I Ordered the coconut smoothie for myself and the consistency was runny like water no ice. They kindly made a mango smoothie and it tasted horrible. I thought maybe it was my taste buds so I had my daughter taste it and she said it was bad. Maybe the coconut flavor had gone bad or the girl didn't know how to make it. I threw both of them away. My daughter's Dreamsicle was great. It's. The server said it's different every day. Well maybe it should be named "Coconut Surprise" if you don't know what to expect each time. I absolutely love Bahama bucks. I've been going to Bahama Bucks probably since 2009 back in Lubbock. So anytime I see a Bahama bucks of course I have to stop. I'm so blessed to have found one so close to where I live now! Their birthday cake, strawberry daiquiri, tiger blood, strawberry, (are clearly my favorite) but of course you have so many you can choose from! Don't forget you have to get the "Bahama Rama, mama" and add that little bit of ice cream kick to your snow cone!!! The Kokomoko was way too sweet. I hate maraschino cherries, idk why ppl keep adding those to drinks & desserts. They nasty. Anyway, the shaved ice is ranked in the following order: blue raspberry & green apple, mango with condensed milk, Oreo cookie sno. The green apple was sour, the combo definitely tasted like sour candy. The mango wuda been better w/o the condensed milk but my sister actually has a sweet tooth & she ain't complaining so I guess I shouldn't be either. Idk why in the word the Oreo cookie sno & the Kokomo was so sweet tho, esp since the latter is supposed to have dark chocolate. read more

I love Bahama Bucks in general, but at this location, some of the employees need to be retrained. We stood at the window for close to five minutes while they argued among themselves who should help us. Two were busy making snow cones, the one at the drive through was just standing there. She could have at least come over and said "we'll be right with you". We could actually see them arguing about it. So weird. We ended up just leaving. read more

ordered a party pack and paid to have it delivered. when the driver showed up with my order there was 3 bottles of syrup and no ice. I called and spoke to an employee and she told me I could come by and pick up the ice. I told her our event was starting and I wasn't going to leave to pick up something that i paid to have delivered. she told me they weren't allowed to leave the restaurant so there was no way for her to get the ice to me. the door dash driver offered to go back and pick up the ice which he did. I asked to have the manager call me and haven't heard from him yet. the door dash driver needs to be paid for 2 drives. the service was horrible - how do you forget ice for snow cones. read more

Drinks were good; however, the price and service were awful! 4 drinks (2 regular and 2 large) was close to $30 and when I questioned the price and asked for a receipt I was told that receipt printer was broken. It took over 25 mins to get the 3 drinks we ordered and when we went to finally question where our 4th drink was the lady looked back in the computer and then apologized and said she would make it... we were here over 35 mins ‍ They don't have a restroom either. Did not pay attention to my order, while trying to explain I was constantly cut off and the guy at the window proceeded to roll his eye at me and shut the window in my face. I've never had an issue with this location. Cashiers are 50/50 friendly, there's quite a bit of parking (and a drive through), the snow cones come out quickly and my orders have been right every time I've ordered. My favorite so far! read more

if I could Id give them no stars! My kids wanted to try them, we waited over 1 hour for 2 snow cones. next day my other child wanted to try them, I walked in and only 1 person ahead of me ordering. still waited 50 minutes. they handed my my snow cone all watery and melted I asked if they forgot to hand me the cone and it melted the girl's response was "no you asked for extra creme so that's all crème" seriously the entire cup and her hand was covered in the syrup and still spilling over. First time even coming to a Bahama Bucks. And it was for a friend. Glad she told me what she wanted bc that menu is overwhelming. They have a drive thru which is nice though the drive thru gal was less than helpful even after I told her the order and she had questions. Made me feel like sorry i haven't been here before. They charge by the cup size so when I asked them to put it up a cup size so it didn't melt all over my car it did make sense. But again sorry I haven't been here before. Very disappointed. On our way home from a visit and anticipating a long drive to downtown Dallas, we stopped for something cold. 2 snow cones with ice cream. After s long wait 5 cars in front of us, we received out order. I even asked the young lady at the window "this has ice cream, right?" She said yes. Well guess what!!! None. Delicious treats for sure! However we were in the drive thru line for 1 hour. It became very obvious walk up customers were being helped faster when twice someone behind us was served before we were. There was approximately 6 cars ahead of us when we arrived, from the the time we reached the ordering station to the pickup window, where we had to order again was no less than 20 minutes of the wait. No apology, explanation or even a coupon was offered until we questioned, "why an hour." Then it the response was, "ya, sorry we were short staffed." I tell you short staffed, badly managed, organized & terrible resolution. Why didn't we just leave you ask, well the drive thru is set up once you are in past the building and someone is behind you you can't get out- so add bad property planning as well. We are or possibly were punchcard members, did they offer an extra punch at least....no nothing! Have no plans to return, to this location. They informed me that they shut down the smoothie station to clean it & wouldn't be serving any more smoothies for the rest of the night. I asked what time they closed - 10PM. The amount of flavors available is down right ridiculous. They also have a sugar free options for anyone who is counting calories and they taste just as good as the sugar flavors. Bahama Bucks takes snow cones to a whole 'nother level. The variety of flavors, sizes, and the ability to mix and match different flavor combinations is a little overwhelming for your first few visits. Once you dial in on what you like it becomes much easier. It's not all snow cones either, the shakes and smoothies are off the charts as well! My favorite flavors are pickle ( yes it really tastes like dill pickle, and I'm weird enough to like it), super sour grape, piña colada, cream soda, and strawberry daiquiri. This location is constantly frequented by a man with a cane who tells you he has a beach house and locked himself out, needs a few bucks, can you spare some then sits by you when you say you don't have cash. Staff repeatedly let him hang out. At night there's a lot of bugs in the area and the lack of indoor seating makes it hard to enjoy. They are secluded with trees all around. Overall, visit during the day, with company, but not alone or at night. I've been here five times throughout several weeks. However, if you want to-go, they have CHAMOY for their snow cones unlike other locations and they actually do put enough syrup in. read more

I've been here plenty of times and it's usually decent flavor. I guess I'm spoiled by Gourmet Sno because today I tried the natural coconut and watermelon and it was seriously disgusting. It tasted like pure sugar water. I couldn't even tell which was coconut and which was watermelon, seriously! I took 3 bites since I paid $4 for a baby size and had to throw it away.
