I was disappointed with the acai bowl I got. The presentation was pretty lack luster compared to most acai bowls and the flavor was just ok. Even after driving home with the bowl, it was way more frozen than I would have expected. The Hailey Bieber Erewhon smoothie dupe was good but did not taste like the original Erewhon one. I would consider getting a smoothie again but would not recommend the bowl. read more

The folks at Natuur are always friendly and patient as I contemplate my life while reading the menu. The PB toast was the perfect healthy breakfast on the go. Taking off a star because the smoothies have been too thick both times I have gotten it. Not looking for a watery smoothie, but usually have a hard time drinking from the straw until the smoothie has sat out for some time and melted. I'm shocked to have seen so many "friendly service" reviews. My experience was the farthest from friendly. We walked in and were not greeted or any friendly kind of chit chat. This was our first time in and we looked over the menu. We had a question about the protein options and asked if there was another option other than the plant protein. The counter girl replied with a blank stare and said a simple "no". So we proceed to order two smoothies and she clicked some buttons on her screen then went to the back. No additional words were spoken from the counter girl. Another customer came in after us and was "greeted" the same. She ordered the Watermelon Wave and the counter girl clicked some buttons and went to the back again. The customer that came in after us did have to wait a bit while the counter girl made our smoothies and the other customer was never spoken to other than when her smoothie was ready. No "I'll be with you in a moment!" or an overview of the menu, "is this your first time here", or anything. A poor customer service experience overall and slightly uncomfortable to be honest. I try to avoid foods with added sugars, which can be hard to find these days. The space itself is clean and minimalist, creating a nice atmosphere.
