This place is fantastic! The yogurt tastes amazing and the flavors are strong. The fresh whipped cream is a nice touch, too. They have an indoor playground that is great for the kids. We'll be back again and again! read more

Had our grandson's birthday party at this location and it was a great experience. Everything was set up beautifully. The kids had tons of fun with both the yogurt experience and the play area. The staff was A+. read more

We love this frozen yogurt. Coffee is our favorite but awe re disappointed that the store is always out of coffee yogurt lately. The employees don't know when it is coming in. We've had to get it elsewhere. read more

The playground is a big plus as the kids love it, naturally. The outdoor seating is lovely, the flavor of frozen yogurts is 50/50, the ones that are good are really good, the rest are underwhelming. I wish smaller cups and smaller cones available. I found monster yogurt unnecessarily expensive. $30 for a half war full cone and a cup of samples is bit over the top. Mind you there's plenty of toppings available both on the wall and on the side of the register. read more

Do not get blue unicorn flavor. Other than that tho I think it's really good I go there with my friends a lot. I would recommend

Such a shame because this is such an incredible place that has so much potential. The concept of it is amazing, but the place is so so filthy. Considering it's such a kids place and has climbing an indoor activities, I kind of felt gross and didn't even want my kids climbing, which kind of sucked. I think that the main importance of dining of any sort is cleanliness. That should be a must. read more

As a customer for over 10 years, I love seeing how much time and effort continues to go in to making Monster Yogurt such a vibrant and safe place for everyone but especially the kids. My son loves both locations, the staff are always friendly and both store fronts are clean and have amazing choices. We never leave without a smile on our faces and my kid begging to go back! read more

Very cute place! Great attention to the monster theme! They have a play area for the kids. Overall it is. Great place to go to for a new frozen yogurt experience. However, after sampling all the frozen yogurts I didn't really think the taste was up to par with the cuteness of the place. Many of the yogurt flavors were out of service. They do have many candy options to choose for but as soon as they hit the frozen yogurt they become stone hard. Many vegan options tho! read more

I'm unimpressed with this place. They brought a food truck to our community for an event. After the first 10 people in line they were out of almost everything. They kept pushing Carmel apple flavor ice cream on us but my kids just wanted plain vanilla. They advertised ice cream and two toppings for around $10. The cup of ice cream was tiny. It was the size of those tiny Dixie cups. Then most of the toppings they were out of. It just isn't worth it in my opinion. There's so many other ice cream places around with a better size and topping options read more

Absolutely wonderful place for a kids party! Staff, yogurt/toppings to play area was great! The staff was more than easy to work with for the party and best part was price was easy on the wallet. Highly recommend! (Parking was great too) read more

My daughter just had her 4th birthday at Monster Yogurt. This is a hidden gem birthday venue! Kimberly literally takes care of everything. She decorates in a theme of your choice, she provides a craft, keeps the party moving with timing, leads the kids between activities and helps them with everything. This was such a fun, easy party! It's also relatively affordable. I highly recommend! The private party room is so cute and the kiddos had so much fun playing in the play area. I loved that I was able to actually enjoy the party and relax. I also really appreciate that Kimberly took the initiative to get the cutest pictures of my daughter and I together. I can't say enough good things about our party experience. Thanks, Kimberly and Monster Yogurt! read more

The yogurt is ok...a little runny. My main complaint is how filthy the place is. It feels grimy especially by the kids play area. This is my first time here and I would be hesitant to come back. I normally would leave a negative review but it really needs some attention. read more

It's a little gimmicky of a place, but you do come to get froyo for the experience, right? This froyo spot has a cute and funny trend with their monsters, and seems like a great place for kids. They have an indoor playground, which seems great considering how crazy fluctuating Texas weather could be. We ended up getting a froyo bowl of three different flavors, all of which were plenty tasty. We ended up getting Eurotart, some Cinnamon flavor, and a Pecan. I'm a big fan of nuts, and all of these flavors blended well perfectly! They have a great variety of flavors and toppings to choose from, definitely enough for everyone to be satisfied. The staff here were not as friendly as some other commenters have stated, but that may just be a day to day basis thing, or perhaps the girl was new. read more

Sharon at the Casa Linda location is so sweet and always provides great service. It is also very clean with a lot of options!

