I had an espresso smoothie without protein and I can tell you it was delicious!!! It also provided the energy kick I needed. The service was speedy and there was a special where I got a larger size for a lesser price. This was my first visit to a Smoothie King and the employees were so helpful in helping me figure out what to order. I recommend this location! read more

Had to go to ups right now door and I saw the smoothie king and asked my kids if they wanted to try it! They said yes please! It was really nice and we will definitely be back. Great customer service and you have to join their rewards programs for coupons . read more

This location is really hit or miss. I visit at least five times a week, so I've had plenty of experience here, and unfortunately, the inconsistency has become very frustrating. It seems like there is a lot of employee turnover, and every so often I'll get a smoothie that is barely blended, with large chunks of ice throughout it. At that point, I can't even drink it through the straw the way it's intended to be enjoyed. I understand that new employees need time to learn, but this has happened frequently enough that it's becoming a real issue. How difficult is it to train someone to consistently blend a smoothie properly? I really like Smoothie King, but I'm getting to the point where I'm considering finding another smoothie shop simply because I can't count on the quality at this location. I hope management addresses the training and consistency issue. read more

They're so welcoming when I come in to pick up! They're a group of hardworking EEs and I love coming to this location.

As I'm writing this, my husband just left to pick up our order: We have THE BEST TEAM at this location!! Our orders have NEVER been wrong or late! Thank you guys!!! read more

I just left from having a horrible experience!! I've encountered negativity from this location before but this took the cake! I tried to communicate due to dietary issues I couldn't have the smoothie I ordered so before touching the order I asked if they could remake the smoothie, which is a different flavor but same price. I didn't want a refund. They said they could remake the drink so I then asked for a refund she told me I couldn't get a refund while being so nasty to me. I then asked for a manager she said I would have to wait until Monday! Today is Friday and I live an hour away. When I asked for the manager name she said "why" you made the mistake?! I couldn't believe she allowed that to come out of her mouth! I'm so disappointed, disgusted, and HUNGRY! I want to leave 0 stars nothing was good about it. Also I did order more than one smoothie as well. read more

Subpar smoothie king. Was surprised the online menu didn't reflect the in-store menu. They don't recognize any of the promotional or new menu items that smoothie king has. Whenever I asked about a smoothie on the online menu he just acted confused and pointed to the menu behind him. Lol. They also don't use fresh fruit on their smoothie bowls. read more

I love the smoothie king by the office they are very fast especially with online orders I do like the very big menu but I still go back to my favorite the powerhouse with strawberry it's like drinking A peanut butter and jelly sandwich love it . I just had the worst experience ever. To start, I haven't been to Smoothie King in so long time because of making my own shakes but am needing to restock on my veggies and fruits. So this morning, I thought it would be the perfect day to get one from Smoothie King, it's Friday, why not?! David, who has now made himself known to me as the manager, took my order and made me feel bad for not knowing exactly why I wanted. I was trying to decided on what veggie I wanted to add to the smoothie. I choose to get a 32oz (promo buy one get one free another day) slim-n-trim vanilla (banana) add kale. He rudely interrupted me talking to another person asking for them to help the guest behind me in an annoyed tone. I finished by asking to make sure there wasn't any additional milk and he pointed to the menu stating there isn't any milk in there, as to make me feel stupid. A couple of hours later I've barely been able to get the drink down because of it tasting weird and my stomach starts hurting really bad making me feel sick and rushing to the restroom. I called the location, David answered and I explained the concern with hopes to exchange the drink. His response was No, especially if you just don't like it. I reiterated that I was sick after drinking it and he responded with there's nothing here that would get anyone sick, you're more than welcome to come in and buy another. I asked if he was the manager, then for his first and last name. He only gave me his first and said I could call corporate for the rest. Needless to say, that's what I plan to do. I'm very disappointed with the service and quality of the drink I received today. I don't plan to take advantage of my free drink either read more

Speedy service regardless of what time of the day you go in. This location is always professional, is good with recommendations and is friendly. It's actually my favorite smoothie king to go to. 5 stars for just being amazing in service, speed, accuracy and flavor. Their smoothies always taste the same regardless if who's making it. That's important! I know I've visited some SK's and depending on who's making my smoothie, it'll taste a lol different. Nevertheless, ill definitely recommend this smoothie kind if you want to get in and out. read more

I wrote a review about the BeltLine location but the location I prefer the most is this one. The people there make the smoothie just right. Midway location is the best. The drink was to perfection and customer service was great. But do not go to that Beltline location. read more

I'd much rather eat cupcakes and watch GOT reruns but cardio is a requirement according to medical professionals. After a workout we go on a protein mission and end up here Monday night. It's close to their closing time so we try to make it fast. The cashier was rude and condescending. She stared at us for a while before she even said anything and neglected to even greet us. It felt like we were unwanted guests that just showed up without calling you first and immediately go in your refrigerator. From taking the order and paying she had the nastiest attitude. read more

Wide range of smoothies with reasonable prices, all in a very nice setting and with a great customer service.

