I really love this establishment and I'm a Signature Member with 5,000 points already down from Maintaining my Signature Status of 10,000 points. Tuesday I stop by to grab something for my family and the lady on the counter "Ashley" just was only doing what she wanted to do at that time. If I gave her a name that I clearly spelled out she still put a different name on my order not double checking with me the name, when I placed the order I received a different kids meal that wasn't asked for, even the sauce that I asked for wasn't received. Idk if she was having a bad day but I didn't appreciate the attitude given towards my order. Her badge name wasn't even visual for knowing her name. Mind you, I realized these issues once I had made it back into my vehicle and pulled out of the CFA parking lot. This establishment is usually a place I don't have to double down on with my order. I will let one or two slide but it's become a habit every single time... something is always wrong. They also have had their handful of rude employees. Went to Chick-fil-a for breakfast this morning. The Chicken Mini's were not done. The bread was very doughy. I went inside the restaurant to exchange for some that were done. The manager apologized and then brought out the same doughy mini's. I told her these aren't done either. The kitchen manager then brought out another order...still the same doughy mini's. It's pretty clear this location is incapable to handle an order. I placed an uber order in the amount of $70. Four drivers came to pick it up because the store was taking forever. When the last driver arrived, she was told the food was picked up. It was not true. The food was never picked up. Uber canceled the order and gave me a refund. At this point, I was thinking the app was having issues. I placed the order again. It took forever again and we got some of our food. I ordered two salads, but no dressing was put in the bag. I ordered two brownies, but one one was in the bag. Both salads should have had crispy chicken, yet one had grilled. Hey! But at least we got two straws even though I didn't order any drinks! Almost 10 late the boy comes up to me and ask the name of my order.... They never put a name on my order so my food was just sitting there forever. All I order was two combos and some Mac. For fast food this was way too long. They stuffed my order in a paper bag and while walking to my front door all my food fell out from the bottom of the bag. Every register employee seems to be well trained on the registers, a lot of the time my order is ready by the time l pay. l have tried every item Chick-Fil-A has to offer, only one that l would recommend not to order is the Chick strips because of the small size and the price of $6.99 for 3, there is also a 4ct. Today was the 3rd time in less than 2 weeks that I received cold food that had to be reheated in my air fryer once I got home. I mean the fries were barely warm while I had to sit in the drive through for an additional 5 minutes, because the car in front of me was still waiting on their food. I was able to move once they FINALLY had the car in front of me move forward. But they didn't have them move completely out of the line, so I still had to wait until the line to the right moved, before I could maneuver around and finally free. To go through ALL of that to not even be able to enjoy fresh fries on my drive home is in acceptable. I will not return to this location again. read more

Went to this Chick-fil-A and I had rewards on my app so I proceeded to attempt to use them but the system took my rewards and didn't let me use them. The manager Ashley or was very rude during the whole transaction. She acted like I was a criminal because my account had a lot of rewards. This CFA use to take gluten allergies serious, not anymore. I placed my order as usual. Said I had a gluten allergy and needed a glove change. My receipt said allergy , but when I got home it was regular nuggets. I went back and said they messed up my order and manager said it says regular nuggets.
