The first time I got and iced latte with their regular milk (I'm assuming whole milk). It tore my stomach up!!! The second time I went, I got the same latte but opted for Almond milk instead. Why did it also mess my stomach up?!! It's so upsetting to me, because I love the vibe of this place and the way that the coffee tastes, but unfortunately, my lactose intolerance hates Summer Moon. I don't have this problem with Starbucks, 151, Dutch Bros, or Paris Baguette. It's so disapointing, because I'm a sweet cream iced latte kind of girl, but I think it's a wrap for me.

Also I had requested the dark roast and the brew was medium roast. I know better than to trouble an employee who does not want to work ha! So I took the brew. It was ok but not what In wanted. I hope Kona Reserve reads this and understands: while you have an adorable store and good coffee, if a coffee lover comes in and requests your hand prepared coffee when that is what you offer, consider giving it to them.
