Usually, I love this location, but they have not been at their prime lately. My past few visits the food has been great, but not what I ordered or at least my complete order. Today I ordered a bowl and I got two sauces on the side that I didn't even receive, and my free pita bread was the saddest thing I've ever seen, and it was rolled up like a cheesy rollup from Taco Bell. At least they have a sweet staff and good food. I just wish the staff would pay a little more attention to the orders they're making even if they're busy. The fact I waited 30 extra minutes for this to not even get everything I ordered was kind of disappointing. Update: I originally given this three stars, but now it deserves one star considering the fact that three pieces of chicken in a row that I tried to eat were just straight rubber. Loved this place the first few times I had it. Over the past 6 months or so I've had it about three times, and it's gradually gone down hill. Portion size is shrinking. I spit out 1/2 of the steak pieces because they were like firm bubble gum and wouldn't break down. Order was incomplete when it was delivered. Maybe things are better for dine in. read more

Open on Memorial Day. Braised lamb is 10/10. The dip options are both spicy and mild. The feta cheese, hummus, and taziki dips are very yummy! I built my own bowl: brown rice, super green mix, feta cheese, hummus, and taziki dips, braised lamb, corn, broccoli, olives, tomatoes, cucumber and tomato salad, and cilantro jalepeno dressing. I enjoyed it and even had leftovers for later. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful with me choosing options that weren't too spicy for my liking. Genuinely insane... Ordered a rice bowl with double protien and double vegetables and the bowl was BARELY 1/3 full when i went to pick it up. Nearly $20 for less** than a normal portion. Restaurant wasn't too busy and the atmosphere felt open. Service was fast and efficient. They were friendly. It was a just a simple trip, but we enjoyed our bowls! The pita chips were DELICIOUS and crisp on the outside and overall, the flavors were there. The Harissa Avocado was on the spicier side. The Garlicky Chicken Shawarma was incredible and dressed well with a variety of tastes if you like a colorful, nutritious, and flavorful palette. Sigh...where to start on this location. Visited on a Friday 28th. 7pm. 1/2 of the serving trays were empty or half empty, and extremely dirty/unkept.. No black lentils, no falafel, only 2 dressings, no pita bread. There are only 2 people serving in the front, one of them goes frantically to the back to retrieve ingredients, and another one that squeezes dressings on your bowl with tore down gloves and checks you out. There's chaos in the back as three employees are visibly struggling to keep up with the online orders, drive through and replenishing Ingredients. This causes the line to go extremely slow and a several people trying to pick up orders stand there for the whole duration of our meal inquiring about their order every so often, Lemonade type drinks we're half empty, some completely gone. It's 7:25pm and not a single utensil. What a mess. Cleanliness and following food safety guidelines, like proper food temperature, washing hands before putting clean, not torn gloves. preparing food without jewelry and acrylic nails, hair tucked in are not even close to being taking serious here, because every single person is putting out fire after fire. Unfortunately I visited this location today and found that not only do those things apply, but these were probably some of the dumbest and slowest people I have ever met and clearly they do not know how to clean. As other reviews have said it's disgusting inside of this restaurant and the customer service is horrendous. We only go here bc my 14 yo likes Greek salad but the INSTANT I find one she likes elsewhere,  Cava won't get any more of my business. I love coming here. It's definitely on point and the food is always cooked well but beware this is about the 5th time I've come in after 7pm and they're out of garlic sauce. If you want Garlic sauce after 7/730 pm go to the one on University. They always have enough Garlic sauce to last the whole day. I would think they would learn to make enough to last the whole day after a while because garlic sauce is so popular but after a certain time here they are ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS out. So just caution if you want late night Cava with Garlic sauce. read more

So I went to cava two times in the last week the first day I went bald the manager was extremely rude and he was closing down an hour a half early so he didn't have any food left. I came to Cava right after work looking forward to a take out meal to treat myself, however, they closed 20 minutes before their actual closing, 10 pm. I saw the last customer leave at 9:40 pm once I got there, the doors were locked. The employees at the back were cleaning and getting ready to go, but 20 minutes before closing other people were coming and leaving there beside me, is not helping your reputation as a fast food restaurant. If this Cava is going to close earlier than it's suppose to be, then might as well go to Chipotle as the first choice. Kind of the same story as a few of the other reviewers. I was ecstatic when I heard a CAVA was opening up near by. My daughter LOVES "chicken and white sauce" (referring to the garlic sauce). But the 3 times i've been here, the brown rice has been terrible. It's way undercooked or I got a bowl of the dried and burn rice that sits around the perimeter of the hot pan. It's hard as a rock and basically renders my meal inedible. We'll keep going to CAVA, but i'll be sure to drive the distance to a different location I know is always consistent. read more

The restaurant is well organized, their staff is super friendly, helpful and learning but on hand leadership was readily available to help if needed. Several vegan and vegetarian options, as well as, no grain options. Fresh cooked proteins such as Roasted chicken, falafel are provide by the scoop and can be doubled at cost. In the classic "build it yourself" style now available in most food genres, you could pick a pre-curated bowl, salad, wrap, etc. Add & remove fresh delicious, well cooked and well thought out options to your hearts content. Personalized, curated, well cooked, fresh, the adjectives abound. Fresh beverages such as lemonades, limeades and teas flank Maine root soda so you can drink healthy too if you choose. The day and night shifts at this location are like day and night. Abundant servings in the evening, consistently delicious as the other locations I frequent. In the day (particularly 11AM, 11/30), it was stunningly bad. They just "didn't have" lentils, falafel was oddly colored and was bland, and the all the chicken was burnt and paper dry. The two servers I had were also polar opposites. One curt the other kind. For a chain restaurant, it really shouldn't be this much of a gamble on quality. read more
