All offerings available and all machines running beautifully. Lots of flavors for us to choose from. I noticed that they were closely maintaining their machines when my family & I were enjoying our froyos. Seating were clean. Parking can be a challenge during peak days like weekends and hot Summer days but worth the drive. They are consistent after many visits. Great local spot to grab some deliciousness to balance the heat. Great service! read more

It's a good place. My gripe is that many flavors are runny! There's something that can be done to the machines to get them to solidify the yogurt, but only some staff does it some of the time, not always. It's annoying, especially when the line is long or the customers dilly-dally picking toppings, and you reach the register with semi-liquid yogurt instead of frozen yogurt! I don't mind tipping, but this issue should be fixed if they expect tips. read more

We often wonder in here on Sunday after our usual brunch spot. It's amazing and always clean. The staff is friendly and the shop is always clean. My children also appreciate that frozen is playing almost 90+ percent of the time in the background. Self serve means you never end up paying an arm and a leg for a really small cup of the kids never eat. Self serve also means the kids want 19 different flavors in the cup and don't eat all of it either! I guess there's no winning when it comes to frozen yogurt. The toppings are plentiful and well maintained. Highly recommend this spot! read more

Disappointed since pinkberry and fro yo in general spots have declined. Why?? It's dessert without all the guilt! Anyways, this place was awesome to find with great flavors to choose from! Fresh and clean ingredient bar also is a plus. 1 star off due to not being able to sample flavors but I can definitely understand if ppl especially kids get a little overzealous with their "sample" and fro yo spilling everywhere. All in all wish there was a location in Houston! Bring back froyo read more

Yumilicious - Ube! Pumpkin! Avocado! Great selection - Desserts Near Me - Richardson, Texas

If you haven't had frozen yogurt in a while, you should re-discover it at Yumilicious in Richardson! With 16 choices (all working I might add) and more toppings than I cared to count, this is clearly my number 1 spot for FroYo. Also, many of their selections are Gluten-Free, Vegan, and they have Kosher, and Non-Sugar options as well! - so it's a treat that everyone can enjoy. I couldn't decide, so I had a little Strawberry with Cheesecake Pieces, Cheesecake with Strawberry Chunks, Pistachio with Hazelnut Crisps, and THE MOST UNUSUAL FLAVOR I'VE EVER TASTED - Mango-Habanero! I enjoyed it all, but that Mango-Habanero starts cool and refreshing and then the heat rises in your throat. You take another bite to cool it off, and the process starts all over again! It has to be tried to appreciate. I'm definitely stopping back anytime I'm near Richardson. read more

Yumilicious - a bowl of yogurt and fruit - Desserts Near Me - Richardson, Texas

I've been coming here for years and this has been my favorite yogurt shop, but not anymore. TERRIBLE management. The manager was rude and disrespectful and refused to honor my $10 reward credit (photo shown of receipt below as proof.) He was claiming that I didn't have any reward credit on my account but as clearly shown on my receipt, I do. He said that his system "isn't wrong" and that I was incorrect despite explaining to him that I just chose not to use my $10 credit last time I came in, so my points started back at 0 and that's why I currently have a $10 credit PLUS 42 points from my purchase today, as seen on the receipt. Either way, despite the proof clearly shown to him, this man had his employee tell me that he wanted to "speak with me on the phone" and tried chewing me out over the phone after I just purchased $16 in yogurt despite not letting me use my credit. He was rude, dismissive, got loud with me, and had an attitude. This is not a way to do business AT ALL. You've lost a loyal customer today instead of just admitting it was user error on your new employees part and giving me the credit I clearly had available to use. It's not about the $10, it's about the principle of cheating someone out of their reward and being so incredibly rude and dismissive to a paying customer. Save your money or go to a different location for owners that actually value their customers. read more

Horrible service. The young guy has zero customer skills. Yogurt is horrible, that's the reason they don't let you get a Sample.

