Pineapple Brulee Pastry

Over this place was fine. The pastry's were nothing to die for and was honestly just ok. Drinks wise I got the Korean milk coffee which was good nothing to complain, it is on the sweet side though. I will say however the staff is super nice and friendly, probably the best thing going for them right now. Inside was clean and well maintained and I like the seating inside.

While I am excited to have this new location around the corner, I was just appointed after making a special trip here. Walking in the ambience is beautiful as it is with most Paris baguette stores, But they just did not have anything in stock. At what point do you hang a sign on the window and say we are sold out folks? I did find a cream cheese and almond danish that was delicious. My service that I received at the counter was friendly and upbeat. I will review them again in the future on another visit, but as for today they would've been better off saying they were closed, If they could not have it better stocked almost 3 hours before closing time.

I was so ready to love Paris Baguette, but my first visit fell flat. The ambiance is cute, and pastries look delicious, but seems like they are overwhelmed with the initial turnout. Service was slow, and my coffee came out incorrect and had to get redone. Didn't feel great after eating the sandwich. Would let the initial hype die down for a couple of months before going back.

I'm jealous! Jealous because there is not a store closer to where I live. A friend told me about this Paris Baguette just yesterday and I decided to stop in since I was in the area. I am so glad I did. The decor when you walk in just draws you into the space. Love the blue and white tiles. I am so glad that one of the employees walked I. Behind me and asked if this was my first time and she graciously assisted me in the process. You grab a tray and tongs and begin making your selection of all the delectable items. I choose of course the croissant and apple strudel. Apple anything is my favorite. The two items did not disappoint. Everything was refrigerated but you can have them warmed up. I'm going g to have to come back soon!

Incredible variety of fresh pastries! As with any daily bakery, the selection varies based on the time of day and day of the week. We're so happy this craze has made its way to North Texas, and so many store openings already.

Central Markets almond croissant. see how it's filled completely with almond filling... yummy

Staff was nice and helpful. Great atmosphere. Coffee was ok. Regular croissant was really good. Almond croissant was not...hardly any almond filling. Next time, I will probably go to Central Market... for what I paid I can get 9 croissants and good coffee. (my order:2 coffees and 3 pastries). I put a comparison in the photos...

After warming this up, a bit more buttery flavor (it's still cold) and some layers start to come back.

Like other reviewers, I was so excited to see the Paris Baguette open nearby. I've been in twice, to see if it was just an initial experience, rubbed me the wrong way, but it appears to be the same. Fairly empty right now and the service was really bad. The first time that I haven't tipped in a long time. Someone else mentioned that the staff doesn't know the products and I concur. I would add that. I don't think they know the brand at all. One of the coolest things about Paris baguette is the service and awareness of what makes pastry delicious. Hot or warm things should be hot and no one should have to ask to have them heated. Having a cold pastry is such a disappointment, especially when you have requested it to be warmed up twice. I know someone said that the staff was friendly, but I have not found that to be the case. Not even a "hello" or can I heat anything up" or "is there anything else I can get you?" to go with my $20 order. It's not the right neighborhood for bad service and expensive / lackluster treats. I hope they get it together soon, fun donuts are not going to make it happen.

This Paris baguette location is knocking it out of the park! Fully stocked, attractive, friendly service, and the manager is going around to tables talking to everyone. I love the outdoor dining area. They are making the sweet cream cold brew better than the Plano location does. The cream here is not over whipped and mixes into the coffee well. My food was delicious and I will be back!

The customer service is great. The only complaint I have is that at 4pm during a weekday the shelves were pretty empty.

I absolutely LOVE San Martin and I honestly do not know why I have yet to come back sooner!…read more I recently popped back into San martin after not being there for a while, and OMG! I was instantly reminded why it is such a Dallas GEM! I did not pop in to eat this time, but to find a nice spot to work with a friend on our laptops and yap over a coffee! And while we weren't planning to do much, the experience was still a 10/10! I ended up ordering a White Chocolate latte and it was AMAZING! You can tell they actually put time and effort into their coffee and lattes! Everything is also brewed fresh! Which I love! My friend ordered a artesian hot chocolate and wow! It was probably some of the best hot chocolate I have ever had! It was def made with real cocoa! We did end up splurging on some pastries, because DUH! It's it so hard to ignore the bakery section when it is so stunning and filled with beautiful baked goods! I got a oreo croissant and tortuga concha! I did not eat them (My bf did) but they looked so great! I did try my friends banana custard filled bread and that was great! I would go back for it! Overall, we ended up sitting inside of their beautiful space for hours, just talking and catching up! It was amazing and comfy! We def want to return for some of their dinner and drink specials too! Highly recommend!

Based on our count, we were around #40, #41, and #42, so we should have been within the first 50 people to receive the free bag. However, by the time we made it inside, they had already run out. The biggest issue was the lack of organization. There was no ticketing or clear system to keep track of who was actually in line. We also noticed people arriving later and joining friends and family who were already in line, which made the whole process feel unfair. I understand openings can be hectic, but when you're advertising something for the first 50 customers, there should be a system in place to make sure those who actually waited in line are counted. We got there extremely early for a reason, so it was definitely disappointing to miss out because of poor crowd control.

My review is for the pastries at the Mockingbird location…read moreBought 3 of their handmade pastries, averaging about $8-10 per pastry, we tried the mango, the coffee caramel, and the green coconut. 4.5/5 Mango was my favorite! The filling tasted fresh although I wished they added some mango chunks and didn't use that much thickener so the mango filling has a more natural flow and texture. 4/5 The green coconut was 2nd. It's pandan flavor and I always appreciate the more natural green color. Its not too sweet and appeals perfectly to an Asian parent like mine 2.5/5 Coffee caramel was our least favorite. It was too sweet and lacked the depth and caramelized sugar taste. I tasted mostly coffee and there was no texture to prevent it from being so one note aside from the chocolate shell. Personally think this one needs more R&D. I should've tried the other coffee ones. Was expecting a gooey caramel filling and a richer, darker coffee :( I love these kinds of desserts and am very picky but I will be back to try more! They change their offerings seasonally so I can't wait.
