I love this Panera because of how efficient it is. You can order at the cashier or on a tablet. The tablet in my opinion is way easier because you don't have to bother with miscommunication and a botched order. The app is easy to navigate and they get it right every time. One thing that i often pay attention to is the soda fountain and how well they get the drinks mixed. Sometimes you'll go to random places and it is either all syrup and no carbonated water or the other but they always have their fountain in check. I have eaten at Panera several times, at several locations. I enjoy the food, although the menu can be confusing. I love the bread and pastries. I was very disappointed when I brought my kids for dinner. The kids meals were very small and definitely overpriced. A very small helping of mac & cheese, and a gogurt (yogurt in a tube), and no drink = $4.99. My kids ate it up and told me they were still hungry. There were also no tables large enough for our normal-sized family of 5. I do like the rewards program and the free Wi-Fi, but I won't return with my kids. I LOVE this place!! I've got the rewards card and frequently get breakfast & lunch here. They donate the unused food to local food banks, so I think the prices are fair considering they do their share. Breakfast: my new favorite are the soufflés, but my regular is a everything bagel sandwich with bacon, egg & cheese. The chocolate pastry is heavenly with coffee, and it's always fresh when I go! Lunch: The pick 2 deal is the best deal for me and the portion is plenty to get me full! Turkey Bacon Bravo is AMAZING, and their broccoli cheese soup is the best when it's piping hot. And their green tea is freakin GOOD! Although I like sitting in a comfy chair to read or check my email with their wifi, I typically get my order to go because they are usually so busy. I've been going to this location for a few years. I have been eating at the Panera chain for close to 10 years, as I have moved around the country. This location is notorious for leaving out food from To-Go orders. Sides don't make it in, bakery items don't make it in, sometimes portion of their pick-two deals don't make it in. I have to double check orders im given before I leave the premises. If not, I'm driving back to get something they forgot to put in. They leave food out of the To-Go orders 1/3 of the time. They would get 5 stars for the food, but 0 for cleanliness. My husband sent back 3 dirty/sticky soup spoons, finally asked for a plastic/disposable one. Then we witnessed the male staff that brought us the dirty spoons taking off his cap and run his hands through his hair, wipe his eyes and mouth, scratch the back of his neck, all while standing at the counter where they put the orders to take to customers. We notified as manager and he went and spoke to this young man. He did not go and wash his hands, instead, he took a large order of food to a customer. One of the plates of food was up against his hoodie/pullover. While we both loved the food, after seeing what kind of hygiene is acceptable there, we both felt nauseous. I ordered a Frontega Chicken Panini which is supposed to be made on panini bread like Normal paninis. However, they made it with this crap bread that wasn't panini and had a huge amount of salt on top. I scraped most of the salt off but it still taste too salty to eat. Like it almost burns my mouth because it's so salty. I took a bite and it taste like swallowing ocean water but much worse. I have included a picture of the pile of salt I scraped off. read more

NEVER HAVE AN ISSUE!! I order here several times a week. It's our go to place on our busy days cuz the pick 2 is perfect for breakfast and lunch. I will continue to come here even when I live in downtown Dallas and have 2 other locations I do visit on occasion but this one is the best hands down. I went here a couple of months ago with two kids. One of them has autism. Once we received the food, the autistic child was very upset because they only filled her bowl halfway. For the price I paid, I thought it was a complete rip off so I had her ask the employee for more. She was so upset that she was in tears. The employee told the child who was IN TEARS that she could not have any more. She began to throw a tantrum in the restaurant all because the worker denied her request and I went through a lot of abuse with this child. Later on, we contacted the manager and told them about this incident, and they did not even apologize to me for what happened. I AM NEVER COMING TO PANERA BREAD AGAIN.. Went here tonight and they were not busy at all, but still managed to screw up our order. We ordered to go and once we got home realized they completely got our order wrong. They should make it clear when placing a Rapid Order that it is not available for Drive Thru. After waiting in the Drive Thru, I was told that they were "not allowed to give rapid orders through the window". I ask for it to be heated back up, if I'm going to pay $30 I'd expect at least to get served a warm meal! WARNING TO THOSE WITH CELIAC DISEASE: If you have celiac disease or are allergic to wheat be VERY careful if you eat here or better yet, just go elsewhere. At least some of the employees have no idea what gluten free means, and I just got a Feta and Watermelon salad that I ordered to be gluten free that had wheat and barley grain (ancient grains) on it. Great, now I get to suffer for weeks with celiac rash... I guess I'm lucky that I don't get DEATHLY ILL like some people do, I just get a terrible rash that makes me want to jump off of a bridge..... all because someone who is working in a restaurant who SHOULD know what gluten free means, doesn't have a clue. Had a really good steak and egg on everything bagel here today. The bagel was perfectly toasted and steak and egg weren't over cooked. Definitely recommend trying this if you go for breakfast. My husband and I LOVE this specific Panera Bread. Oscar is AMAZING and always takes such good care of us. For starters, this has been the dirtiest Panera that I have ever been to. I brought the kids here for lunch since we are big fans of the food at Panera. Although the place was half full, we had trouble finding a seat since I counted 8 tables that were uncleaned and stacked with dirty dishes. This is my closet Panera and after reading the reviews, I guess I may be going to an entirely different Panera. I've been going here for about 3 years now, and love it. I go at least once a month, sometimes more often for the Tuesday bagel special. Very friendly service, sometimes a bit of a wait in drive they line, but there quick to answer questions/recommendations on new items featured. When I go in on Tuesday, they're quick to serve, and always check in back if bagels are ain't available out front. I have been to other Paneras from here in TX to OK, AR, and MO, but this is my favorite Panera. Only reason 4 is because of heavy traffic area, and out 1 out of every 5 salads, it may not be the freshest. Otherwise the food is great, so are the pastries, and service. read more

I'm very easy on reviews but felt the need to share in case the situation could be avoided for someone else in the future. I waited a bit for the food but it's fresh so that's to be expected. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, smoothie and an oatmeal. In my opinion they are pricey for the size. I understand it's fresh ingredients, but they only have one size for the smoothie which looks like a small/medium and is $5. (Food portions aren't that generous either) but again, not THIS location's decision. The lady handed me my food and said have a great day. I asked for my drink (which was apparently already made) and she handed it to me. The bag felt a little light so I (thankfully) decided to check and they forgot my oatmeal! That's two items they forgot, which can't be an accident. Can only be attributed to negligence. I had to go inside (was NOT prepared I was not wearing a bra) and waited about 5 minutes for my oatmeal which should have already been ready if they prepped my whole order. The customer service is great and I love the new kiosks. Come here to study, to eat, and have meetings and have great food. The ambiance is nice and comfortable. I order a parfait with my to go order, and my coworker came to pick up our orders. Since everything was packed up we did not discover the terrible quality of my parfait until she was back to work.