The smoothies are decent, often they could be more blended. Service is eh.... If you don't care about good customer service then yea go here. If you want a good customer service experience with your smoothie, go elsewhere. read more

I ordered a lemon twist strawberry smoothie. It tasted like strawberry lemonade. They have $5 Friday's you get 32oz of your choice drink. If you don't finish them you can put in freezer and let it thaw out and it taste great and good like you just bought it. Very clean facility and the staff greets you as soon as you come in. I also tried some of their beef jerky it was so good read more

The Mixed Berry Immune Builder is delicious! I had strep a little over a week ago, and could barely manage to get anything down--until this smoothie came along. So, here I am for it once again. You have a collision of blueberries, strawberries and raspberries dancing inside your mouth all at once! Splendid. The girls here are also very quick to fill orders and offer small chit-chat. read more

I love me some smoothie king! I was hooked years ago after a dental visit that left me hungry but unable to eat real food for awhile. I'm a fan of the peanut power plus with strawberry. It's in no way healthy but the damn thing tastes so good. This store is well maintained and if you sign up for the text program you may get some occasional good things. This past Sunday I received the bogo option along with an update to the new hours on Sunday. The new app is universal for all stores so you no longer need a punch card for each additional location you visit. read more

It was my first time visiting this location it was on my way towards a friend's house so I decided to stop in and take advantage of the BOGO sale that was going on with Smoothie King this week. As I walked in I was greeted by the three employees behind the counter. I question them about the BOGO deal prior to ordering my shake and they did recognize that deal so I went ahead and ordered. My friend sent me their order but I wasn't really sure of the shake name so I described it to the employee that was helping me order. She figured it out right away and put in my friend's order as well. At this location they take down your name for your order. I waited less than 5 minutes for both shakes and they called my name on my order was ready. The gentleman who cashed me out asked me if I was a rewards member which was wonderful because half the time I forget to open the app to earn points. He also asked if wanted a smoothie sleeve which was perfect because it was raining outside and its hard to carry two shakes and an umbrella. My name was used throughout my visit even though it was only a 10-minute transaction I felt welcome there right away. I'll be sure to stop by this location again because of their customer service and great attitudes. read more

I placed an order through door dash and even though I specified in the notes "please use only non dairy products" they used their whey protein in it (which is made from milk). They called me before they made it, but I am at work and did not answer. I called them back within 4 minutes and they said they used the whey protein. I told them I cannot have it and I would be sick and they said they wouldn't make me a new one unless I paid for a whole new order. The man on the other side of the phone claims it was my fault because I did not answer the phone. Even though the notes specified. Oh well, some people can't follow simple instructions, and cannot admit when they've made a mistake. I suggest if you have allergies you do not order from this location, as they will not accommodate you correctly. read more

Well I will start with lighting fast customer service. This location is top notch for service. It doesn't matter if I go in the morning, lunch or for a late afternoon snack they are speedy. I am not on a mission, I just want the Smoothie King closest to my home to be my Smoothie King. So I went back to this store on Midway after using to the Forest and Belt Line in these recent months and ran to see if they had learned anything since I had been there with my last certificate. I asked them again if they would honor the certificate off my phone. Two factors for non Smoothie King persons. ONe- we get these certificates because we are members of the loyalty program and spend our cash often at one of their stores, Two-their loyalty program using an app and a scanning system. Once again, I was told I would need to go home and print my certificate. This is the same song a different verse. I drove to Belt Line and was warmly greeted as soon as you walk in the store. Admitted I had failed to print my certificate and asked what we could do. He said order up and I did. He tried to scan it and it did not work. He punched a lot of buttons on the register to honor the certificate and took my credit card because I was purchasing other items (that I would have bought at the other store) and wished me a good day. Night and Day between these two stores. Smoothie King please fix the store near me. I am a good customer and want it to be my store. I must admit, I have been a little disloyal lately now that QT sells protein fruit smoothies for almost half the price. But I know your product is better. Just do something please. read more

Nothing but awesome peeps working here. Not to mention the manager is a Vegetarian! They even have my favorite Vegan "jerky" there! Located on the busy bee road of Midway, so it's hard to spot when you're driving along after work. It's fast, cheap & healthy! What more can you ask for?! Not to mention it's close to my job, walking distance close... And well, instead of grabbing a snickers from my offices vending machine or an extra large bag of grease chips from McDonalds, this is by far the best thing to have during work to give me the little extra energy boost, we all tend to need during the day. read more

Horrible customer service. Asked to swap out almonds for peanut butter and the clerk says she can't do that unless she charges me... although I'm just substituting!!! The staff can recommend different items if you get bored with the usual. Not big on some of items and have stuck with the Banana Berry.

Everything was great until I came home and has food poison. I pooked all night after the shake and didn't eat all the next day.

Beyond impressed with the service at this store. As we were waking up, I think it was the manager, opened the door for us and greeted us. The lady who took our order friendly and helped us set up the app update, the employees making the smoothie greeted us as well. While we were waiting the same man who opened the door walked over and explained to us the app update along with the point system. Very impressed with the customer service. While drive the extra mile to visit the location. read more

So I am a fan of smoothie king and their variety of options. However, every time I come in here the manager is a complete ass to his employees in front of all the customers. I can't even imagine what it's like behind closed doors. Those poor employees get snapped at, yelled at and totally humiliated in front of everyone. There is a time and place to give feedback to your employees, not to mention in a manner that is respectful, uplifting & conducive to a healthy workplace. This guy needs to have a swift talking to. Any employees that work at this location, comment and I'll put in a good word for you at my company. I hate that people have to hate what they do because of the jerks they work for. read more

As I mentioned, it's been over a year yet the gentleman still remembered my name!
