My drink was remade twice after my first one had no sweetness to it. 3 ventis were made and not one was made correctly. This place has never been able to get my drink correct. It's not a complicated drink. This was my 3rd time here after being gone a while thinking maybe they had improved, but nope. I truly believe it's The barista but also how they're trained. They were super busy when we came in around 11. We stood at the counter to place our order for a long time, I've never waited that long to be greeted or served at a Starbucks. They could have at least said hello or something that recognized we were standing there. Comfy seats and plenty of them since most people were in the drive thru. They offer WiFi, but it's not that fabulous. My daughter is with us and trying to do homework and it isn't working very well at all. The inside is cleaned as well are the restrooms. Food and drink....they were out of a lot of items including pumps of certain flavors. Find it hard to believe they aren't a little more prepared for a Saturday especially when they will be open Sunday as well. It's Starbucks....will return but maybe not this location. read more

The morning crew at this location are beyond awesome! I live in the neighborhood behind this Starbucks so I frequently get coffee here and I have never had a bad experience ever! Not only do they know me, my order, they have taken the time to befriend my Yorkie (who adores them all - they even gave him a nickname lol) and in small talk they stay up to date with me! There are two 1 star reviews as of this posting which is absolutely ridiculous because this place has been open LESS THAN TWO WEEKS. Show me a Starbucks that isn't crushed when there is a grand opening... please. Came here on a Saturday evening crew was pleasant, got my venti chai and now I'm enjoying it on the front porch. I thrilled that we have a Starbucks close to Savannah and in front of Union Park- this was a great place to open a point-- the residents will love it, the students and teachers will love it, the commuting crush on 380 will love it. I'm in drive thru this morning on my phone with work, like an idiot! I ordered my psl but didn't tell them I wanted it iced. I got to the window and they handed me my psl hot. Still on the phone with work, I handed it back and asked for it iced. Without an eye roll in my direction or a "ma'am you didn't say iced" they remade my drink with quick, polite, professionalism! This was my first time at this new Starbucks and will certainly not be my last! Great job guys, I am so grateful for your service and putting up with idiots like me! Long live the PSL!!! read more

I placed my mobile order at 9:34 and I arrived at 9:44. I ended up going inside because it was packed in the drive thru plus I wanted to look for cups that I've been looking for. The inside was packed as well with customers waiting on their orders. I purchased my cups at 9:48 and let the cashier know that I placed my order for drive thru but since I was inside I could get it. She said no problem and went and told the barista and said it would be up soon. Well 10-12 mins pass and I'm still waiting. I had my food but it was cold at that point. I went and asked the barista about my order and she stated she would be pulling it. Well apparently she didn't because she left and started doing other things and another barista came over and started making drinks. Another 10 mins pass and I still don't have my drinks so I ask again and was told they're coming up soon. I didn't leave until about 10:30. I was beyond pissed from this visit and then she didn't even label my order so I wasn't sure what was what until I tasted it. Poor customer service and poor communication at this location that I will never go back. read more

I worked at starbucks for 2 years with no issues until this stores current manager, Brooklyn, went into position and started firing tenured partners. She constantly belittles her employees with her condescending attitude. She also consistently left the floor short staffed and equipment broken purposefully. Unless you want to work under a manager that will find every loophole to get you into trouble, look for work elsewhere! read more

Service is a hit or miss. Today I went in and decided to order via the app. I sat down placed my order and waited. My drink came out pretty quick. Then, while I was waiting on my food, they started helping other customers so I decided to go up and ask about it in order for them to start working on it. And the one who had to make it had an attitude. Hopefully y'all work with your employees to have better customer service and attitudes when dealing with customers. This wasn't my first encounter dealing with attitudes at this facility and it's distasteful getting treated rude in a establishment where you spend your money. read more

The girl Moe is an absolute wreck. Her pose with customers is horrendous and she has no demeanor. She talks back to customers and should be written up for her lack of courtesy. This may be a new Starbucks, however she needs more training and a sense of kindness with her service. read more

They should prepare for morning rush hour. I understand it is being new and still trying to figure out the flow. But 20 minutes having to wait for coffee at the walk in ruined my day. There was different cashier on different day but they all have the same sense of no urgency. When it comes to morning, they should know that people just need to be able to order and quickly go. Chit chat can be done in the slow hour. Baristas also made mistake almost every other day on my order. The label clearly stated on the cup but yet I still had to correct it. And yes, I agreed with the other review for that one particular barista. I don't know her name but she was ready to bite your head off by just asking a question to confirm something. She got moved to take order from the drive-thru this week. Still attitude is something ingrained. Maybe she should consider leaving and moving on to do something else with no customer facing job. read more

This is my new go-to Starbucks in the mornings, I absolutely love this location! I've been here several times now and am always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome, despite how busy they may be with the morning rush. They are always incredibly fast getting my complicated order out and it's been perfect every time. I'm not sure what these other 1 star reviews are talking about, as I've had several interactions with barista Moe and she's been incredibly kind and professional every time. She's even been nice enough to make me a specialty non-menu drink when I asked her to make me something different; and she clearly knows what she's doing as a barista as it was honestly the best iced coffee I've ever had at Starbucks!! These other absolute idiots need to chill out and stop treating service members like crap both in store and on the internet. Maybe you'll get better service from your barista if you don't act like an absolute miserable shit head towards them. read more

A new favorite stop for me and my kids! The kiddos always have a new crazy specialty order they find on the internet, and the staff are always super patient and helpful when they order them. (More patient than I would be, that's for sure!) This is also my go-to stop on my way to work and they're always timely and welcoming which I really appreciate since I'm a freakin zombie in the mornings. (What mom isn't?) I am seeing some rude reviews here and can't imagine the need for hostility towards young workers in customer service. A whole pandemic has come and passed and people still have no kindness or humanity. These arrogant selfish reviewers are the exact people I'm raising my kids not to be. Every single member of this Starbucks team does a great job and are always friendly, courteous, and informative; Something I think these incredibly rude reviewers could learn to adopt instead of expecting to be catered to hand and foot during obviously busy mornings. Maybe work through your need to punch down on service workers and get some counseling for your obvious personal traumas.
