Where do I start ... let's just start! I arrived a little before 2:45 pm as you can see on my attached receipt. I am the ONLY customer inside. I was greeted and my order was taken by the guy in the blue shirt (attached photo) assuming he's a manager based on the conversation him and the guy in the grey shirt was having. I proceed to get my sweet tea while waiting on my order only to find it should have been tossed and remade (see the photo the stickers says use by 2:13 pm it's 2:45 pm so you know it may have that weird taste to it... umm no thanks Lemonade it is! My biggest problem is the guy on his phone in the orange shirt with the blue gloves yep the gloves were NOT changed he went right back to the fries and started boxing them up. That's completely unsanitary. Glad he didn't touch mine. I've tried calling this store to address these issues but I get put on hold and then someone hangs up the phone. At least my food was good that's the ONLY reason I give this place 3 stars ... I see things haven't changed at all. The prior reviews are on point. read more

The hamburger patty was horribly dry, it should be greasy and messy, not this hamburger, not even appetizing. ordered onion rings got fries! Went to this place around 2:00 pm on a Tuesday it was pretty empty except for the homeless guy trying to sleep at a table. Service was slow, I stood at the corner until the manager told some girl to pay attention and help me at the counter. The girl was maybe 18-20 years old. She clearly gave zero fucks about her job. Not really rude but not at all welcoming or friendly, just there for the paycheck. Ordered two #1's burgers that took about 10 minutes and came out lukewarm. Fries were lukewarm and soggy. Overall I would not come back. We're from out of state and don't have Whataburger so we wanted to try it and it sucked. read more

I used to love Whataburger, but it keeps going downhill. The price keeps going up and the hamburger patty keeps getting smaller and thinner. It is not worth $6.25. I can get a burger at Don's burgers for 5.75 And the patty is three times the size of Whataburger patty. The staff was really friendly today. Seriously, this location is so bad. Save yourself and go drive to a different one. I went a few weeks ago through the drive thru and they forgot our spicy ketchup that we asked for. Then we went again through the drive thru and asked for spicy ketchup 3 separate times, even once at the window making eye contact with the cashier. She said it was in there... it wasn't. The staff was horsing around inside and clearly nobody cared about how any of the food looked nor what was or wasn't included in the bag. My chicken sandwich had barely any sauce on it, incredibly dry. When I asked the cashier if I could scan my reward app to get points she said I would have to buy one of the 50 cent sauces because she already closed out my check. Came to Dallas for Easter break and first thing I wanted to eat is Whataburger. Being from Texas this is always a must! My favorite thing for breakfast is their jalapeño cheddar biscuit! Sooooo bomb! With the hasbrowns. And usually for a regular burger I like the grilled chicken but add cheese and jalapeños or the Buffalo chicken ranch which I know they took out for a while but I think it's back now. The only reason why I don't give this specific location 5 stars is because of the service the lady was nice but the speaker outside the drive thru didn't work and we were waiting for like 10 minutes for someone to finally tell us to move up. Once we ordered inside the food took like 20 minutes. But everything was warm and good! read more

Food was good. 2 lanes were open. I was in lane 1. A car that was told to go to lane 2 got their food before me. I was in line 3 minutes before they got in line. They weren't getting just a soft drink, they were delivered a bag. It took me another 4 minutes to get my food. I stopped by this location tonight to redeem a reward for a free chocolate shake. I placed my order at the speaker and was asked to pull up into the right lane. The service was very quick and an employee brought out my shake to me. When I showed the person my phone, she was unable to scan the app and told me I should have let her know I wanted to redeem a reward at the speaker. Although, I had no problem parking my car to head inside so she could scan the app, she made it seem like I was an inconvenience to her. The shake was delicious, but the experience, not so much. With corporate introducing mobile ordering and new tech being introduced, I hope this location can figure out a better solution to make sure customers are better served in their second lane. read more

Let's put this in perspective, on the day she decided not to wear a mask or gloves, Wednesday at 9:45 a.m. June 10, 2020, the Dallas Morning News reported, "Texas identified more than 2,000 new cases on both Wednesday and Thursday, the highest daily totals yet. The counties that include Houston and Dallas are reporting some of the nation's largest single-day rises." Her supervisor came to the window with her mask not covering her nose (you can't make this up) and told me my mask was not covering MY NOSE? It clearly was. I was just stunned and said, "M'am you are the one with a mask not covering your nose." Obviously she had JUST put it on and had not pinched the nose wire. I took her picture and the servers picture. Then the manager came to the window and told me it was against the law to photograph their workers without the permission. I explained in the State of Texas where a person has no expectation of privacy that is NOT against the law. He persisted and I explained again with several examples that anyone has seen a million times. He then said, "Well, it's not right." Everyone in this situation attacked the customer who only wanted the server to wear a mask and gloves. Everyone had an excuse. The manager tried to intimidate me with a LIE.
