Yup, still going strong. Been coming to this Jamba for over a decade and still think this location is the best when it comes to consistency and accuracy. The team is always friendly and in good spirits. I typically place mobile orders and my order is always on time and waiting for me in the cooler. Definitely download the Jamba app as this allowed you to earn Banana points and redeem them for discounts. I typically have my favorite smoothies. I love the Açaí Super Antioxidant or the Protein Berry Workout. When I want to treat myself to a yummy treat the Orange Dream Machine tastes like a push up pop- So delish! Also, the baked goods such as the Belgian Street Waffle and the Cheddar Tomato Twist are awesome. If you ever need to grab a quick snack but not quite a meal, the baked goods definitely fit the bill. Overall, this is a great Jamba location and are so glad they've been able to stay consistent and I'll keep coming back. There's another Jamba closer to me, but I prefer this one because it's so good! read more

The orange juice machine has been "broken" for almost a month now....what the hell is going on

Much less appetizing when they prepare it all runny and it's not frozen.. after this I don't think I enjoy the açaí bowl anymore probably gonna stop going read more

Jamba - More like soup less like smoothie bowl lol - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Craving for something sweet, cold, and somewhat healthy, I decided to give Jamba Juice a try for the very first time. Unlike Smoothie King, they use real whole fruits and vegetables in their smoothies, instead of the fruit juice. The staff was very friendly and extremely quick. Pricing was lower than Smoothie King too imo. I got the Kale-ribbean breeze with kale, mango, passion fruit, chia seeds, and Greek yogurt. It's not overwhelmingly sweet but still has great flavor of yogurt, mango, and a hint of kale, even tho it's completely green, just how I like it! They offer 10% off to police officers, medic, and military personnel, plus $2 off if you download the app and order it online for the first time. There're also different deals every day of the week from Monday-Friday, but it might vary per location. Just call and ask. The kale-ribbean is officially my favorite drink now. I just wish they had more locations around the metroplex. Until then, I guess it's the chance for me to save my money and watch my spending lol read more

Jamba, Jamba, Jamba! I can't get enough of it. I love Jamba since I was in high school. I use to thing Jamba was super healthy and it definitely is compared to other eating spots. Jamba Juice has great smoothies and acai and fruit bowls! It's definitely a great spot to grab and go. I wish Jamba Juice had more of a seating area but that's standard with all Jamba Juices. Jamba Juice tends to have long lines which is a good and bad thing! But regardless I love Jamba and it will continue to be the place I grab a smoothie on the go. read more

I love Jamba Juice, but I'm going to have to find a new location. I go to this location all the time. I know they are currently struggling to find additional workers, but I think it's common curtesy to acknowledge costumers within a certain timeframe of them entering your establishment. They don't acknowledge anyone and then just keep you waiting. I'm not sure what's happened, but this location has changed and the costumer service is not good. My Açaí bowls are always delicious, I just don't care for the costumer service. read more

I'm just here for the Wheatgrass Shots with a sliced orange!! I wish I could have a Wheatgrass shot everyday! They run about 5 bucks a shot, but its super healthy for you. If you are feeling sick, these are the best for your body! I also like picking up their many ginger and lemon pre made shots that are made for on-the go!!!! If you are getting your body back to to health, come on it and try a little Wheatgrass!!! The best way to take it is ...swish it around in your mouth for about 45 seconds at a time, then swallow and repeat!! All the nuturients from the Wheatgrass will come to light!!!! YES!! read more

Alex makes buying a smoothie annoying as heck. I can in being the nice person i am . I said hello to alex she di not say it back . She was rude and then i white lady came in behind me all of a sudden Alex opens her mouth to say hello . DISAPPOINTING I understand having a bad day but if someone is being nice you can be nice back . Im not gonna say alex is like this with all black people but Alex was rude asf and im black so do the math. Alex is a rude little girl that shouldn't work the late shift , she hates it . read more

This location is pretty busy. The girl taking orders was a bit slow at processing everything but she was nice. Order didn't take too long, tasted great. Parking can be tricky since it's in a strip but I guess depending on what time you go, you'll be alright. Prices are a little high, but everything taste good and it's convenient. read more

