Such a shame because this is such an incredible place that has so much potential. The concept of it is amazing, but the place is so so filthy. Considering it's such a kids place and has climbing an indoor activities, I kind of felt gross and didn't even want my kids climbing, which kind of sucked. Very cute place! Great attention to the monster theme! They have a play area for the kids. Overall it is. Great place to go to for a new frozen yogurt experience. However, after sampling all the frozen yogurts I didn't really think the taste was up to par with the cuteness of the place. Many of the yogurt flavors were out of service. I'm unimpressed with this place. They brought a food truck to our community for an event. After the first 10 people in line they were out of almost everything. They kept pushing Carmel apple flavor ice cream on us but my kids just wanted plain vanilla. They advertised ice cream and two toppings for around $10. The cup of ice cream was tiny. It was the size of those tiny Dixie cups. Then most of the toppings they were out of. It just isn't worth it in my opinion. My daughter just had her 4th birthday at Monster Yogurt. This is a hidden gem birthday venue! Kimberly literally takes care of everything. She decorates in a theme of your choice, she provides a craft, keeps the party moving with timing, leads the kids between activities and helps them with everything. This was such a fun, easy party! It's also relatively affordable. I highly recommend! The private party room is so cute and the kiddos had so much fun playing in the play area. I loved that I was able to actually enjoy the party and relax. I also really appreciate that Kimberly took the initiative to get the cutest pictures of my daughter and I together. It's a little gimmicky of a place, but you do come to get froyo for the experience, right? This froyo spot has a cute and funny trend with their monsters, and seems like a great place for kids. For families, I think the play area helps the parents eat their yogurt in peace while the kids are playing in a safe enclosure. Their choices are well-varied but I do wish they had a few more options. I'm a big fan of taro yogurt so I'll be happy if that gets added to their mix someday. This is the most expensive yogurt I have ever paid for. If you're reckless and don't minimize your portions, you will pay a thick bill. Their cup is treacherously huge, and you feel compelled to fill the whole thing, but that will cost you deeply. My family of 4 only get a couple swirl rounds in our individual cups to keep it under $15. I'm used to filling up 4 equal-sized cups halfway and paying much less. Still, it's a very cool place for kids. The topping options are vast and really good. Don't let your eyes get bigger than your wallet and you'll love it the same as we do! read more

They also seem to be taking the pandemic seriously which is appreciated. Biggest reason for only 3 stars is the texture and temperature of the frozen yogurt. When I got the butter pecan yogurt from the machine, it literally came out as a melted liquid mess instead of, y'know, **FROZEN** yogurt! The other flavors I tried were all melting within a couple of minutes. The quality control and temperature of the yogurts need to be better maintained.
