I was grateful to hear from someone regarding the experience and the offer to try the establishment once again. My second experience was nothing like the first with excellent customer service and wonderful food/drinks. I have many friends that have made their livelihoods in the service industry and I understand the difficult work the restaurant industry is; as a supporter of local businesses I wanted to make sure someone would make the correction for future patrons which they definitely did!! They always mess up my order when I order customize juice. It has happened multiple times.

Will not be back.. I'm posting this review to warn others. I walked in to an empty store and stood there for several minutes before the employee walked out. I ordered 2 smoothies one juice, at that time they had not received their delivery of fruit so it was limit and we compromised our juice .. this was not the issue the issue was the service. The employee proceeded to charge me then attempt to select her own tip option id assume since I had to request for the screen to be turned so I could sign. Separate to this the employee then proceeds to not add all the ingredients to my smoothies. I pointed out one ingredient and with an eye roll it was reluctantly added to the blender. Mind you she had forgotten the dates and the vanilla as well but at this point I wanted to just leave. Don't waste money here, the smoothie can be had else where. Unfortunately, every Clean Juice in the Dallas/Fort Worth area is low quality, regardless of the organic ingredients. Most of the time, when I have visited in the last year, the fresh produce looks dried out or turning colors or withering. The birthday sparkler I got today tastes aweful. The produce in the drink looked and tasted like it is going bad. I feel slightly sick. Though this drink was free, the experience makes me never want to purchase anything again. Also, at the Fort Worth location, the last time I went, the owner's nails were dirty on the hand without his glove on it. The owner's nails should be clean at all times. I felt sick after that experience as well. He was nice, but kindness doesn't replace cleanliness. I really question every location of this business. Small shop tucked in a shopping area! There's a small sign in front right next to Camp that tells you to turn right on the sidewalk. Ordered the Tropical One and the Cali Sandwich. Smoothie - Yummy! Very refreshing - definitely taste the pineapple and coconut. Very smooth. Sometimes worried that smoothies will taste diluted but this did not! Sandwich - Also yummy! This place likes to close their doors before the actual closing time. This is not the first time this has happened. Today I walked up and pulled on the doors at 5:57 to get a smoothie and they were already locked up and refusing to answer their doors even if you've knocked. This place has extremely poor management. Also another problem is you will get screwed out of your points if you don't remind them about their loyalty program. None of their employees enough to ask you for your phone number....except one. The owner should definitely have a serious talk with whoever is managing this place because they don't seem to care to train their employees to follow the rules. read more

Still not sure about this place. I've been there twice and have felt meh about their smoothies. The girl making them really needs to measure out the liquid first. Twice I saw her blend the ingredients, dump out a lot and add more ice, and blend again to get the proper consistency. Three stars for customer service. The juice itself was great, made fresh right in front of you. But the girl didn't even say hi when we came in, was particularly unhelpful with recommendations, and then the checkout was weird. She took our orders then started making them, one earbud in the entire time. I hadn't paid yet and was standing there, cash in hand. When she finished, she glanced at me and said, "the drinks are at the end of the bar." Instead of just handing them to me when no other customers were there. I told her I hadn't paid yet, she said "just tap to pay," I told her I had cash. She looked bemused and took the twenty, opened up the cash register like it was her first time to do so, and told me she couldn't take it because they didn't have change. No cash? No smile? This location is convenient for were I live. I've ordered from here 3 times and the smoothies have been more like a slushy though I requested less ice. One of the smoothies was Togo and took 23 minutes. I was only counting the time since I got there and one worker was just walking around with the other talking to a guest and not asking for help. 23 minutes is way to long...with only one other customer at the counter.
