REALLY good coffee! There's also plenty of room in the cafe for meetings, studying, etc.

We…read morespecifically searched for this place because we traveled to Japan before and have been craving authentic Japanese pancakes ever since. This place absolutely delivers every time. The pancakes are fluffy, fresh, and full of flavor. The coffee is amazing too. Everything tastes high quality and worth the wait. The café is always busy, which says a lot about how good it is. One thing we really loved is that they even have kiosk ordering, which reminded us of Japan. You can also place your order ahead of time for pickup, which makes everything so convenient. Just amazing overall and definitely one of our favorite spots for Japanese pancakes.

The space is beautifully decorated with a Thai jungle vibe, which makes for a fun and immersive atmosphere. Ordering is done via QR code at the table, and water is self-serve, so it feels a bit more casual and less service driven. The dinner menu was smaller than expected, with fewer than 10 main entrée options and a heavier focus on desserts and specialty drinks. That said, the Malay shrimp curry was excellent--rich and flavorful. However, for $21, it was a bit disappointing that it didn't come with any vegetables. The Mango Soufflé Pancake was a standout dessert--light, unique, and delicious--but at $20, it's more of a splurge than a casual add-on. One thing to note: there's a 10% automatic gratuity added to all orders (listed as a service charge in small print on the menu).

Unfortunately, the service I received completely changed my mind. The employee, Abigail, was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. There was no greeting or acknowledgment--just a hostile attitude. She approached me with a negative expression, asked for the DoorDash name, and then walked away without saying anything else. I was never given an estimate on how long the order would take, nor was I given the opportunity to place my own order. I was left standing there with no communication at all, which was frustrating and unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and repeatedly responded with "for what?" I had to ask multiple times (around five times) before she finally gave it. That kind of behavior only added to the already negative experience and shows a clear lack of accountability and basic customer service. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Basic courtesy, communication, and professionalism go a long way, and none of that was shown here. I hope management addresses this because it reflects very poorly on the business.

They checked on us multiple times during the meal. Seriously great service. And, the food was presented beautifully plus was delicious. I had the ham, Gruyère and scrambled egg crepe with béchamel. My friend had a combo with spinach, mushrooms and feta that she loved. Then we shared the recommended apple pie creme brûlée crepe for dessert. I can see this going into my normal rotation. It's definitely a welcome newcomer to the area. Well done! Side note: I have weird food allergies and they were very helpful in this regard too.

I ordered the Les Omelette and chose my own toppings, hands down, the best omelette I've ever had. You can really taste how fresh everything is. I also tried the dulce de leche latte, which sounded amazing, but I didn't really catch the flavor, so it wasn't my favorite. Still, the food alone made it a great first visit and had me wanting to come back. I returned on 1/23 and decided to finally try a crepe and that's saying something, because I had a bad experience with crepes elsewhere that made me swear them off. I went with the Philly cheesesteak crepe, and it was delicious. It comes with a spring mix salad, which isn't really my thing, but the crepe itself was absolutely worth it. I also had a mango mimosa, which was really good. The second time I was there, the owner was on site and I got to meet him, super friendly and genuinely welcoming. The staff was great, and the restaurant was clean both visits. Between the fresh food, great service, and overall vibe, this place definitely earned a repeat customer. I'll absolutely be back.

I imagine they get foot traffic from residents heading to work mostly. There was one staff member and she was really sweet. Menu is pretty straightforward with a few different Matchas. A few simple food options are available. Surprisingly no chocolate croissant! They serve Diana's coffee and it's proudly displayed. I ordered dulce de leche latte on ice. She asked if I wanted sweet or semi sweet. I went with the latter and I enjoyed the taste. I also got a salmon bagel. It was simple but a very nice bite. It's a plain, chewy bagel which I like; the chewy part. Jalapeno bagel would have ruled, just saying. That said, I had an awesome experience here and if I'm passing by will definitely stop in again.

We happened to meet the friendly owner, John, while walking by one afternoon and mentioned we were from out of town looking for a place to host our event. He told us they rent out the restaurant in the evenings. Many of our guests were staying at the nearby Denizen Hotel, which made the location incredibly convenient. I have to say John Zhang and the entire team went above and beyond to make our event special, fun and stress-free. The food was absolutely excellent. I'll admit, I was a little unsure at first since it's known as a breakfast restaurant, but the quality and quantity exceeded all expectations -- kudos to the chef! The drinks were great, the service was amazing, and the atmosphere was so fun and welcoming. As an added bonus, there happened to be an outdoor concert that evening, so many of our guests enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to live music. It made the night even more memorable.
