Never go here!I went to the Jamba Juice at the galleria mall and enjoyed the smoothies there with no bad effects of feeling nausea and such.So I decided to go to THIS Jamba Juice to see if they had some more variety.Me and my family decided to order some smoothies. As soon as we got home, all of us were sick.We had diarrhea for days straight. My dumb self came back a second time thinking maybe it was just a stomach virus (which made no sense because no one else in my family had it but us).I started eating the smoothie bowl in the car and immediately became very nauseous. When I got home I threw up every food I ate,and could not keep a food down.My guess is that they are not very sanitary and that is why I became sick. This place sucks!I recommend going to the Jamba Juice located in the galleria mall. read more

I had a groupon and when the cashier found out gave me so much attitude. I then asked if I could put cucumber in a smoothie because they advertised cucumbers and the guy with the pony tail (not sure his name, he was the cashier) was so rude and curtly "we don't have that here." No explanation or anything after I was confused and said "oh I thought I saw that". I work in the industry so I understand if a shipment hasn't come in yet. But be communicative. Then they asked for our Names for the smoothies because my friend and I got the same type of smoothie. They just handed is them and they were incorrect. All the employees were full of attitude. I'm not sure if it was too early for them at 10:30 but I'm not sure if my friend and I will come back to this location. Horrible vibe and horrible experience. read more

I made an order for a green tea blast and a la vida mocha, couple people who ordered after me got their drinks first no big deal, then they make one of my drinks and it's the wrong drink. I politely explain it's not what I ordered but he insists that it's what is in the system and I again politely say I understand but that's not the drink I ordered and he says ok. I sit back down and wait for the other drink and what I thought would be a remake of the right drink. Several more people pickup their drinks and one of the other customers asks about the the mistakingly made horchata drink and he points at me and says it's his, mind you my other drink still hasn't been made and I'm being told I have to take a drink I didn't order, no offer to make the right one, he just said aggravatedly that I have to take that drink despite it not being the one I ordered and my other drink still hasn't even been started. I've come here so much some of the staff know my name and I usually have a great experience, tonight was so negative and the guy who was making the drinks was waaay too aggressive, I'll never go back to this location sadly. read more

My favorite Jamba Juice location!! I always get greeted with a smile every time I come here, customer service is fantastic here compared to other locations that I have visited. Apple 'n Greens is my go-to smoothie! Favorite smoothie place. read more

In this area there's an endless amount of places where one could stop and grab a full meal, a snack, frozen yogurt or a smoothie. We opt to stop at Jamba from time to time because it's great on a hot day or after a workout. You'll always find quick, friendly service, affordable prices and great flavor. While most people don't know this, there's even a kid's menu, which my nephews enjoy and is healthier than frozen yogurt. If you're in the mood for something that has a little bit of nutritional value and tastes good, you'll be served well here. read more

I guess I'm just biased because when you've had the originator Smoothie King everyone else comes a distant 2nd or for this chain a distant 3rd read more

There was a line pretty long when we were ordering. And we had a VERY SIMPLE ORDER. And the 12 people behind us in line got their ENTIRE order before we each got our SIMPLE orders (2 smoothies with no specifics) read more

Okay. I LOVE Jamba Juice as much as the next person and although I continue to go to this location based on the convenience factor alone... their customer service ALWAYS makes me cringe. It is one of the most unfriendly and almost downright hostile environments. But, that's the price i have to pay for a yummy mid-day smoothie. read more

This is my favorite Jamba Juice location! The staff is great, the smoothies are competitively priced. I'm not sure if the others who have left reviews about bad customer services are just rude themselves, or what the difference is. I go in with a smile on my face, I order my smoothie and the staff is friendly, makes my smoothie and I'm on my way! I even went in 15 minutes before close tonight and they were happy as could be. Thank you Jamba Juice! read more

So, I love the drinks at Jamba Juice, and this place gets extra stars for recommending the matcha energy shot with soymilk to me on a morning when I was particularly tired, but my only problem is that the service is really, really slow. When I lived in North Dallas and went to the Jamba Juice on Frankford Road, it was much faster. This place? SOOOOO SLOOOOOW. However, the drinks are always quality, and the service is as friendly as it can be despite the speed. read more

