The service was actually very nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful, so I appreciate that part of the experience. However, the prices are extremely high for what you get. The churros were very small, stale, and cold, which was surprising since churros are usually best when they're fresh and warm. For the price, the quality just didn't match expectations. I also ordered the loaded ice cream cone, and it felt like a complete waste of money. It looked nothing like the picture, and it didn't even come with a drizzle like advertised. Everything is beautiful! I didn't like the smell upon entering the building, but the HAPPY and JOLLY people were so excited to see us. My first time here with my family and we enjoyed the service and amazing atmosphere. It was such a fun and cute experience. We'd definitely recommend this place for little kids and families. This is SUCH A FANCY HANG out. I can see photo shoots and parties being done here!! So many churros to eat! Small - but affordable enough to buy and share with friends and family. They were so nice and so personable! A big group of us came in and they were so nice and accommodating. They were willing to just give some people of cup of ice cream for cheaper too. They ARENT KIDDING when they use words like "decadent" these are A LOT. Fun flavors, and dipping a hot crunchy churro into a cold milkshake is VERY satisfying. We each got a shake topped with a churro but we kind of think next time we either split one, or get a shake to share and pick our own churro flavors -- we only made it halfway through our own! read more

So first time I came, I was like this is a great idea and concept. I was also excited because Hawaiian Bros has hooked me to Pineapple soft serve. I consistently get orders from Mumtaz which is next door. So I went in today to get a twist soft serve Pineapple and Strawberry. This place forces self service down your throat so I ordered from the kiosk. I saw a sign but it said out of water... so I didn't continue to read it on the counter in some kindergarten handwriting because water is irrelevant to my order; or so I thought. After ordering I'm told that a) they don't have pineapple soft serve b) I can't get a refund c) I can't pay the difference to get something else My only option is to get strawberry only soft serve. So at this point I'm a bit annoyed, the girl at the counter seemed annoyed and flabbergasted that I dare want one of the three aforementioned options and should simply be satisfied with getting the strawberry soft serve. She then calls the ?owner? And I get the $2 upgrade ice cream for free. Swear to God after I get the cone, thank the girls (both of them) for accommodating me. I turn around to walk about and the cone breaks apart. Now I want to say maybe it was karma because I was pushing back, but I wasn't disrespectful or out of character; so only thing I can assume since the cone literally crushed like paper, was that it was set up in that fashion because they was angry about my pushback. Whether God or on purpose out of retaliation the whole experience left me annoyed enough to never consider returning. Hope people continue to have expendable income and the desire for subpar service. read more

I ended up here by accident because my family (I was supposed to be meeting them for lunch) accidentally sent me the address to the wrong CAVA. I'm glad they did! The aesthetic is VERY pink, with an old-school ice cream parlor vibe. While musing aloud about the dozens of options, the owner Anna prompted me to try the tiramisu as it's one of her favorites. And I can see why! Massive shake, gorgeously arranged, with the promised churro on top. The churros were thinner than I'm used to, but made up for it by being hot, crispy, and wonderfully dense. My only complaint about the shake is how expensive it was--this one cost a whopping $20. As for the staff, they were fast, friendly, and attentive. In fact, they were so excited to make me the pretty churro arrangement that they forgot I had asked for it to go. This turned out to be another happy accident because it let me snap some pics before they boxed it up for me (apologizing profusely the whole time). In summary, I loved it and will be back soon.
