I've had numerous smoothies such as the Holiday Pecan Delight, Apple Cinnamon Cheer, Island Impact, Lemon Twist Strawberry, Pineapple Surf, Strawberry Kiwi Breeze, and the Berry Interesting. All the smoothies have been very tasty and consistent in flavor. The strawberries and mangoes are usually sweet but not overly sweet. The consistency is thick but not too thick to clog your smoothie straw. I've tried the some of the add-ins like the immune boost and you can taste the difference in a good way. I'm a regular customer and I also use their app as they offer a free new smoothie probably a kit once a month! My update is based on the amazing customer focused response I received from Mia when she read about my poor experience. Mia took the time to both respond on the yelp site and also to email me directly with sincere words of regret and offering to "make it right." I was curious and replied to the email. After a brief exchange Mia took the time to refund the price of my purchase. When something goes wrong with a customer experience, you can't ask for much more than what Mia did to rectify things.
