Friendly service for a late Saturday night. It was pretty quiet for a dessert spot, but all the better to escape the noise in the streets from the bars. What an absolutely decadent cinnamon roll. I had to split the very berry cinnamon roll with my friend and even then we were full afterwards. The dough was perfectly cooked all the way through, and still fluffy. An excellent mouth feel with the strawberries, blueberries, and icing on top. Every flavor was present and enjoyable, however I have less of a sweet tooth than most so the icing was a bit too sweet for me. Still 5/5 for overall. Definitely worth a try if you love cinnamon rolls. read more

To be honest, I was pretty underwhelmed by Cinnaholic. I forgot to take a picture of my actual cinnamon roll, but they had a display case to show what the options looked like IRL. I opted for the sparkle berry which had chocolate frosting, fresh strawberries, and sprinkles. The texture of the roll itself was a bit too chewy and didn't have the soft or pillowy texture I love about cinnamon rolls. I freaking love this place. It's kind of expensive, but I don't care. Some cinnamon rolls are 725 and that's before tax but they load your cinnamon roll up with toppings. I went there at night so the service was calm. The shop is so pretty inside. I recently just DoorDash them and I would do it again, but I probably wouldn't just because I think I would rather pick it up myself, but DoorDash was OK. But this place is so freaking good. I do not care. I love me some cinnamon rolls so to find a place that does different types of toppings and different types of cinnamon rolls is crazy. I really wish they did a half a dozen or a full dozen of the different cinnamon rolls. I saw these on instagram from weeks before i finally made the drive and omg. These are insane cinnamon rolls. They are stunning and delicious but super sweet. I love that they are plant based and basically everything but sugar free. Gf, vegan, cholesterol free, etc. Its also impressive they can be all these things and not be super expensive. The shop was very cute and the lady that helped me and made my rolls was super sweet and friendly. Not sure when I'll be back but if you're a cinnamon roll fan you have to check them out!! read more

I used to love coming here because the cinnamon rolls were the best, but the service was so pitiful. I used to work food service and I normally have a lot of grace for young people working those types of jobs since it reminds me of myself when I was in their shoes, but this experience took all my patience. It is very clear that there is no semblance of management here, and this place is ran by a bunch of undisciplined high school students. The girls working behind the counter on Sunday the 17th should not ever be scheduled to work together again. I will say, to their credit, they did take our order very efficiently when we walked though the door, but it took over 20 minutes to get 2 cinnamon rolls. First when we walked in the girls where burning food in the ovens and laughing about it. It had become evident that they had forgotten our order while they were playing around with the other kids in the back. She rudely asked if we were still waiting on something and then had to remind her to complete the order instead. When we got our cinnamon rolls they were somehow lukewarm at best despite watching them come out the oven. Both cinnamon rolls came out so hard the fork snapped trying to tear into it. They also lazily slopped a wad on icing on the side of the cinnamon roll. Very underwhelming experience from a place I really used to like They were also playing explicit music, like Olivia rodrigo's song vampire. Not a song to be playing in a family establishment. This location smells divine. I mean as soon as you enter the sweet smell hits you with a one two punch. I love the visual cabinet of rolled on display so you know what you have to look forward to when you order. We ordered three rolls and banana bread and boy did they not disappoint. The service was patient and quick to create our order once we selected. My son read the menu aloud for reading practice and then the cashier explained the options once he determined what he wanted. This is my second time trying this location, the first time was bad this time it was worst. The cinnamon bin was very hard and uneatable. It was very stale. I will not try again although this location is 10 mins from my house I will travel to the Grand Prairie location which has better deals, better service and better fresh buns. Vegan cinnamon rolls! If it wasn't in the name you'd never know they were vegan. These are delicious and absolutely to die for. I mean I dropped 100 bucks on dessert . The ladies that worked there were super sweet and helpful too. They came out hot and fresh. Worth the drive, wait, and price! Go give them a try. The Texas praline, s'mores, strawberry cheesecake, cowboy, cinnastack, vanilla -and pecan, apple pie are all to die for! And the dole whips!!! Omg strawberry and pineapple!! But they actually weren't! They have so many pre-made flavors (that can customized). You can also just make your cinnamon roll from scratch or get it plain. I will say that cinnamon roll itself was pretty bland until you got past the 1st layer, but the inside was chefs kiss . Staff was friendly and got our order in quickly. Got the dole whip special and Build Your Own roll with cream cheese and strawberries. Restaurant floors are very sticky but the rest of the place was clean. Cinnamon roll itself was soft and tasty but the cream cheese sauce was overly sweet. The actual bread/pastry part of the dessert is great. However, the part of the cinnamon buns that actually makes this place noteworthy, the toppings, is actually pretty pretty sweet in my opinion. And I love sweets. I'd recommend getting something not as extreme. For example, the Mavericks cinnamon bun that I got was much more in control than the Cookie Monster. I actually didn't even finish the Cookie Monster because it was too much. Otherwise, this place is very clean, moderately quick (about five minutes to get your pastry ready), and the staff was very friendly. Oh and also, they've got a cinnamon cake! It looks essentially like 8 cinnamon buns put together and covered with up to five toppings. That looks like it would be interesting to have at a party - it can be ordered in a small, medium, or large size. read more
