They've all been really nice and pleasant, but in this one occasion, I dealt with an older woman who from the get go, was oddly mean with zero provocation. I wanted to order a monthly special. I called it the "monthly special bowl" because that's exactly what the sign by the register said. She got exasperated with me because I didn't call it what ever description was listed under the heading and rolled her eyes and refused to make eye contact. I decided to get the bowl to-go because it was very clear this person was irrationally upset at something. It just felt like it wasn't a good idea to stay.
