Where do I start ... let's just start! I arrived a little before 2:45 pm as you can see on my attached receipt. I am the ONLY customer inside. I was greeted and my order was taken by the guy in the blue shirt (attached photo) assuming he's a manager based on the conversation him and the guy in the grey shirt was having. I proceed to get my sweet tea while waiting on my order only to find it should have been tossed and remade (see the photo the stickers says use by 2:13 pm it's 2:45 pm so you know it may have that weird taste to it... umm no thanks Lemonade it is! My biggest problem is the guy on his phone in the orange shirt with the blue gloves yep the gloves were NOT changed he went right back to the fries and started boxing them up. That's completely unsanitary. Glad he didn't touch mine. I've tried calling this store to address these issues but I get put on hold and then someone hangs up the phone. At least my food was good that's the ONLY reason I give this place 3 stars ... I see things haven't changed at all. The prior reviews are on point.

    Very dry Whataburger Jr. Whatameal

The hamburger patty was horribly dry, it should be greasy and messy, not this hamburger, not even appetizing. ordered onion rings got fries! I watched them make my order and didn't even follow my own response to always check your order. Milk shake didn't taste like it had malt in it! I have not been to a whataburger for a minute but a waste of $26.00. Back to wingstop I go.

Restaurant 197 date 11/13/2021 Business is horrible and the food was nasty. See pictures of what my Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger looked like. My apple pie was old and over cooked. Total nasty!

Seriously, this location is so bad. Save yourself and go drive to a different one. I went a few weeks ago through the drive thru and they forgot our spicy ketchup that we asked for. Then we went again through the drive thru and asked for spicy ketchup 3 separate times, even once at the window making eye contact with the cashier. She said it was in there... it wasn't. The staff was horsing around inside and clearly nobody cared about how any of the food looked nor what was or wasn't included in the bag. My chicken sandwich had barely any sauce on it, incredibly dry. When I asked the cashier if I could scan my reward app to get points she said I would have to buy one of the 50 cent sauces because she already closed out my check. So we get no spicy ketchups, a dry sandwich, then she expects us to buy an extra sauce that we didn't even ask for? Never coming back to this location.

Terrible service, with only 3 cars in drive thru it's hard to mess up an order, but unfortunately that is the case here!

This is just Louisiana Fried Chicken, you can see there is another entry in here with that name and the reviews are not nearly as kind. Service was perfectly fine, the place is small but seemed clean enough. There endeth the passable things. I ordered spicy fried chicken 3pc (LWT), red beans and rice and a pint of gumbo (holy trinity, chicken, sausage, crab and shrimp - more on that to come and it isn't good). Those are a trinity for me, if you will, when sampling and then judging Louisiana fried chicken places. So, Enter Sandman... I got food poisoning, which is an automatic 1. I don't like to give them out, but for extreme circumstances; this being one of those circumstances. The food: The fried chicken was not golden brown it was dark brown, which says old oil/grease. It was bitter, but edible. I ordered spicy, and if they consider whatever I got as spicy, they need to dial it up. I detected no spice. The lady at the counter asked if I wanted hot sauce, I said yes, but it didn't meander its way into my order. The red beans and rice... I don't know what kind of black roux they use and how hard they cook the rice for it to be this mushy. It smelled like it should be good, but I had to add my own Cajun seasoning and some Tobasco to liven it up, even still it was more of, "I paid for it so I'm going to eat it" at this point. Popeye's RB&R is WAY better, and that Popeye's on the corner isn't even a good Popeye's. Now what I believe to be the criminal, the file seafood, chicken, sausage (note I didn't say Andouille, because this was straight up garbage Eckrich). It was a pint, and it was almost black (me assuming because they made a file gumbo, now I'm not so sure). It was packed with a thick mush of *mostly*, onion, celery and green pepper. Scattered among them were stringy pieces of boiled chicken, 2 or 3 pieces of sausage, I did not identify if there was indeed any crab in there because I never saw it and two soggy ass fried shrimp on top. I should've just tossed the whole thing in hindsight. I did pitch the shrimp. I didn't trust how they looked. I dumped the pint (it had that odd colored overcooked rice too), i added quite a bit of water, brought it to a boil, reduced to simmer. I had to add seasoning to this as well as some tobasco. I ate about 1/3 of it or so, then just pitched the rest. *a few hours later (said in that French accent you're now reading it in)* I'm pounding Nauzene, and pounding the toilet. Let's say, oh... about 8 -9 hours? The easiest way to explain how long. As the very unpleasantries began, I put on John Wick, I watched all 4 before finally being *done* and able to go to bed about 0500. Suffice to say, I will not be back. I give this two thumbs down and a raspberry.

Jason ordered the Lava #1 (2 mild strips) and I got the Lava #2 (2 hot chicken sliders). The "hot" was more of a medium kick, while the mild still had great flavor without much heat--so definitely approachable for anyone easing into spice. I also helped myself get some mac & cheese since it was a cold and rainy day, but to be honest I probably would've gotten some mac & cheese anyways. Delicious! Also have to shout out Alex--super patient, helpful with the menu, and honestly just great service all around. He anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, which you don't see often. Really made the experience even better. And I have to add--I'm usually not a fan of crinkle fries, but these were actually spot on. We'll definitely be back!

Very polite & helpful counter staff if you are not familiar with their menu. For regulars, self-ordering is done on the screen on the counter. Take-out, or delivery boxes are sturdy, and sealed with a big sticker. A buddy gave me his coupon, I had never tried Lava Hot Chicken before. So, to get their new Hot Chicken Tacos.... You MUST purchase a #1, #2, or #3 Meal. I got the Sliders meal to go with the 5 tacos deal. Got home, everything stayed warm in these boxes, and the spiciness was not as hot as the hype! Good ingredients, good bite & chew on the white chicken meat tenders. Buns were soft, fries were a bit hotter than the chicken! Hot Chicken Tacos were decent, the flour tortilla had a nice texture, did not fall apart, easy to eat! I did not try the Maple Waffle fries, sounds delicious! Desserts are cold parfaits; crumbled Oreos & creme, or creamy Mocha BEERS in bottle or can, sold for dine-in only, must have ID. Sodas, juices, waters, and Ice slush drinks. The facility was spotless! Two very clean restrooms, locking, ADA complaint. Simple small tables for 4. Outdoor umbrella-covered small tables. The urban spray paint "art" theme is not seen around here, is very colorful. Parking situation is cramped with popular Chiloso's nearby, so be careful of others in a rush. 4 stars because of the narrow menu offering, BUT adding Cold Beers bumped it up to 5 Stars, well played!

Some would call me a tortilla snob, lol! The tacos come out fast and hot. It's simple yet incredible Mexican street food. I love spicy, so if you do as well, you need to try out their chicharron tacos. The salsa on their chicharron tacos will light you up but be so addictingly full of flavor that you can't stop eating! If spice isn't your thing, you need to try out their carne asada tacos, as they are also flavorful and addictingly good. If I'm being entirely honest, you can't go wrong with anything on their menu, as everything is delicious. PS: Their salsas are perfection. I can't even describe how great it tastes because you must take on that flavorful journey yourself. The only downside is that their location could be better for large parties, and since their food is INCREDIBLE, I would love to bring a large group here to eat. Unfortunately, the dining area is merely several yellow booths with no extra chairs, so about four people can sit together at a time. What's unique about their service is that they set your food out fast and hot. So if you are starving and want to eat soon, this is an excellent spot.
