So many drink choices and it always tastes great. I have tried just about every iced coffee option on there and love it when they come out with new options. Never fails to keep the variety going. Since quarentine started I have been here almost once a week. Everyone has been nice and the employees always are wearing masks and working together well as a team. I enjoy this stop each week. I have gone at all different times of the day and each time I have had the same expierence. We stopped going to other coffee places a while ago because the consistancy was not there. It does not matter the time of day or the location our drinks are always perfect. We love Scooters. read more

my first time trying and i'll never ever go again. the two people working seemed to be sharing a single brain cell. I ordered an ice coffee with extra creamer and extra vanilla flavoring. I pulled up to the window and was handed a plain iced coffee with nothing in it then was told it had creamer and vanilla as if I was blind. I asked for more and was handed back the same coffee that just now had a little creamer and still no flavor. was not offered or given a receipt and the store number does not work. terrible coffee, terrible service. read more

Stopped at this place today for the first time. Went through the drive and the young lady working the drive through was amazing! She truly made my day she was very knowledgeable and kind. I asked a couple of questions in regards of the coffee and different options. She was able to give me brief disruption of a couple of items. I got a half white chocolate and mocha ice coffee and a cookie! It was all wonderful and the cookie was freshly made. Thank you to the young lady working the window today. Scooter's is my new favorite coffee shop. I've been here several times and each time it is consistently good. I prefer the blenders to a Starbucks frapp. The lattes are good as well. They also have smoothies; I've tried both the strawberry and strawberry banana. I haven't tried any food yet other than cookies, but the chocolate chip cookies always taste fresh and moist. read more

Much better prices and less of a wait than Starbucks, but still high quality and consistent! I am really glad we have a Scooter's close to us now; we come here at least once or twice a week. First time there. I usually go to Starbucks everyday but it was crazy busy so I saw scooters on my way back to work and said why not. Not only weasel the staff friendly but the service was quick and the coffee and food is WAY better then Starbucks and the price is awesome too. Definitely new spot. read more

Went in and asked the young woman behind the counter who was more interested in a crying doll than her customers if they had heavy cream for the coffee. She replied "yes", I asked "and you have it in stock?" because I had a similar experience at Liberation Coffee in Coppell. "Yes" she said, great. I ordered a medium roast with 2 shots and heavy cream. Then I am told they only have dark roast and they won't brew Fred sh coffee after noon... it's almost 6pm so that's not fresh coffee by any stretch of the imagination. But I have a half off coupon because they screwed up my daughter's order a couple days earlier and she gave it to me because she said "their coffee is nasty" and I told my son I would buy him a beverage and I thought 'well I'll add a little more cream and make do.' So she makes a couple shots adds the old coffee puts the cup on the counter and asks me if half and half is okay. I say you said you had heavy cream, she tells me okay let me look walk around the corner open a fridge and shuts the door as fast as she opened it and says they're out. Keep in mind, I am the only customer in the building and less than 5 minutes had elapsed since I walked through the door and now she is out of cream to add to the stale coffee. I let her know that I didn't appreciate her telling me they have cream and not checking when I asked twice to double check and her answering that they do without bothering to look if all that is required to look is put away a doll and look. She apologized, told me she wouldn't charge me for it and asked whaat else I wanted I told her I don't really want anything else. So she charged me full price for my coffee and honored the coupon for my son's drink, she thought that was fair. The coffee was poor quality and had been sitting too long. The service was the worst. Not worth a dime. Should have listened to my daughter. read more

Sooo good! I worked as a barista all thru college at a very frequented coffee chain so I've tried a lot. The espresso was perfect and the food was great too! I highly recommend and I will definitely come back. The barista was very sweet too. read more
