Yup, still going strong. Been coming to this Jamba for over a decade and still think this location is the best when it comes to consistency and accuracy. The team is always friendly and in good spirits. I typically place mobile orders and my order is always on time and waiting for me in the cooler. Definitely download the Jamba app as this allowed you to earn Banana points and redeem them for discounts. I typically have my favorite smoothies. I love the Açaí Super Antioxidant or the Protein Berry Workout. When I want to treat myself to a yummy treat the Orange Dream Machine tastes like a push up pop- So delish! Also, the baked goods such as the Belgian Street Waffle and the Cheddar Tomato Twist are awesome. If you ever need to grab a quick snack but not quite a meal, the baked goods definitely fit the bill. Overall, this is a great Jamba location and are so glad they've been able to stay consistent and I'll keep coming back. Unlike Smoothie King, they use real whole fruits and vegetables in their smoothies, instead of the fruit juice. The staff was very friendly and extremely quick. Pricing was lower than Smoothie King too imo. I got the Kale-ribbean breeze with kale, mango, passion fruit, chia seeds, and Greek yogurt. It's not overwhelmingly sweet but still has great flavor of yogurt, mango, and a hint of kale, even tho it's completely green, just how I like it! They offer 10% off to police officers, medic, and military personnel, plus $2 off if you download the app and order it online for the first time. There're also different deals every day of the week from Monday-Friday, but it might vary per location. Just call and ask. The kale-ribbean is officially my favorite drink now. I understand that they closed in an hour but saying you can make something because of it is outrageous! We came in AN HOUR before them closing I believe that all items should still be very capable of being made. I had a large Watermelon Breeze Smoothie with additional Whey Protein, which is a really healthy drink. It was an interesting visit because the amount of smoothie was actually too much, to the point where they had to get a second mini cup to pour it into. The taste was alright, a bit on the bland side. Hey what can you say about this place...it's Jamba Juice. It's going to have all the options you can find at any other jamba but this one is my go to post Saturday morning workout. You can go as healthy or as indulgent as you want with your smoothies or get a bowl which I've never tried but I've heard good things. But if you're looking for less healthy and more treat, look up the "secret menu" I haven't ordered off the regular menu in years. However, this Jamba Juice did a very poor job at making this bowl. It was only one guy working there and he used half of most of the ingredients. She wasn't just talking to the customers with an attitude but her coworker as well . So I was trying to use my app to place my order and I was new to using the app . It was taking me some time to figure it out and she deliberately kept telling me what to do but not in a helpful way . She was more so talking to me like a child . So at that Point I told her I don't want to use the app. I just want to order . She was still insisting I use the app and still was talking at me not guiding me or showing me exactly what I needed to do she was extremely rude and I told her before I wanted to skip the app and just order . So once again I said let me just order I don't want to use this app it's too much and I had things to do . Soooo I didn't leave a tip because I didn't like how she was talking to me or her attitude so I just hit no tip and I signed . So she had the audacity to put the tip sign back up and these were the words that came out her mouth " you need to finish this part love ". I said I already finished that there's no need for me to go back and do it again . Clearly she seen I didn't tip her and she tried to get me to tip anyways because she seen I didn't . WHICH IS Ridiculous! I'm not tipping anybody who gives bad service . So another customer came in having trouble with the app and she talked to him the same exact way . she at least needs to be corrected on how she talks and handles customers . You don't talk to grown adults like children and not help them with simple things because "they may not understand how the app works " . This is the SLOWEST Jamba Juice on the face of the earth. Every time I go, I end up waiting about 15 minutes for my smoothie. They either need more staff scheduled or a swift kick in the ass. Well, I DO know that you should teach your kids to NOT run over the nice lady (me) that held the door open and try to beat her to the cash register. I would say that it is a pretty typical Jamba Juice location in that the drinks are consistent and the staff is about as friendly as expected when you only interact with them to order and to get the drink that they just made for you. There does not really seem to be structure or a laid-out way for people to wait in line or wait for drinks so it is always a battle against other customers to figure out who is waiting for their drink and who is waiting to order because everyone just stands in front of the bar/register. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait because the employee who takes your order often makes the drinks as well, so the register may be unattended while they are making drinks for those who ordered before you. read more

I then asked if I could put cucumber in a smoothie because they advertised cucumbers and the guy with the pony tail (not sure his name, he was the cashier) was so rude and curtly "we don't have that here."