I found a yumilicious less than a month ago and I've already been there 5 times Their yoghurt is honestly one of the best I've tasted in a while! It's so rich and creamy and the tart ones (which are my favorite) have the right amount of tart for me. It's a very comfortable space in a nice neighborhood so you can always take a walk if you don't want to sit inside, it's very family friendly as well. The service is also great, it's self-serve and then you simply pay at the register, super straightforward! read more

I have personal beef with Jon K. his male Karen skills are actually unbearable he was the stench in the store he smelt horrible I was eating my food before i noticed overly sized man Jon K.Enter the store with his horrible stench and he was complaining for samples because he can't stop eating. The workers were fine and the store was great only problem was Jon K. That's why I give this a 4 stars.I still can't believe these worker have to deal with adult babies crying over more icecream. read more

Driven past here a million times and the first time I noticed/stopped in to the store was while attending The Taste of Eastside (unlimited food tasting of some of the restaurants in the center for merely $3 that goes to a charity). So we were given a cup to go sample the frozen yogurt. I liked the set-up of the store - pretty modern/clean look with a pop of color from the orange seating. The froyo machines are set into the curved wall with the flavors listed on top, in groups of two. You pour (?) your selection and take it up to the counter to add toppings of your choice. Each machine "section" houses two flavors, with a pull handle to swirl the two flavors if you so choose. With about 15 flavors to choose from, and multiple topping options, you could get quite creative! While they had some exotic flavors like Mango Habanero, Avocado Tart, and Pomegranate Raspberry (to name a few), I stuck with the Dutch Chocolate. It was delicious, not too sweet! One day when I'm feeling adventurous, I'll try another option. read more

I love frozen yogurt and how it's much healthier than ice cream and I don't feel as guilty indulging. They have a large selection of yogurt here and you can sample them before you commit. They have your fruity/tarty flavors as well as decadent and creamy flavors. This particular visit, I got the sea salt caramel, chocolate, hazelnut, and cheesecake. They had many toppings to choose from and any sauces you may want to add. The flavors were good and all the toppings were yummy. read more

Perfect Yogurt Shop! Clean, easy to use, great and fun flavors, free water, and a fair price point that doesn't put a hole in your wallet. Love the plain yogurt. It was firm. The taro yogurt and the other flavored ones were more liquidy and runny. read more

Yumilicious is probably my favorite froyo chain. I've been here so many times, I finally joined their rewards program :) They have a myriad of delicious flavors but I always come back to the plain tart which I like here better than other places. I just add some assorted fresh fruit, granola, and chopped nuts for a healthy-ish treat. But fear not, they have plenty of unhealthy toppings to satisfy your sweet tooth. The store is clean, bright, and never very crowded or loud. And there are video games and a giant Connect Four if you get bored. They used to have fun spoons that would change color with temperature but I haven't seen them lately. Tips: Be sure to get some sample cups near the toppings bar and sample flavors before deciding. They charge by the ounce and not cup size. read more

I love froyo. What's not to love? I've had froyo from many different locations, chains and independently owned in Dallas and around the US thanks to my work travel. Yumilicious locations always have the best variety, but this particular location is THE BOMB, BEST OF THE BEST, HANDS DOWN. The location is always clean (a rarity), leaves sample cups out for testing new flavors (win), and always has the best variety of rare and new flavors. I live 15 minutes from this location and pass no less than 3 other froyo establishments on my way without regret or pause. Mango habanero? Yes please! Avacado? I was suspicious. Now it's a go to for me! Taro? Ummmm isn't that a root? Uhhh I'm not sure (at first). This is now a staple! Sesame? It's black. Well, more like a sludge Grey. And tastes like... sesame... saw it for the first time and tried it last night - WINNER! The toppings are more plentiful than other locations. This is the only place I've seen both flavors of popping boba out at the same time. They are my favorite! Also, this location is open until 11 on weekends which is awesome. Anyway, give this place a shot. It's worth the drive. Try things you've never tried before. Prepare to get hooked. Life pro tip: try Yoshi Shabu Shabu (hot pot) for dinner in the same complex before heading to Yumilicious and get the best of both worlds (hot and cold)! read more

I visited Yumilicious during the Taste of Eastside. There was an employee outside working the booth and an employee inside the store. The guy working inside the store was super friendly. He even took us outside to show where the booth was set up. The store was extremely clean which is important for an OCD person like me. I tried a variety of flavors using the sample cups provided and finally settle for a quirky mixtures of flavors. Yumilicious has every imaginable toppings available. read more

This was one of my absolute FAVORITE places to go when I needed a little pick me up. My drug of choice when sad. --- I'll miss your chocolate mint and cake batter froyo with pecans and waffle cone pieces! You scored major points by having the cone pieces! Whoever made the decision to have them is a genius, and saves me much time of breaking apart those waffle bowls other establishments carry. The new employee who works nights (forgot his name) is genuinely sweet and caring. When he arrived, he made coming to have yogurt even more of a pleasant experience (the younger guys who were there before were horrible). The only reason why I cannot give 5 stars is because of the price. It's still very expensive for people like me who want to eat it everyday. If I could afford it, I surely would. I'll miss you and wish I could bring you to Seattle with me. read more

