Pizza is huge! If you like a New York style pizza this place is perfect for you. I enjoyed that they didn't over sauce the pizza.

Pizza lacks flavor, garlic rolls were just bread, no garlic. Only reason its 2 stars is the people are nice

3 and a half to 4 stars. One of our go-to pizza places! This…read morepizza is for the thin, almost snappy crust lovers. When done right, it's very crispy (almost Al dente). When left in the oven too long; it can be over cooked and what I call "more crack than crisp". We have been here many times and it's only been overcooked maybe 2-3 times so they are more consistent than not. Surprise: They have added wings to the menu since the last time we were here. So of course we ordered the lemon pepper (full disclosure it's not my favorite flavor anywhere, but the fam out-voted me). I did try them and they were nice and crispy (we order them that way) with a hefty TANG. So if you are fond of the lemon in the lemon pepper this is your go to. For apps we ordered the meatballs and they were tasty; they came in a little deep dish with marina and cheese- and not dry. The croquettes never disappoint. The salad is a standard salad. Im picky with my salad and tend to notice if the lettuce is oxidized. This location almost always has a few oxidized pieces in the mix. I don't know why. It's not that hard to chop up some fresh romaine. I usually love their ranch dressing but today it was a flavorless liquid. Sad face. Our go to pizzas - margherita and the pepperoni. Look at those pizza pies - delish !

It's never really disappointing when we come here. There are plenty of options whether you want an…read moreappetizer, a sandwich, a salad, pizza, and even wings! I think the only frustration today was the fact that they had their happy hour prices posted outside despite they're not actually being a happy hour today. It can certainly seem extremely misleading. Other than that, it seemed as though there were a lot of people training and it was slow to get things like water, but those are just small hurdles when places are facing challenges like that. It is a cool vibe with delicious food, and overall not too shabby The main reason for the low stars is because of the happy hour sign out front. It definitely let our group into believing the appetizers were on happy hour today... Turns out they weren't and the days of the week that happy hour exist was written in extremely small writing at the bottom of the board. Could do better with that...

But they…read morereally need a fire everyone who works here and hire some people who are actually willing to work for what they're being paid. Tonight, I was trying to order a deal online, but there was no way to modify the order. I called the store multiple times, and no one answered the phone. I drove to the store, and while the open sign was turned off, there were people inside. So I went inside to ask if I could order, and just specify no onions on one of the pizzas. There was a girl there behind the counter, eating and wearing headphones and sitting on a barstool, ignoring everyone around her, probably including the ringing phone. So a guy came out of the kitchen to take my order. He acted for all the world like he was so irritated that I showed up to order food. They're still open for another hour. Then, even though there's absolutely no one here, except for some people that are already eating, he told me it would be 45 minutes for the pizzas. So I guess I'll sit in my car and watch them ignore other people like the woman who walked in next. Pathetic customer service. Absolutely terrible. They used to have some really great kids whoworked here, but they seem to be long gone.

He obviously hadn't talked to the cashier. The cook just caused a customer to never eat here again. He even came to the table telling us he wanted the wrong pizza back and told me to hand it to him. I ignored him and said if he wanted it to take it. I told him he should never take the pizza back once it hits the table. Good sanitary conditions are not followed here.

This place lives up to the hype. This was the closest New Haven style pizza I've had in Texas. My…read morefavorite pizza was the pepperoni and Clam. I've heard the Basic was nice too. But the chicken pizza was average. The pizza was holding well to its name. We didn't try anything else other than garlic knots which was okayish. And nothing extraordinary about the tiramisu. (just a fun fact) They seem pretty proud of that fact too, considering there's now a giant cowboy hat sculpture, "The Big Hat," right across the street. It's impossible to miss. Anyway, we weren't there for hats. We were there for pizza. First, a public service announcement. Figure out what you want before you walk in because the menu is only available through a QR code, and it is awful. You scroll. Then you scroll some more. Then somehow you're still scrolling. It feels less like ordering dinner and more like reading the terms and conditions for a mortgage. The two of us ordered a large pepperoni pizza, which turned out to be ambitious. We ate leftovers for days. Next time I'd definitely order the smaller size. My only real complaint about the pizza itself was the pepperoni. There was just TOO MUCH of it. Sure, I could have asked for "light pepperoni", but then I'd be paying full price for less topping, and that just goes against my personal philosophy. I'd love to see a "light pepperoni" option priced accordingly. ALSO not it is the good and greasy cupping pepperoni, kinda spicy. The pizza was also a little unevenly prepared. About half had a thicker crust while the other half was noticeably thinner. I definitely preferred the thinner side. Service was perfectly fine, the bathrooms were clean and nice, and the pizza was good overall. Just be prepared for the QR code marathon before you get to enjoy it.
