just start! I arrived a little before 2:45 pm as you can see on my attached receipt. I am the ONLY customer inside. I was greeted and my order was taken by the guy in the blue shirt (attached photo) assuming he's a manager based on the conversation him and the guy in the grey shirt was having. I proceed to get my sweet tea while waiting on my order only to find it should have been tossed and remade (see the photo the stickers says use by 2:13 pm it's 2:45 pm so you know it may have that weird taste to it... umm no thanks Lemonade it is! My biggest problem is the guy on his phone in the orange shirt with the blue gloves yep the gloves were NOT changed he went right back to the fries and started boxing them up. That's completely unsanitary. Glad he didn't touch mine. I've tried calling this store to address these issues but I get put on hold and then someone hangs up the phone. At least my food was good that's the ONLY reason I give this place 3 stars ... I see things haven't changed at all. The prior reviews are on point. read more

The hamburger patty was horribly dry, it should be greasy and messy, not this hamburger, not even appetizing. ordered onion rings got fries! I watched them make my order and didn't even follow my own response to always check your order. Milk shake didn't taste like it had malt in it! I have not been to a whataburger for a minute but a waste of $26.00. Back to wingstop I go. read more

THE SLOWEST Whataburger -- ever! Two meals ordered and almost 30 minutes waiting time! All these workers inside the place and SLOW service? Come on, Whataburger, get your stuff together. What's happened to y'all? I used to love going to Whataburger. It's a hit-and-miss now, but the money goes in just as quick as can be, huh? Ugh. DO BETTER. read more

I ordered through the app and my food was on time. The staff was friendly, I was pleased with the experience!

OMG!!! The staff here is AMAZING!!!! I had screwed up my on line order for my grandkids breakfast right before the ice storm hit. They went above and beyond to correct it for me. This will forever be my fave Whataburger!!! read more

Went to this place around 2:00 pm on a Tuesday it was pretty empty except for the homeless guy trying to sleep at a table. Service was slow, I stood at the corner until the manager told some girl to pay attention and help me at the counter. The girl was maybe 18-20 years old. She clearly gave zero fucks about her job. Not really rude but not at all welcoming or friendly, just there for the paycheck. Ordered two #1's burgers that took about 10 minutes and came out lukewarm. Fries were lukewarm and soggy. Overall I would not come back. We're from out of state and don't have Whataburger so we wanted to try it and it sucked. read more

I used to love Whataburger, but it keeps going downhill. The price keeps going up and the hamburger patty keeps getting smaller and thinner. It is not worth $6.25. I can get a burger at Don's burgers for 5.75 And the patty is three times the size of Whataburger patty. The staff was really friendly today. I wish they would stop ruining Whataburger just not worth it anymore. Go somewhere else maybe they'll learn when their business drops off. read more

Unfortunately I can't give a review on the food because after waiting 20 minutes or so and not even having my order taken, I finally left. There was ONE car in front of me. One car. 20 minutes later no one even took my order and I was getting tired of staring at the menu, so I just finally left! read more

Super slow drive thru service, I had ordered online and needed to pick up in the drive thru since the lobby was closed. As I pulled up to the window, I was told " one moment". I waited really about 15 minutes until the car behind me started to sound his horn. If he wouldn't had done that im sure I would be here another 10. There was only 2 cars in front of me and a closed lobby. Be better. read more

I sat in the drivethru for 15mins with no answer only to drive around and see the employees on their phones. I have yet to get any service from this location as this was my second attempt. Trash. read more

Seriously, this location is so bad. Save yourself and go drive to a different one. I went a few weeks ago through the drive thru and they forgot our spicy ketchup that we asked for. Then we went again through the drive thru and asked for spicy ketchup 3 separate times, even once at the window making eye contact with the cashier. She said it was in there... it wasn't. The staff was horsing around inside and clearly nobody cared about how any of the food looked nor what was or wasn't included in the bag. My chicken sandwich had barely any sauce on it, incredibly dry. When I asked the cashier if I could scan my reward app to get points she said I would have to buy one of the 50 cent sauces because she already closed out my check. So we get no spicy ketchups, a dry sandwich, then she expects us to buy an extra sauce that we didn't even ask for? Never coming back to this location. read more

Horrible customer service. Ordered ahead via mobile order and waited 25 minutes. Went inside to check on it and stood there for 10 minutes and no one helped me. Unacceptable! read more

This location doesn't deserve any stars. 99% of employees I saw were rude and have no place working with customers! I set in a double line for a 20 minute wait for a breakfast biscuit. People who came after me were leaving with their food, yet I'm still waiting. The only thing they do is collect the money real fast! After the ridiculous wait, I went in to get a refund. Every single employee heard me and ignored me. I stood there for good 3-4 minutes trying to get a refund. The most ghetto fast food restaurant I've seen. Will not be back. read more

hate the be that person but what the fuck? the service here is horrible. what a waste of a whataburger, waste of a check that is "earned by the closing staff". took a whole hour making an online order (i'm not even being dramatic). the staff is by far the laziest people i've ever seen working at a whataburger. if you don't want to work at a work place then be at home and live off your parents. read more