We just attended our granddaughter's birthday party at Monster Yogurt. It was really great - the staff was so attentive and busy, the parents hardly had to do anything. They decorated the party room, they served the pizza and cake, and provided crafts for the kids. And the frozen yogurt and all the toppings are incredible! Thanks so much! read more

This is a cute little shop with a cute little play area for kids to climb and crawl around. For families, I think the play area helps the parents eat their yogurt in peace while the kids are playing in a safe enclosure. Their choices are well-varied but I do wish they had a few more options. I'm a big fan of taro yogurt so I'll be happy if that gets added to their mix someday. This is the most expensive yogurt I have ever paid for. If you're reckless and don't minimize your portions, you will pay a thick bill. Their cup is treacherously huge, and you feel compelled to fill the whole thing, but that will cost you deeply. My family of 4 only get a couple swirl rounds in our individual cups to keep it under $15. I'm used to filling up 4 equal-sized cups halfway and paying much less. Still, it's a very cool place for kids. The topping options are vast and really good. Don't let your eyes get bigger than your wallet and you'll love it the same as we do! read more

The flavors and toppings here are delicious. I love that they have so many unique topping options like chocolate covered peanuts. They also seem to be taking the pandemic seriously which is appreciated. Biggest reason for only 3 stars is the texture and temperature of the frozen yogurt. When I got the butter pecan yogurt from the machine, it literally came out as a melted liquid mess instead of, y'know, **FROZEN** yogurt! The other flavors I tried were all melting within a couple of minutes. The quality control and temperature of the yogurts need to be better maintained. They'd have a really solid product otherwise. read more

Froyo spots with a good ambiance for kids, I will give them credit for having an indoor playground specially nice during the Texas summer. However, the quality of the yogurt was just ok, the flavors were normal flavors you'd expect at a froyo place and so where the toppings. read more

Celebrated my nieces birthday here. Overall it was an amazing experience, super friendly employees and clean. I really recommend this place for anyone with children & even without, because of the small play area it makes it a perfect spot for some fun time plus a nice treat. This place was just a mediocre froyo place. No employee interaction, just kinda do your own thing. Wait the only time the girl said anything was to awkwardly kick us out right at 9. I hate customers that are still there by closing time too (I've worked in the food industry for years), but 1. It was a special night for my family and were talking catching up 2. In good customer service you never kick out your guest.. overall if you're wanting to just get in and get out this place has lots of options, just don't go around closing, or stay a minute past 9! froyo: good Customer service: let's do better read more

This is an incredible place for having fro-yo. They have all flavors you could possibly think of.

My sister and I have been coming to Monster Yogurt for a good while now. The atmosphere is relaxed and the music they play is actually good. The outdoor seating is not sunny in the afternoon and they keep the entire store very clean. The cashiers are also knowledgeable and easily answer questions. The yogurt itself is good, although pricey (which is expected from this type of yogurt joint), and the toppings are always fresh. Sweet spot, and I definitely recommend! read more

If I was a parent, I'd probably give it 4 stars, but since I'm not, I'll go with 3. It'd most likely be really weird for me to go this froyo place on my own because it's definitely geared towards kids (I went with friends that have kids, btw). The fro yo tastes pretty much like all the other fro yo that i've had anywhere else. Good variety of toppings and the staff is friendly. The facility looks pretty clean- I didn't go over it with a black light or anything, but I didn't see anything off putting or any random messes. I think what makes this place stand out compared to others is the giant playpit area for the kids to romp around in. What better than to load them up with sugar, then allow them to burn it all off in the same place? read more

This place was filthy. I don't have crazy over the top expectations of cleanliness but I did not feel safe eating food from here. The spoon drawer at the cash register was full of gunk and spots and dust. The floors were dirty. The walls were slimy and streaked with old food and yogurt. read more

A friend of mine and I went to Monster Yogurt in Richardson on Saturday evening and had a great time. I have been a customer of both of their stores for years and have always had good service. They come highly recommended. They made me feel like a member of the family that evening, just as they always do. They have staff that are willing to serve, great selections of yogurt and toppings, and they even have a play area for kids. They have added merchandise recently, too, that's all monster toys and games. I love it! read more

This is a great place for kids. Take them here to have a little fun and grab something sweet to eat. The bright colors that surround you when you walk through the door will certainly make you feel like a kid again. There's a fun hideaway play area for kids so, when I walked in there were a few men relaxing while their kids played. Whoever thought of this is a genius!! ... When its too hot outside, bring the kids in to play here. I loved the Cinnabun flavored yogurt and topped it with pecans and walnuts. Places like these are always spendy so, there's no surprise that I spent $6 after my free topping. Oh, I got the waffle bowl too ;) I'll be back because its super close to my apartment, and because the service received here was outstanding! read more

We attended a friend's birthday party for their kids here earlier today. It seemed like the kids all had a great time in the play area and also making a small craft project and then eating their froyo. My wife and I enjoyed the yogurt and the toppings as well -- the yogurt itself didn't seem like anything special, but the topping selections and presentation along with the freshness of the fruit toppings is what sets this place apart from other places we've been to. read more

We love love love this place. The yogurt choices are many. The toppings seem to be double the Dallas store. The kids play area is huge .
