All that, I HAD to give them a try... The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the ambiance. I loved it! Simply, yet tastefully decorated, with soft/easily listening rock playing. It was easy like Sunday morning, just like it was legitimately was! My eggs were cooked to a perfect over-medium. My breakfast came with 2 sausage patties, and 2 pieces of bacon and 2 pancakes. I was not a fan of the breakfast meats. I did not care for the taste of the sausage patties, nor did I care for the texture of the bacon. It was actually tough. Maybe because I had high expectations going in, but my pancakes were my biggest disappointment. While they were fluffy, the taste was just okay, if not too bland. They were also a little tough around the edges, indicating they were a bit overdone. Honestly, I was shocked that these pancakes were sent to me as some of the best by Yelp, but hey, we all have different tastes, right? While I have given you my disappointments, I need to be sure to list the biggest highlight of our experience, which was our server, Hailey. She was great and did a fantastic job.

It's A1 like bill gates credit. It's very rare that I get good hospitality, in TX. But here when I tell you everyone was smiling everyone was touching tables, and everyone was putting their best foot forward. After we were seated we met the manager Ethan, and he understood the assignment. He helped out the server by getting our drink orders. Shortly After he left our sever Bree came over to greet us and immediately we noticed her shining personality. She was very preppy, smiling and funny. We ordered an assortment of things! Biggest drawback with such a popular and tasty spot is the single stall bathrooms. With mimosas and a full bar, and coffee to push things along, there of course is a multi-person line. Being a new and independent venue, they can't do much to expand the options. But maybe consider automating the bathrooms to speed things along: self-flushing toilet, automatic soap, sink and towel dispensers. Also, with the volume of folks, the bathroom needs constant attention.