Came to Dallas for Easter break and first thing I wanted to eat is Whataburger. Being from Texas this is always a must! My favorite thing for breakfast is their jalapeño cheddar biscuit! Sooooo bomb! With the hasbrowns. And usually for a regular burger I like the grilled chicken but add cheese and jalapeños or the Buffalo chicken ranch which I know they took out for a while but I think it's back now. The only reason why I don't give this specific location 5 stars is because of the service the lady was nice but the speaker outside the drive thru didn't work and we were waiting for like 10 minutes for someone to finally tell us to move up. Once we ordered inside the food took like 20 minutes. But everything was warm and good! read more

Food was good. 2 lanes were open. I was in lane 1. A car that was told to go to lane 2 got their food before me. I was in line 3 minutes before they got in line. They weren't getting just a soft drink, they were delivered a bag. It took me another 4 minutes to get my food. Note to Whataburger; if everyone is ordering food, make sure you are following first come, first served. Nobody likes a line cutter. Thus the 3 stars. read more

atmosphere was welcoming, employees were smiling, so busy being it is Free Whataburger Day " National Whataburger Day". great service. kali helped us, stayed positive and gave us great service ,she let us know they were behind due to so many orders however service was fast and friendly. love it here!!!! my burger was delicious, onion rings golden perfect... thank you, Whataburger team on Broadway and 30 In Garland. read more

I stopped by this location tonight to redeem a reward for a free chocolate shake. I placed my order at the speaker and was asked to pull up into the right lane. The service was very quick and an employee brought out my shake to me. When I showed the person my phone, she was unable to scan the app and told me I should have let her know I wanted to redeem a reward at the speaker. Although, I had no problem parking my car to head inside so she could scan the app, she made it seem like I was an inconvenience to her. The shake was delicious, but the experience, not so much. With corporate introducing mobile ordering and new tech being introduced, I hope this location can figure out a better solution to make sure customers are better served in their second lane. read more

ONE STAR WORTHY ** DON'T BOTHER I ordered a cheeseburger with onions only. When I got it and "I kid you not" it was chilled. Which led me to believe that it had been cooked and placed in the refrigerator. ICE COLD. Made to order is a bunch of nonsense. There's no management here and they don't care to hire any either What they really need is a person with a big sign walking up and down outside. Consistent bad reviews read more

I can tell you right off the bat, you'd have better luck finding a McDonalds with a working McFlurry Machine than you will finding a Whataburger that will actually get your order right and take less than 45 minutes. ESPECIALLY this location. I live right next to this location so sometimes I just don't feel like driving to a farther location and hope for the best but this location couldn't be worse. I've been to this location multiple times and not once have I ever gotten my full order. But BOY are they really accurate in charging you. At first it was laughable but this is just ridiculous. But then again, for a fast food place that's Texas' pride and joy I've never been to a whataburger in general that's not messed up or taken 45 minutes for one sandwich. What-a-Burger? More like What-an-Embarrassment. read more

Don't be fooled. The drive through may have a long line and it will take forever but going inside will take even longer. I sat inside and watched as all the cars that were in front on me get their food and left but also 5 additional cars. Also if you don't wanted to be greeted at the register and just stared at and expected to just start talking...then this is the place for you. Not to mention when you walk in it just smells really funny...not like food. The only person that was remotely nice was the older lady that seemed to be a manager. She handed me my food and told me she appreciated me. read more

This is one of the worst whataburger franchises I've ever been to!!!!! Terrible customer service ...... I ordered 3 meals and 2 cinnamon rolls, and got home and there were no cinnamon rolls. Window server not wearing mask or gloves. Let's put this in perspective, on the day she decided not to wear a mask or gloves, Wednesday at 9:45 a.m. June 10, 2020, the Dallas Morning News reported, "Texas identified more than 2,000 new cases on both Wednesday and Thursday, the highest daily totals yet. The counties that include Houston and Dallas are reporting some of the nation's largest single-day rises." Her supervisor came to the window with her mask not covering her nose (you can't make this up) and told me my mask was not covering MY NOSE? It clearly was. I was just stunned and said, "M'am you are the one with a mask not covering your nose." Obviously she had JUST put it on and had not pinched the nose wire. I took her picture and the servers picture. Then the manager came to the window and told me it was against the law to photograph their workers without the permission. I explained in the State of Texas where a person has no expectation of privacy that is NOT against the law. He persisted and I explained again with several examples that anyone has seen a million times. He then said, "Well, it's not right." Everyone in this situation attacked the customer who only wanted the server to wear a mask and gloves. Everyone had an excuse. The manager tried to intimidate me with a LIE. Honestly, I would fire them all. WEAR YOUR GLOVES AND MASKS. read more
