Such a nice addition to the area and definitely needed! I stumbled across this location this past Wednesday and definitely came at the wrong time lol. They were extremely packed with orders. While entering and waiting at the register to order, I wasn't greeted and acknowledged until 10 min after. I would've walked out but had patience that day haha. I spoke up conversation with the worker ringing me up and she provided friendly service and apologized for the wait. I ordered one of the destination bowls removing some elements like the honey and adding graham crackers and almonds. The crackers weren't a good idea with the fruity bowl and would've paired well with a more savory bowl. Lesson learned. I spent $11 for the bowl which I found standard.Location has a small bar table with a few chairs and two tables outside the establishment. The inside seating is not very comfortable fyi. Since it's so close I do see myself stopping by for a treat every now and then! Happy Casa Linda are opening up some diverse storefronts for the residential area of Lakewood!

Placed our order online, it was ready super fast! Both of the bowls we got were very filling and definitely worth the price, these bowls are pretty big compared to other açaí bowls I've gotten at different places. I had the peanut butter and jelly bowl and it was delicious, the peanut butter was very thick and creamy, the jelly was lightly sweetened, and the smoothie/acai mix was refreshing. My boyfriend had the beach bowl and it was a lot more fruity, and had a more summery flavor which I also enjoyed.

OK, so I'm not the biggest health food guy, but I went here on opening day... And MY GOD, if this is half as healthy as they claim I'll be Matthew McConaughey soon! Super great service and supporting a local East Dallas Family! **PS- I heard there's a secret handshake you can give the owner for a discount if you see him (Scott) Anyways great spot, great food, great service, let's go 6-pack!!

Just wasted $10 on the worst smoothie I've had in my entire life.....guess what's what I get for branching out. There is literally zero flavor although this is the type of smoothie I usually get. I added honey and there is no sweetness at all even though it's supposed to have mango, pineapple and guacamole juice. Big waste of my money. Shame because it's a cute place very close to me, but I wouldn't come back because it's pretty hard to mess up a green smoothie

Our event coordinator had already been in contact with each hotel's sales team regarding room blocks, but my fiancé and I wanted to personally see the properties before recommending them to 30-40 hotel room blocks. Although we arrived after sales office hours, Liz at the front desk was exceptionally kind. She walked us through the restaurants commonly used for private events, explained the renovation timeline, and invited us to take our time exploring before returning to the front desk to view a standard guest room. Unfortunately, our experience changed when another employee, who later identified himself as Clayton, a manager, stepped in. It appeared he had been listening to our conversation but had not introduced himself. He abruptly informed us that we would not be able to view a room. We explained that our event coordinator was already working with the sales manager regarding room blocks and pricing, and that we were simply trying to ensure we felt confident recommending the hotel to our family and friends. Despite understanding the situation, he remained unwilling to accommodate the request. His only suggestion was that we purchase a room if we wanted to see one. For us, this interaction spoke volumes. Hospitality isn't just about beautiful rooms--it's about making potential guests feel welcomed and valued. If this was the experience we received as prospective clients considering multiple wedding events and dozens of room nights, it gave us pause about what our guests might experience. As a result, we will likely to move our room block, welcome dinner, Saturday event, and Sunday brunch where we're met with warmth, flexibility, and genuine hospitality from the moment we arrive. The Joule is undeniably a beautiful property, but customer service plays a major role in our decision-making. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling that our business was neither appreciated nor wanted.

I'm going to full up admit that I did a terrible job getting pictures so you're just going to have to trust me. I got to see and visit with my daughter and granddaughter so was over the moon! We ordered the Grilled Lamb Chop Lollipops and the Brisket Risotto Balls for an appetizer. There are only 3 lollipops but they were INCREDIBLE! The presentation was beautiful! The brisket risotto balls were good. Think "boudain" balls. Reinspired and tasty. I ordered the Duck & Rope Pasta, my other half ordered the Beef Arrarbbiata and my daughter and granddaughter shared the Steak Frites. All of it was delicious! The duck confit in the Duck & Rope Pasta was perfect! Don't be scared on this one. It is worth it! For dessert, we ordered the Ferrero Rocher and HOLEY MOLEY! It was huge and delicious. This dessert is rich with the perfect sweetness that won't bite you in the jaw. It is shareable! Overall, I am so happy we tried Bucket & Rope! The service was amazing and I just can't say enough about the quality of the food and overall experience! Thank you Bucket & Rope for a memorable meal!
