It was the perfect combo of flavors and textures on a hot day (it was 94 deg out) My daughter got the same thing but without the chocolate chips and she said it was so refreshing. So I was extremely disappointed when we stopped here during the Arts in Bloom festival this year and got a milk and chocolate swirl in a waffle cone. It brought a nice relief on the final day, a warm Sunday. However, it was too icy and lacking in flavor for my taste. I don't know if we went on an off day but there were a good number of customers coming and going while we waited and afterwards when we ate the cone right out front.
