Buyer beware! If I could I would leave a zero star rating! I went for the 1st time here and won't be back. The snowcone flavor I got was strawberries with cream. It was awful. It tasted like red dye. I went and asked if they could replace it with a different flavor and was told if i wanted to buy another one then they can. That was so rude to say that. They were not willing to even try and make it right. Don't go to this place unless you want to waste your time and money. Customer service was good! However, they used really wet ice for my snocone, resulting in a not so smooth and chunky/ shardy product. My first job was at a mom & pop snocone stand so I understand not changing out wet ice and wanting to prevent waste, but I was hoping to get something a bit better. This was my first time visiting this spot, my advice would be to order when there are quite a few people ahead of you to ensure a good snocone. I hate to say it, but you might be better off visiting a Bahama Bucks, the pricing is better here, but for an extra $0.50 you could probably get something much smoother elsewhere. I'm going to try to not make this review about COVID. But one thing I love to see is a business taking precautions for their customers. They have spacing markers for being in line, plus the staff wear masks. The tables are not spaced SUPER far apart because the area itself isn't huge, but far enough apart that you don't feel on top of each other. I am not going out in public much AT ALL right now, and am probably one of the more cautious people around, but I felt relatively safe there. Kudos for their efforts. Now- aside from all that, they have a ton of flavors to choose from, HUGE portions.. we got smalls and they were pretty substantially sized. The prices seem reasonable, I can't remember exactly what we paid, but it was around $3-4 per person. Very friendly customer service. I lived in Rockwall most of my childhood and I didn't make it over there enough. Now when we visit, I'm going to try to go more. read more

We love The Ice Train!! We have been coming for years and my kids will tell you there is NONE BETTER! They have so many different flavors (I think the pickle juice comes straight from the jar ) and you can customize yours. Be forewarned, they are piled HIGH over the top! I always get the extra small and its plenty. A must try in Rockwall, especially when trying to beat the Texas heat! read more

Cute place with picnic tables and umbrellas for shade to enjoy the great snow cones. The shaved ice is very fine and so many custom flavors to choose from. Generous servings with ample syrup. The dill pickle flavor is served with a dill pickle!!! Great location, too. read more
