This is a drive through location, which makes sense. If they had an inside I'm sure people would loiter and ask for refills. I ordered the island time, Fresca + passion fruit, guava, and coconut. I loved it! It was very sweet but I knew that it would be when I ordered it. I love the concept of being able to custom my soda. The person who took my order was personable, and friendly. I've heard of a place called Swig every now and then from friends and other students but I never really paid much attention. That is, until we were driving through an area not far from where we live and actually saw one of these "Swig"s I've overheard people chatting about over the last 8 or so months ago months. My partner and I decided to try it. Why the heck not? When I tell you we both just gasped after taking our first sip together, I'm playing the moment down! It was amazing! A great treat for the end of the day. It wasn't much after that that I downloaded their iPhone App and started engineering some of my own drinks to try through their "design your own" option. They have sugar free options, regular sodas, a variety of purées and creams, and even a "Reviver" option for an energy boost, if you're looking for an extra kick. Let's just say, we have been through a few times and I think I've nearly perfected my own Swig design soda. But a warning: once you've had a drink, you won't be able to stop. It will haunt your dreams. You will end up making excuses to visit THAT part of town... try at your own risk. read more

Fast, refreshing, & stellar service! You are in & outta there. I thought for some reason it was going to be pricey also but I got a giant Christmas cookie & large drink for under 10 bucks. Definitely try the holiday goodies! Not sure if they have other food items as I was in and out but will explore the menu next time. First time here - drinks were good but service was horrible. Came in maybe 30 minutes before closing and ordered a few drinks. The young lady helping (I believe her name was Jaydah) was extremely rude. No smiles, no thank you, I said thank you multiple times to her and got zero customer service from her. We had a few drinks, I think a total of 7, which may have annoyed her. The drinks were delicious but very disappointed by her bad attitude, not sure we'll be returning. read more

I always drove past this spot not knowing what it really was until I watched "secret lives of Mormon wives" on Hulu. I immediately got in my car and drove there and placed my order. I came here on opening day and it was fantastic. EVERY person who used the drive thru on opening weekend got free cookies and my 24 oz drink. My husband got the big Al and I got a strawberry refresher and both were fantastic. The refresher tasted like a melted snowcone, and there was real fruit in it. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was very helpful and took the time to help us decide what to order. We have been back multiple times already to try new drinks, and we've loved them all! read more

I had never heard of Swig before but had a post on Instagram on my page about a new location opening in McKinney and to sign up to come & get a free 24 oz dirty soda for their grand opening this weekend. Upon arrival there was a line but I saw that it was moving fairly quickly so I decided to get in the line for my drink. After a few minutes, I was asked for my order in the drive thru by an outside attendant. I ordered a Poppin Pineapple which had flavors of pineapple, strawberry, and lemon . My daughter ordered a Loop T Loop also with fruit filled flavors. I moved up in the line a little and another attendant offered mini chocolate chip cookies before we got our drinks which was an unexpected treat. After a couple more minutes, we had our drinks and left. We stayed in total around 15 minutes, which for a busy grand opening weekend wasn't long at all. We both enjoyed our free, fun, and flavor filled drinks. Everyone was friendly there from start to finish. I would visit the location again. read more

This review is not about the beverages. The drinks are great if you like soda and sweet drinks. They have options to make healthier drinks as well! No complaints there. This is more about this locations employees. I don't know what is going on but every time I've gone here these girls are sooooo incredibly unfriendly. I don't have high expectations. I don't expect them to be like Dutch Bros or Chick-fil-A but I swear these girls look like you spit in their cereal and don't even bother to smile. You guys alright? It's at the point where It's comical now but today I had to say something because this time my drink spilled all over me in my car due to the huge pieces of my cup missing. So thanks for the usual awful customer service AND mess for me to clean up due to your lack of care. Drink tasted good though. Swig isn't the problem, it's the staff. I drove up to look at the menu and the girl with the iPad said someone would be back out to take my order and she went t inside. There was a long line wrapped around in front of me. I sat there for 5 minutes while others came behind me. I finally pulled to the other lane and backed out of the drive thru line, never ordering. read more

The drinks are so good. They are a great organization that helps with breast cancer. Their service is good too, and they have pink ribbons to support breast cancer. Also I now they mean something but there are also really pretty. read more
