I've been curious to try this Dubai chocolate flavor, and when I tell you it was so delicious I nearly inhaled it. It has fresh strawberry halves topped with crunchy toasted kataifi shredded phyllo, pistachio sauce, and crushed roasted pistachios. There was a good crunch to the texture because of the kataifi and shredded phyllo. The strawberries add just enough flavor that's not too overpowering. Overall the combustion was memorable and I would definitely get it again. What's makes the treat even better is you get great service right when you walk in the door, feels very welcoming. It pains me to have to give Pinkberry such a low rating. I've been a fan for years and have held them as the gold standard as far as soft serve frozen yogurt is concerned. I've been to this location dozens of times, but in the last year the quality of the toppings has diminished. I kept thinking it was a few bad visits, but after so many times, I've come to the realization that the toppings are going to detract from the yogurt rather than enhance it. Now let me say, the yogurt itself is still the same tangy, tart and creamy product you'd associate with Pinkberry. That hasn't changed, and that's the only reason why I'm giving them two stars. The fruit toppings most of the time on the verge of spoiling. Once I had the raspberries and I had to spit them out immediately. Another time the pineapple was rancid. The bad quality is not limited to fruits. The cheesecake bites on multiple occasions have been rancid and warranted an immediate spit out. On another occurrence I had vanilla wafers and they were stale. So whatever is happening with the storage and handling of the toppings needs some looking into. This location is slowly going into disrepair. From the rust at the base of the dining area tables to the permanently burned out flat screen menu, there's things that scream TLC is needed. I used to absolutely love this place and I want them to do better. When I do get their yogurt nowadays, I get it without toppings and add my own when I get home. With the great consistent business this place does, some basic fundamentals are being overlooked. read more

My go to pink berry location. I have picked up and ordered delivery via door dash and had a great experience. The people at the front are always very pleasant and fast. There is rarely ever a line and they always add ice packs to my ice cream to go which I appreciate. I do like the fact here you aren't charged by weight of your dessert bowl. It is just a flat price for each size cup and you get unlimited toppings. This location is near several good restaurants including Mi Dia, Chuy's, and Kona Grill as well as a Cinemark theater. So it is a small, cute area to walk around and hang out while you are having your dessert. If you come here during rush hour, be prepared to wait because they usually only have one staff member working. She even managed to fit mochi, cinnamon crisp, raspberries, and blueberries on top! They had lots of seating inside and outside and parking was nearby. We sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine. I know it is a chain but we love pinkberry! It is our favorite frozen yoghurt. Their flavors for frozen yoghurt are simple (nothing exotic like some other chains/places) but they always are fresh. My absolute favorite flavors are chocolate/hazelnut and original (it has the perfect balance between tart and sweet). I also appreciate that the toppings are behind the display and that it is NOT self service! Don't worry they do add lots of toppings on top of your dessert. Presented beautifully for you to enjoy! This is a perfect family place to come. They have lots of outdoor seating next to a water fountain. I absolutely love Pinkberry! I couldn't wait for this location to open. Their yogurt is creamy, not too sweet and has a refreshing tart flavor. My favorite flavor is the original topped with strawberries, chocolate crisp, almond slices, milk chocolate crunch (taste like Nestle crunch) and almond roca! The have tart flavors such as original (like yogurt, not vanilla) pomegranate, and Meyer lemon. They also have non tart flavors such as chocolate hazelnut and pecan pie(seasonal). They have low-fat milk based soft serve ice cream they call Pinkbees in two flavors chocolate and strawberry. Finally they also have a nondairy soft serve coconut based frozen yogurt. All yogurts are listed on their menu with calorie counts included. Some of the flavors change out during different times of the year, so it's a good idea to call ahead if you fall in love with a particular flavor. They offer a decent selection of toppings that I haven't seen in other yogurt shops that complement the yogurt. The milk chocolate crunch is one of the best! This is not a self-serve yogurt shop, a team member prepares the yogurt and adds the toppings of your choice. The staff was friendly and offered samples of all available flavors. They also offered fresh drinking water after we were done eating our yogurt. The dining area was clean and inviting. This location is larger than the location on Preston and Royal. There is enough room for couples and small groups. Currently they don't have any outdoor patio style seating, like the location on Preston and Royal, however, there are two benches located a few feet in front of the building. read more
