I am extremely picky about smoothies - listen to me right now - this is the best smoothie I have ever had. The fruit wasn't completely blended so there were little chewy bits of coconut, mango and strawberries which I absolutely love. I was worried it wasn't going to be sweet enough cause I have a pretty big sweet tooth, but that touch of vanilla gives it the kick I need without tasting like I was drinking a milkshake. Atmosphere: Did I mention there was a disco ball? It's like taking a step into the 70s. Love it. They even have a small row of clean tables and seats! It was rude and felt dismissive. I ended up asking for a refund. I hope they can improve their customer service and coach the 3 employees disc it, as this could have been handled with more empathy. I've had this flavor combo elsewhere and loved it, but this experience left me disappointed. And I would never leave a bad review but acting like that over some ice and flavored syrup is wild.

We went here for dessert on the way home from Mi Cocina on a Sunday evening. The weather was not hot but Andy's was very busy with walk ups and drive thru. When this store first opened I thought to myself there is no way that it will be successful. I was really wrong. Andy's has thrived and seems like it is always busy with neighborhood customers. The quality of the desserts is consistently very high. This time, I tried something with fudge, caramel, nuts, and a cherry with vanilla ice cream (I call it ice cream although I know it is custard). I forget the name but it was really tasty. Maybe a bit too sweet but basically really good. The kid got chocolate with lots of cherries on top. Andy's has stood the test of time and delivers consistently good product. There can be blips in the service but they get them correctly quickly without any hassle. We will definitely be back.