Carlos, I believe was the young mans name. I came in a little after 7 am on a Friday and was the 5th person in line. He was the only one making smoothing and bowls and handled everything with such poise and a smile on his face. Plus, my smoothie was amazing! read more

They have personalized my drink, and remade so many, just to help me find what I like. It doesn't get any better than that! They will substitute anything you like to make it right. Now, I have two favorite drinks and still have not tried them all, and now I'm better at ordering. I found them to be health conscientious, which is an added plus. read more

I got a gift card for Jamba Juice and that's the only reason why I went in. I don't even remember what I ordered but it wasn't memorable at all. Give me Smoothie Factory any day. read more

I'm getting to be a regular here, and all I can say is the complaints about service are old and not applicable. Get fast, friendly service and leave with a Banana Berry and a smile! read more

First time at this location. I'm not very impressed. There was limited sitting, two stools, so don't come in thinking you can sit down and enjoy your smoothie. I got the paradise passion and the flavor is underwhelming. Tastes like a watered down smoothie. read more

Just bought my first smoothie from this particular location. I have to say, it was a bit disappointing. I got the chunky strawberry, which is usually a favorite of mine for breakfast. However, the granola actually tasted kind of stale to me (?) and there was something not quite right about the blend of everything. I will probably give them another try, but my first time in... not so hot. Staff was friendly though. read more

This was my first Jamba location. On my first experience the employees were so friendly and helpful I have become a loyal Jamba customer coming 3-4 times a week. Everyone knows and believes in the product they sell. Great Jamba location! read more

I am leaving a 5 star review because the staff is always friendly and my order is always consistent. I specifically want to point out Jay's friendliness and positivity. While I do not know her, I have seen her in the morning shift multiple times and she always has a big smile. A smile says so much and it's contagious. The world needs more people like Jay! read more

love their fresh squeezed juices and my favorite is carrot not many places you can go and get fresh squeezes carrots - I wish they had more snack options but I usually just get the drinks - make sure to get a fresh wheat grass shot as well to make up to all your veggies needs for the day . read more

I'm always a little sketched out when I go into a store and their electronic system is down they're using the old fashioned method of taking credit card numbers - part of the reason I gave them my CC instead of debit like I normally use. Lo and behold, a week after going to this location my card that I never use ends up with mysterious charges (which my bank declined and promptly closed the account)... it's possibly someone just randomly ended up with my number, but I find it far more likely someone stole it from their copy. read more

I would usually go here after a work-out. This place is perfect for an after work-out consumption because nothing you consume here is regrettable, and it's healthy, too. I've tried the Acai Super-antioxidant which was a mouthful of flavor and freshness. This drink reminds me of Fruit Roll-Ups because that's exactly what it tastes like - an old childhood favorite snack. On another occasion, I ordered the Caribbean Passion, which had a mixture of passionfruit, mango and strawberries along with orange sherbet. It was refreshing, as what all the drinks on here is like. The one thing I like most are the free boosts. I never order a drink without getting the soy protein or immunity boosts. It's best to take advantage of this! The only problems is the price. Well, I guess it's expected to pay MORE for food/drinks that are healthy. It's almost like the economy's subtle way of letting people make poor health choices, but that would be on a whole other topic. read more

Good quality smoothies but pretty bad service. I walked in with another customer and we both ordered immediately. The two employees not at the register disappeared in the back and didn't return until a few minutes AFTER we had ordered. Their hands were empty, its not like they were restocking. The cashier had to make our drinks instead. read more

Best smoothie I have ever had! My favorite is the strawberry nirvana. Everyone is always friendly & service is fast

Went to Jamba Juice today for a Razzmatazz smoothie. Halfway through the smoothie I took a sip to find a hair. It grossed me out, but for some reason I decided I'd take another sip... Another hair was in that second sip. Disgusting. Two short blonde hairs from the male cashier with the ponytail. I will never be returning to this location, and probably not any Jamba Juice ever again. Extremely disappointed and disgusted. read more
