We love Wendys we don't go out to eat as much but during the summertime and spring we stop for frosty's. My guy loves the chili. Forcing someone to order food before they allow them to use the restroom is pure evil so I decided not to order food and politely left the store. I was told this was Wendy's policy overall knowing that was a lie. Thanks to this store I'll never spend another dollar at Wendy's any where in the world. Customer service is not a thing anymore. Honestly, I don't even know why it's just one star. because the food is amazing and it was hot and fresh. and no one was in here sitting with us, but the tables are clean. Services was bad. Lady told me if I wanted more crackers for my chili I needed to go to the Walmart and get some ( like it was coming out her check) she gave me 2 crackers with a large chili. They are rude and unprofessional. Hate to stereotype but yeah you'll know the rest. read more

they have a manager that works here in the morning very rude doesn't care about customers or service she is a white older lady she is training her staff to do the same there is a young man that is Hispanic instead of him trying to help me understand my order they where trying to start conflict there was a younger lady there that helped me out she explained everything to me and I appreciate her for doing so but the other two shouldn't have the right to treat people as if there money doesn't matter I spent $43 and the cops called on me I will be sure to let everyone I know not to go here unless they want horrible customer service. read more

dont order here unless you want to be given an attitude. pulled up to the speaker and wasnt even given a second to reply when i was told to order whenever i wanted followed by an "i guess" and a big of an attitude from a guy, our order was then taken by a young lady and when ordering our last combo, she gave us a big sigh. pulling up to the window we were given our drinks and the window being slammed immediately and was not given/offered a reciept. we ordered five combos but were only given two fries. before leaving we just decided to get a refund and return the food. while waiting, one of the workers poured out the drinks washed the cups and put them back into the dispensers (i assume to reuse them) he then proceeded to wash his hands in the drink area. this is so unsanitary who knows what else he was touching and the audacity to have an attitude not only at work but also towards customers is ridiculous. dont bring ur personal problems to work and/or just quit. 0/10 wont be shopping here again. read more

Not a lot of places are kid friendly. I feel its so easy for us to get caught up in routine...stress and irritation. This place was totally different due to due to their awesome employee! Shaniqua! She was amazing with my babies! Since we came in she was so welcoming! she stood out! She remembered their names and talked to them like if she knew them from multiple visits before! My kids loved it here! She really gained some returning customers .She is truly awesome and a great asset!! read more

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I always order the Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad, which I love. I went there today and they said it would be $7.03. I handed the cashier exact change, a five-dollar bill, two one-dollar bills and three pennies. The cashier disappears and then comes back and says the price is $7.03. I told her I know and that is what I just gave her. She held up the two one-dollar bills and said I only gave her $2.03. I told her no, I gave her $7.30, the exact change. She then left and another employee came to the window and repeated my order and asked if that was correct. I told her yes, she has my order correct. She then stated the price is $7.03. I told her I know that and just gave that exact amount to the other girl. She said I only gave her $2.03. I again told her I gave her exact change. She then accused me of trying to beat them out of $5.00 and if I wanted my food, I had to give her $5.00. I told her I would do so, just to get on with my life, but I would never be back and Wendy's has lost a customer for life over $5.00. I gave her another five-dollar bill and she gave me my food and shut the window. I looked and there was no knife or fork in the bag. I got her attention and asked for a knife and fork. she claimed it is in the bag. I told her I looked and there is neither a knife or fork in the bag. She mouthed something I could not understand and slammed the drive-thru window shut. I tried to get her attention, but she would not open it again. The previous time I came here, they failed to give me a knife and fork as well. All the people I have dealt with at this location are "ghetto" and "thugs." They YELL at you, use ghetto language and have a bad attitude. It is bad enough I have to look at their gang tattoos covering their faces and arms, but I have to endure their yelling and course language. This is my last trip to Wendy's. read more

This Wendy's is nice and fresh inside since they remodeled. I love the new drink machine. It's one of the few places I can get Coca-Cola with Lime. I cried for weeks when our area stopped getting it in stores. :'( (not really, but could have!) Coca-Cola told me it isn't marketable in our area. REALLY!?!? Go to any bar or restaurant and listen to drink orders. We are constantly hearing this request. Anyways, this is about Wendy's not the Coca-Cola Bottling Company.... We ordered 2 Ranch House Burgers, a fry and 2 Lg drinks. Not the first time our order was incorrect but it will defiantly be the last. Bf ordered his burger with meat and cheese only, they took off the onions, I asked for fresh lemonade and got diet lemonade bs and instead of fries with my meal I asked for a Caesar salad got garden with ranch. I give up trying with this Wendy's Location (501 E. Interstate 30). At one time the food and service was notoriously bad, when I drove by on my way to Walmart there was often no one in the drive-thru and there parking lot was empty. Last year after there last remodel I thought things may have changed, boy was I wrong. I placed my order at the drive-thru and pulled up. The cashier stated that will be XX dollars. I then responded with; the menu sign showed my order should have only been X dollars. She responded loud with a very nasty voice and aggressively by hanging her body out the window with; "YOU DID NOT ORDER THAT, YOU ORDERED THIS AND IT WILL BE XX DOLLARS". I keep my composure and stated sorry there must have been some miss communication. WOW things got worse, she started talking louder and with her best anger face; THERE WAS NO MISS COMMUNICATION, YOU DID NOT ORDER THAT, YOU ORDERED THIS AND IT WILL BE XX DOLLARS. By then someone inside pulled her back in the window and stated sorry here is your order and will be X dollars. Something is very wrong with this Wendy's Location. Wow the same bad attitude and service, not to mention my order was cold and nasty. I will not go back to this Wendy's Location even if they gave away free food.
