Steep prices, and false advertising. I've been shopping with planet smoothie for over a year now because it is the closest smoothie joint to my workplace. Their drinks are way too expensive, and their loyalty program is not what it claims. 10 purchases = one free 22oz smoothie. I went to claim my free smoothie after buying 10 overpriced smoothies and it turns out the drink wasn't free at all. It says you can earn a free drink, but the drink is not free. Okay, so I'm really bummed right now. I -just- found these guys and tried them out and loved them, and when I tried to go back the next time they had a sign on the door saying they were temporarily closed due to issues. I have no idea what they were but they've been closed for about a month. I've been waiting to write this review so I could be like "YAY I LOVE THEM" but right now they're not even open? When I was there with my husband we really liked the smoothies we got, I got one with the word "monkey" in the title that had chocolate, banana, and coffee flavors all together. It was seriously delicious and one of their lower calorie options which was CRAZY because it was so tasty. My husband got one of the fresh fruit smoothies and he keeps talking about how he wants one again! Unfortunately, as of right now you can't go. I've asked Planet Tan next door if they know anything and they keep saying they are sure they will open again but don't know when. I'm disappointed but will definitely update my review if they open their doors again. read more

I have come here almost everyday since it opened and I have tried all the different fruit bowls they offer. My favorite is the Graviola Bowl with chocolate chips on top. Their customer service is amazing and I love how everything is organic and healthy it's so yummy too. read more

Came here with one of my best friends to waste some time before a movie. She ordered one of their matcha smoothies and said that it was great, which is the only reason that I'm giving them 3 stars. I ordered the raspberry frozen yogurt from the Tasti D-lite menu. When she handed me my order I did a double take and asked her again, "Is that the raspberry?" She said yes immediately, but the second that I saw that it was completely white I knew that something was off. She insisted that the raspberry "was paler than most people would expect", and said that she even mixed in extra flavoring. I figured I'd give it a try, but as I expected it was straight vanilla. There wasn't even a hint of a raspberry flavor to it. Both girls working also seemed very uninterested in being there. I threw my yogurt away after eating about 1/4th of it, and on the way out I politely informed the girl that took my order that there was in fact zero raspberry flavor. Apology was very disingenuous and I was still given the same story about there being "extra flavoring". If that is the case, they should tell people when they order as a heads up. Overall disappointing experience, but would be willing to go back for their smoothies. Would not recommend the Tasti D-lite. read more

Flavors are pretty good here, they make a wide selection of smoothies and you can customize it about any way you can think up. It seems a little bit pricey for anything bigger than a small you are automatically paying more than $5. But if you resign yourself to that it's a good smoothie. read more

This place is awful. Completely unsanitary, flies are everywhere. Employees cut bananas and handle food without gloves. All the time kids will go behind the counter and make their own smoothie (I guess they know the owners) but they don't wash their hands, and its just all around gross.