We came in at 7 knowing already they close at 8 already knowing what to order adding stragglers because we haven't been in a while. I understand that they closed in an hour but saying you can make something because of it is outrageous! We came in AN HOUR before them closing I believe that all items should still be very capable of being made. I work in a restaurant so I understand that some items may take longer but it never once stopped them from getting the item that they desired. Service sucked came in and they didn't greet nothing just said do you know what you want. No type of customer service etiquette what so ever. My pretezel was cold, the waffle was luke warm . I'm disappointed to see the customer service industry decline so much, espically as a waitress myself. read more

It was my first time getting Jamba Juice, and they had a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a large Watermelon Breeze Smoothie with additional Whey Protein, which is a really healthy drink. It was an interesting visit because the amount of smoothie was actually too much, to the point where they had to get a second mini cup to pour it into. The taste was alright, a bit on the bland side. There were also a few seeds in my drink, which is expected as it's watermelon juice. Service here was pretty fast even though there were a decent amount of customers. Overall, a nice establishment. read more

Hey what can you say about this place...it's Jamba Juice. It's going to have all the options you can find at any other jamba but this one is my go to post Saturday morning workout. You can go as healthy or as indulgent as you want with your smoothies or get a bowl which I've never tried but I've heard good things. But if you're looking for less healthy and more treat, look up the "secret menu" I haven't ordered off the regular menu in years. My favorite is the sour gummy smoothie, if you have weakness for sour gummy candy as I do, you'll love it. read more

The girl with braids is very rude, constantly yelling at her coworkers and cussing them out. I didn't mind the wait because understandably it was very busy. But for her to say " what the fuck are you doing. Are you dumb.?" To her coworkers is completely disrespectful. The fact that they have to apologize for her is sad. She should be fired. read more

Awful service. Took 20 minutes for a smoothie bowl. Girl was singing and laughing the entire time. Didn't use gloves when cutting banana. Smoothie bowl was melted by the time she putting toppings on and handed it to me. Awful. read more

To be honest the girl behind the counter was really rude off the bat. She kept just staring at me while I was trying to figure out what I wanted and sighed as if I was the most annoying part of her day. Then I ordered a large and a medium. She gave us two medium cups and just barely filled the "large" order slightly more than the medium. Like maybe 1/4 and inch more than medium. Overall just rude and weird. read more

I was disappointed to find out that this Jamba Juice doesn't carry any of their hot drink options (very much wanted a heavenly green tea) but was a little surprised to find my husbands all fruit peach smoothie to be less than stellar. Wow had this juice establishment has changed. Quite honestly I didn't know the franchise still existed. By chance my friend wasn't feeling well and was thirsty. This place was close by, so I figure a "coldbuster" would be healthy. Come to my surprise the menu is much smaller now, and it has healthy drinks & fruit filled drinks. So I got the "Orange C- booster" antioxidant smoothie. Which on Thursdays get a free size increase medium to large. The drink tasted just like old times, but I miss the extensive simple menu that I was used to. read more

I usually always order the açaí primo bowl from any Jamba Juice that I go to and it's always delicious and exactly as described in the pictures. However, this Jamba Juice did a very poor job at making this bowl. It was only one guy working there and he used half of most of the ingredients. The fruit didn't taste fresh, and the smoothie at the bottom was very runny, I'm very disappointed as I always look forward to getting this bowl because of how appetizing it is. Sadly I couldn't even finish my bowl from this place due to how poor it tasted. I wouldn't recommend getting the açaí primo bowl from this Jamba Juice at all! read more

After noticing and off aftertaste that did't taste quite right.... It was reminiscent of a cigar aftertaste - very odd. My daughter tasted it and got the same thing. We figured it was probably a bad berry as I've eaten at Jamba a million times same shake and it's never tasted that weird. Afraid of being poisoned by old berries I set my shake sadly aside. Can't you guys make sure you aren't putting rotten berries in shakes??? And when I called to complain, I got hung up on!!! needs new management apparently!!! read more

