Horrible! We have been to a lot of self service yogurt shops in the Dallas Ft Worth area over the years. This one has got to be the worst of them all. We should've turned around immediately when we walked in and noticed that they only had 4 flavors (out of 8 possible stations) one of which was a "mystery flavor". They also had no toppings to speak of, except for a few nuts and candies in plastic containers. No fruit, etc. The "yogurt" had the worst texture and melted into water almost immediately in my cup as I was driving home. What even is that crap? We literally could've gone anywhere from Yumalicious to Pink Berry or anywhere in between and had a better experience. I should've listened to the reviews and to my instinct, but I wanted to give it a shot since it is in our neighborhood . I feel so disgusted and ripped off by this place. read more

I really was looking forward to eating some delicious frozen yogurt! But, was so disappointed in the lack of care & quality of service by this establishment. The frozen yogurt selection was slim pickings: vanilla, Nutella, pomegranate. Yet, I proceeded to fill my cup with vanilla. You're able to pick pre-packaged toppings which to my surprise was molded! Yuck!! I brought it to the attention of the counter help who shrugged his shoulders & said to throw it away. i'm sorry Red Mango, please check your shelved products! Racism baked in!!! This place needs to screen employees better. Tonight I was insulted and belittled by Madisyn. I was attempted to correct Madisyn on my order and Madisyn said, "I don't acknowledge/ talk to/ respond to black men." Madisyn would not reply when I asked her a question regarding my order. I then asked her if there was a problem. Madisyn responded in a loud and aggressive tone with curse words and put downs. Madisyn also told other customers to leave the store (one Asian family and one single African-American Woman). I asked Tracy the general manager for a refund. Tracy did refund my money and tried her best to claim Madisyn down. Unfortunately, Madisyn became more aggressive and verbally offensive in nature. If you enjoy cookies with tones of anger, bitterness, cursing, and racism. Then this is the place for you. read more

Ella was so sweet. It was really busy, but she made sure to acknowledge every customer even with the wait. I didn't like my Energizer smoothie - but I negated to look at the coconut milk ingredient. My croissant sandwich was great. Thank you for everything! read more

Walked in, saw a fly inside the cookie/pastry shelf and walked right out. Need I say more? Taro, popcorn, Nutella and vanilla bean were the only froyo flavors available which are weird options. 2 of the nozzles were broken. So much potential but overall disappointing. read more

Wow I should have looked at reviews before coming. I ordered an acai bowl (which I guess is through Smoothie Factory even though the facility is called Red Mango?) and the bowls on the menu are different from the ones online so they made it incorrectly to begin. They were kind to remake it for me but I instantly regretted having them remake it as the acai bowl I was given tasted like a lb of sugar was poured into it. Learned my lesson. read more

DO NOT come here to try their new açaí bowls. The after taste is horribly pungent I've never tasted anything like it. It tasted like a combination of acid reflux and charcoal. My friend got the tropical one and you'd think it'd taste sweet and tropical, but NO. We paid $8 for a stale, charcoal-like after taste. I got the SPK and honestly it was too sweet. Not a great place for smoothies or bowls. Maybe their frozen yogurt is better. read more

This place is disgusting. I've NEVER... EVER experienced something like this in my 53 years of living. I brought my family here because we were in the area and wanted some sweets, so we decided to check this place out and my lord, I didn't know what I was getting myself into. We walked in and there was a smell like sewage water in there and that should've been my first red flag but I continued to the frozen yogurt and there were only 2 flavors which were gross! We asked for taster cups and they tasted spoiled and not only that, my kids pulled out a cup and there was a DEAD ROACH sitting in the cup. I'm very disappointed, this store should not be surrounded by such high maintenance food places. read more

I understand that everyone wants to be done working on a late night but when your sign says "Hours Vary" and you've got a soccer team coming in at 9:59 on a Friday night, you stay open to serve them and you don't turn off the lights over the seating area while people are still eating. Bad business. Some of our team got food but some did not. I have a feeling their general manager would not be happy. As far as food goes, the cookies and ice cream looked good, but there was a low section of froyo flavors, only 3 when they have the compacity for 6. Well, as I sit writing this, we've now been told (not asked) to leave so they can mop. We've only been here 15 mins. How rude. I've NEVER been in an establishment that has asked people to leave before. We will not be returning nor will any of the 18 plus family members on our team. read more

A combined Nestle and Red Mango - excellent in theory but not the best experience. Along the left they have the red mango set up, which is self serve frozen yogurt (pro they have dairy free options!) and the toppings bar (you pay by the weight). Unfortunately, two of the eight flavors were not working and when the person in front of me inquired, the employee hastily removed the sign and curtly explained they were out. I got my yogurt and toppings - the toppings bar was clean and the bins full, though several of the fruits did not look ripe. The most frustrating part of this experience was that I then had to stand in the one line for the red mango and Nestle, where my yogurt started to melt while the employees rang up an order and made the item before helping the next person. I would suggest one employee be on cashier, while the other makes orders full time. Then, with quick bakery orders or no line, both employees can help with orders. Better customer service, less melted yogurt. Seems like a win to me. read more

The cookies is nasty and they are hard. Ever since they got rid of Nestle it hasn't been the same. The stuff in the case is old and hard. Go elsewhere fi you want treats that actually taste good. So this is my second time coming in here, they messed my order the first time. I was upset specially because there was only one person besides me ordering. So they were not busy at all. They messed up my drink it was so watery and it did not even look good! Got a refund and went about my day, I went in 2 days later to give them another shot and man they messed up my drink again this time I had to take it because I was on my break and did not have time to get a refund. The employees are not the nicest either, I don't even think they apologized and when I'm guessing the manager went in to give me a refund I could tell she was upset and not happy about it! I was there this afternoon and ordered a Strawberry Banana smoothie. It was very good. Wonderful experience.

I took my niece here one weekday evening about an hour before they closed and I was thoroughly unimpressed. Now, I dont have high standards for frozen yogurt so let me explain why I will not be returning. To start, with the name Red Mango I did want to try the fresh mango they had with my yogurt and sadly it was extremely unripe. I also had an issue with the lack of options, not a ton of flavors and underwhelming toppings. My last complaint is the service, I dont believe any of the employees said so much as hello to us. Maybe my customer service standards are too high, or maybe they arent. You decide, but dont get the mango here! read more

First frozen yogurt place I've ever seen without tasting cups. I was told people had 'abused the privilege,' so the manager had taken them away. Not sure how they plan to sell frozen yogurt. The workers were nice, so 2 stars instead of 1, but ultimately we couldn't get what we came for. read more
