The disco ball upon entry honestly turned my day around. What I got: Strawberry Cloud with added mangoes. I am extremely picky about smoothies - listen to me right now - this is the best smoothie I have ever had. The fruit wasn't completely blended so there were little chewy bits of coconut, mango and strawberries which I absolutely love. I was worried it wasn't going to be sweet enough cause I have a pretty big sweet tooth, but that touch of vanilla gives it the kick I need without tasting like I was drinking a milkshake. Atmosphere: Did I mention there was a disco ball? It's like taking a step into the 70s. Love it. They even have a small row of clean tables and seats! Service: It was a bit busy (maybe 8 smoothies before mine?), so I think the staff might've just felt rushed. It was just standard service. Nothing impressive, no complaints. read more

This place is great! I ordered the Wild Child and Strawberry cloud and they were both some of the best smoothies I've had. For someone who really cares about nutrition, seeing the smoothies made from fresh fruit and ingredients was awesome. Wild child or moon tower are my go to for smoothie but I always enjoy the ginger shot or blue majik. Parking isn't awful here just watch out for the lunch rush. First let me say I'm very picky when it comes to going to any type of juice place. Some places just aren't fresh. JuiceLand has fresh ingredients and their pricing is great! I've never had a Juiceland smoothie that I didn't love. You cannot go wrong with the incredible array of different concoctions and high-quality ingredients. They have an amazing product! Where JuiceLand goes wrong is in the delivery of said product. On multiple visits to this location, the employees are so absorbed in chit-chatting with each other that the wait time is greatly exacerbated. The counter persons I've placed orders with have all been courteous and efficient. It's the handoff from placing the order to the making of the order that is excruciating. I want employees to have vibrant and great relationships with one another- It's important, but there is a time and a place. Personal conversations in front of customers is not only awkward but let's me know the focus is not on expediting the smoothie, but on rehashing weekend shenanigans. It's this reason why I budget my time and only come here when I know I don't have to urgently be somewhere. Otherwise, I'd come here more often. Once again- the smoothies are stellar and easily THE BEST. But, there is no sense of urgency to get the smoothies made. I understand there are web orders and it's understandable there may be wait times, but the repeated instances of employees being lackadaisical and unfocused because of personal conversations is frustrating at times. read more

Staff: AMAZING Product: AMAZING COVID Operating Procedures: DANGEROUS AND COUNTERINTUITIVE First things first. When you arrive on site, the door is closed, and the first thing each and every customer did when I arrived was OPEN THE DOOR. Second: Once the door is open, the customer has to maintain close distance to the employee (putting both in danger) because the door does not stay open by itself. Third: They're using a baby monitor to ATTEMPT to talk with their customers (which epically fails). This ends up with both customer and employee leaning in to one another to place and take an order. (insert smh emoji here) Lastly: They're unable to enforce that customers wear masks because they choose to keep the customers outdoors (Dallas county orders state "People also must wear masks in outdoor public spaces when they can't keep six feet apart from others."). This encourages customers that aren't within 6ft of others not to wear a mask. All while touching the door, propping it open with their body, and leaning in to the at-risk employees to place an order. Juiceland: Don't take my word for it. Ask your staff. Bring this review up to them, and ask them what you could be doing better. I'm sure they will echo my concerns. Your COVID policies are supposed to keep everyone safe, but unfortunately they're very counterproductive. Maybe opening the interior (which would allow you to require masks - like most well established restaurants - think Chipotle, Starbucks...) and implementing better, more intuitive, and health-conscious policies would both improve your bottom line, and everyone's safety. read more

The staff is super nice and will recommend you popular drinks from their giant menu. I went around noon and even though it was somewhat busy, the drinks came out quickly. About 5mins or less since ordering. I did see that they also do online ordering if you're in a hurry. They also have those healthy aesthetic fruit/açaí? looking bowls I saw on the menu. My review is solely off my customer experience and has nothing to do with their quality of smoothies or products. I live extremely close to this location and have been a loyal customer for years. During COVID I have been walking to this location to pick up my online orders. I have continued to do this during the summer as well. I was on a walk this week and stopped to pick up my smoothie before continuing my workout. As I approached the store I told the worker my name and said I was on a walk and also wanted to purchase a water. With disgust, the male worker said "Excuse me do you not know what is going on?" I was shocked and said "I am so sorry I do not." He pointed towards the Dallas County regulations for COVID and said "I will bring you your smoothie but cannot give you a water because you are not wearing a mask, you can purchase a mask and then I can give you a water bottle." I mentioned again that I was outside, exercising and no one was around me. He brought me my smoothie and the smallest cup of water and shoved them at me and said in a nasty tone "Hope this holds you over!"