The experience was absolutely terrible . The girl w braids who was working in the front had a very attitude and service was terrible. She wasn't just talking to the customers with an attitude but her coworker as well . So I was trying to use my app to place my order and I was new to using the app . It was taking me some time to figure it out and she deliberately kept telling me what to do but not in a helpful way . She was more so talking to me like a child . So at that Point I told her I don't want to use the app. I just want to order . She was still insisting I use the app and still was talking at me not guiding me or showing me exactly what I needed to do she was extremely rude and I told her before I wanted to skip the app and just order . So once again I said let me just order I don't want to use this app it's too much and I had things to do . Soooo I didn't leave a tip because I didn't like how she was talking to me or her attitude so I just hit no tip and I signed . So she had the audacity to put the tip sign back up and these were the words that came out her mouth " you need to finish this part love ". I said I already finished that there's no need for me to go back and do it again . Clearly she seen I didn't tip her and she tried to get me to tip anyways because she seen I didn't . WHICH IS Ridiculous! I'm not tipping anybody who gives bad service . So another customer came in having trouble with the app and she talked to him the same exact way . she at least needs to be corrected on how she talks and handles customers . You don't talk to grown adults like children and not help them with simple things because "they may not understand how the app works " . If she had a attitude and didn't want to come to work she shouldn't have came or she could've left that at home . This also reflects on the manager and the type of people the manager is hiring . Please do better and hire better people. read more

This is the SLOWEST Jamba Juice on the face of the earth. Every time I go, I end up waiting about 15 minutes for my smoothie. They either need more staff scheduled or a swift kick in the ass. PLUS, it also happens to be the headquarters of bad parenting in Dallas. Now I don't have any children... you're probably thinking what does this bitch know about parenting. Well, I DO know that you should teach your kids to NOT run over the nice lady (me) that held the door open and try to beat her to the cash register. (They did not beat me by the way, little assholes). You also shouldn't let your children have races to see who can completely stand on the wobbly bar stools the fastest (on the very hard tile floor). Over and over they jumped up and down.... screaming... yelling.... banging... WORST JAMBA JUICE EVER. read more

Crack cocaine ain't got nothin on Jamba Juice...if my anecdotal personal experience isn't evidence enough of its hella-addictive properties, then i dont know what to tell ya. Seriously, if i didn't have a steady income I might be seen off Harry Hines working for my latest Berry Lime Sublime fix. This particular location is my preferred dealer. The staff is always friendly, and the place is always spotless. I mean, im talkin Colombian-coke-lab clean. At this location you also get a free shot of "Boost" with your fruity purchase. I usually choose Protein or Immunity, but i suspect its all just heroin or some other highly addictive substance, which keeps me coming back for more. I'm suddenly reminded of the Seinfeld Fat free yogurt episode, where the yogurt is just so damn good, there's no way its good for you. Everybody starts gaining weight, Elaine takes a sample to the lab, Kramer makes it with the lab worker, and hilarity ensues. But in the end its discovered that the fat free yogurt is far from. But i digress... So until somebody exposes the hidden evil truth about Jamba Juice shakes, you can find me here scoring my latest hit...or at Buffalo Exchange selling my material possessions for smoothie money. read more

I just discovered that Jamba Juice has acai bowls and let me tell you, they are delicious and such a game changer for me! I will say that they are a bit steep when it comes to the price $8, but acai bowls keep me full for a really long time and they were so generous with their portion of fruit so for that I don't mind paying all $8. Service was friendly and prompt. Will be back! read more

How does a place that only sells smoothies stay in business when they make such awful tasting smoothies?! Really disappointing. I'm no Smoothie King diehard - they're just ok - but between SK and JJ it's not even close. read more

Order was mixed up a few times with another customer. The staff didn't seem to be in sync with each other and was a bit chaotic correcting our drinks. The staff was really friendly so I didn't mind the longer anticipated wait time. As for the quality of the smoothies it was pretty mediocre and left me disappointed. Maybe it's just the location I went to, but the Jamba Juice's quality seems to have gone down hill considering the price. read more

This location is pretty close to home, so I will either drop by on the way home from work or walk over! I would say that it is a pretty typical Jamba Juice location in that the drinks are consistent and the staff is about as friendly as expected when you only interact with them to order and to get the drink that they just made for you. There does not really seem to be structure or a laid-out way for people to wait in line or wait for drinks so it is always a battle against other customers to figure out who is waiting for their drink and who is waiting to order because everyone just stands in front of the bar/register. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait because the employee who takes your order often makes the drinks as well, so the register may be unattended while they are making drinks for those who ordered before you. read more

I love Jamba Juice. Love. This one is conveniently located on Greenvile, near a ramp onto US-75. Great staff.

So I go in to Jamba Juice and ask the girl for the $2 special that I got in an email. She says that she has to see the email. I can't find it. So even though she knows the offer I'm talking about, she won't give it to me. So I go ahead and pay full price using my jamba juice card. The irony of screwing over a (now formerly) regular customer is lost on her. read more