Yumilicious - Red velvet with pecans and waffle cone pieces! Too yummy to just get a small - Desserts Near Me - Richardson, Texas

Locally-grown yogurt corporation, whose first shop is in Uptown Dallas, that doesn't use yo-cream that is typical of substandard yogurt places, and on par with California's Yogurt-land (which also doesn't use yo-cream). Very fresh fruit toppings and plenty other topping choices. $1 can make your 42-cents-an-ounce yogurt into a smoothie (2% milk added). Fresh-tasting flavors from 12 self-serving locations - some tart and some not. My favorites are the mango habanero (slightly spicy) and the avocado tart. I also thought the pomegranate raspberry sorbet was just good but it pales to the berry sorbet from Paciugo (which I can compare since a sorbet has no egg, milk or yogurt). The toasted marshmallow flavor was also good. But I might just stick with the favorites and the fresh fruit toppings. I look forward to trying new flavors from this place. UTD discount and loyalty system (via phone app) are available. UPDATE: For some reason, I tried the Yumilicious brand somewhere else, and it was not as good as this one. Strange. read more

I would give this place five stars just for the handsome staff! Honestly, this is hands down the best yogurt shop I have been to since I was in Las Vegas. The one at the MGM Grand is also great. This frozen yogurt shop is the best one I have been in and I have been in a lot of them. Most of them are geared toward children or kids with the low tables and rounded chairs so they don't get hurt. This one is not and I love it. Don't people know that adults pay for the kids their frozen delectable treats and those grown ups don't want to sit in a round chair 2 inches off the ground for peat sake. This gets it. They offer great flavors that I haven't seen anywhere else as well. They have avocado and even taro flavored yogurt. It was like heaven in my mouth. After I ate it, I wished I would have gotten the big gallon tub bucket like a fat kid and just mixed those 2 flavors with my gummy bears. So good. I will so be stopping back in here. Probably too much. read more

My favorite Yumilicious location! This location is always clean and has fun games available to play, but what makes it my favorite are the flavors! They always have good flavors and this location is the only location where I've seen Mango Habanero. Some people think it's sounds weird but don't judge before you've tried it. It tastes like a mango tart with a kick to it. So yummy! I also like avocado tart. The toppings are always filled and clean. I visited Yumilicious recently with a couple of friends, and I was a little nervous, because last year, I tried a place other than Pinkberry and was sorely disappointed. Upon walking in, I noticed that the place was very large and roomy, with comfy seating and a nice patio. Then I looked on the wall and saw that the yogurt was self-serve, with LOTS of options. I think it was at this moment that I internally said "aww yeah!" They had a lot of great flavor options...Avocado, yes, but also cookie dough (which I picked), red velvet, coconut, lychee, pina colada...and there were lots more! You choose a cup size for your fro-yo, and fill it with either as much or as little as you want. Then there's the topping station, which was crazy awesome! They have every topping option that Pinkberry has, plus a few extras! The fruit is very fresh, too, which I feel is extremely important. Again, you get to put as much or as little as you want. Best of all, the fro-yo is priced by weight, as opposed to how many toppings you want. I got a medium cup with Capn' Crunch, sliced almonds, strawberries, blueberries, and a cookie. All for 3 bucks and some change. Not bad...not bad at all!! read more

The store is clean and comfortable. There is a very large selection for a Yumilicious. I came on an expired Groupon. It expired in 2011. My froyo go to is basically a mixture of whatever fruity flavored yogurts they have and then fruit and gummy toppings. For me, most self serve frozen yogurt places are pretty much the same. You just need to have a couple of yummy yogurt flavors, a good variety of toppings and a reasonable price, and I'm sold. Yumilicious checks two out of the three boxes. The yummy yogurt flavors - check: I got the pomegranate one, and it was my favorite froyo flavor I have had to date, definitely recommend if you love pomegranates Variety of toppings - check: they have so many options to chose from including my necessary sour gummy worms and gummy bears Reasonable price - sort of: the price was not unreasonable, but it felt little steep compared to what I'm used to paying, of course the con of self serve is that you never really know exactly what you are going to get charged until it gets weighed so it's a little hard to judge If you like frozen yogurt it's a nice option to check out, I would go back for the pomegranate flavor alone it was that good! read more
